If you want to wait hours and be belittled for the medications you need, this pharmacy is the one for you! Rude pharmacists and pharmacy techs. I truly wish I could give them zero stars, but one will have to do. Literally the worst pharmacy Ive ever been to. Its so bad that Im changing my insurance just to get away from them. The Walgreens in town will not only get your prescriptions filled quicker by far, but theyre also generally way more pleasant. They also dont answer the phone, and if they do, they sound awfully inconvenienced.

Genuinely terrible. Youll be waiting hours and hours and hours to get your prescriptions, even when theres not a single person waiting for their scripts to be filled. Judgmental and rude pharmacy techs. Walgreens isnt perfect but its 100000 times better than this cvs.

Once again the man at the register, he IS the manager, i was informed, refused to accept the 30% off one non- sale item coupon i had received in the mail. I had chosen to buy Bounty paper towels.He refused the coupon. He contemptuously informed me there was another page to this coupon. I gave him the 3 pages and told him to take what he wants. He continued to lecture me on how to properly use what has always been, before him, a simple coupon.I left. I wont go back.

Worst CVS in this area with worst customer service. We went there to get covid-19 vaccine but they didnt treat well. They send us back home when we went to get second dose of moderna vaccine saying it is locked and can not open. Than we went to parker street CVS on the same day and get vaccinated. I highly recommend to use CVS pharmacy parker street instead of this. I share this incident with Alisha at pharmacy she treat well

It’s close to home and they have everything you need. Even self check out which is a fun part because sometimes there’s only one cashier and you have that right to walk up to the self check out bag get yourself in an out the door you go it does apply any coupons that you download it either into your phone or onto your card. It’s a good store and it’s always clean they always have hand sanitizer when you walk in through the door so you can make sure you sanitize your hands.

This is a store that is greatly understaffed. When inquiring on a medication after being on hold for 45 min. I am told that they are presently working on it. Terrific!! 2 hours later I enter store to pick up script I am told they are working on it.WHAT!! Now I am told it will be ready in 20 min. I am not kidding! Now I am fuming and have a chance to look around and the place is filthy.does th board of health ever go there,if so they must be getting paid to look the other way.the shelves and counters should be clean especially since covid.the people working there have there hands full and should not be blamed.they work hard.cvs is in a nutshell to big for their britches.D.Dickinson

The prescription service is terrible. Either it is not filled out or you get a call saying that it was filled out, only for the pharmacist to say they never received a call. This has happened to me with multiple prescriptions. I wouldnt be surprised if someone was caught stealing from the pharmacy considering how many issues they seem to have with refills.

Absolutely awful pharmacy staff. They are always rude and never helpful. I would give 0 stars if it were possible. I would be embarrassed and disgusted if my staff acted like this.

Honestly some of the worst customer service. The staff that work in the pharmacy treat you like they don’t want you to be there & that they hate their job. Very short, unhelpful & rude.

Very helpful but always busy. Understandable with how dense the residential population is. Call before you p/u a prescription - it will save you a wait.

1 star is way to generous. Less than a week before Christmas I pick up my card order only to find the envelopes missing. When I called I was told the store ran out of envelopes and Ill have to purchase them separately at another retailer. My only other option would be to drive back and return the cards for a refund. No idea why I couldnt have been told about this when I placed the order or when I picked them up. Horrible customer service when I called. Never will go here again for anything!

Im so sick and tired of not having enough cashiers there. Every single time I come, there is one cashier for 5 or 6 customers. The lady at the counter tonight even suggested they open up another register and they didnt. I dropped my stuff and left. Good job losing a regular. 21 July 2017-7:30 pm

The store itself is okay, the staff is a mix of fabulous and clueless but the location sucks. I go early in the morning and have been seen some strange stuff. Mostly druggos wavering the lot but i also saw i guy peeing in the middle of the parking lot. And there is always dead squished up mice in the lot too. I dont know why they keep running through the lot to their doom but it just keeps happening

So I walked in with my girlfriend to this cvs, I’ve been a regular customer there for almost 4 years. Up until today, it’s been great people working there. But just today there was someone different working there, his name was Raymond. So I walked to the back of the store with my girlfriend and she told me this guy is looking at you. I look in his direction and he’s just intensely staring at me, for I don’t know how long. Thought it was very strange and this type of thing has never happened. The reason I choose this cvs, is due to my moms inability to leave the house to get nicotine gum. So since I am of age, I get it for her. The amount of time I’ve been going there, the people behind the counter don’t question it anymore, they know me and the amount of times I go there for the same thing. I get to the counter, and this guy,(name above) asks for my id, I mean no problem, but the whole time he’s just staring at me, and honestly it was hard to feel safe in the store with the look he gave me. He then asked for my dob, and it made it insanely tense, for no reason. He just made it such an experience to the point where I’d consider not even going back to my favorite cvs. As we walked out, he continued to stare at us, and I asked, “is there a problem”? To which he said nothing. We went to my car and sat in it for a little, and withing seconds I saw him poke out of the doors, looking at me again. Im writing this review in regards to this guy. This was my store, and it was because of the awesome people that worked there, but this guy did not belong in this atmosphere. Im not one to write bad reviews due to poor service, everyone has bad days. But this guy had something really strange going on, and made the store not feel safe.

I wouldnt even give this pharmacy 1 star if I had the option. The ABSOLUTE WORST customer service Ive ever experienced in my entire life. I talked 2 people on the phone, including a supervisor, who were both EXTREMELY rude to me. The supervisor accused me of lying and the original female I spoke to hung up on me! All I was trying to do is fill a prescription and ask them several questions . The supervisor also wouldnt provide me his store managers name - probably because he knew I would go to his boss. DO NOT use this pharmacy, I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone - bring your business elsewhere! Lastly, I will be sure to tell family and friends about my AWFUL customer experience I had at this location.

The staff at the front and throughout the store are always friendly and inviting. The pharmacy I have had mixed experiences with. Some staff are friendly and helpful while others are rude and condescending.

I was on the phone for hold for 25 minutes hung up and called a half an hour later and waited another 25 minutes to speak to somebody in pharmacy. Usually it’s much better service but today it was very frustrating finally called another CVS and the person picked up within three minutes .

Literally sat on the phone for 20 min before someone picked up. Also went there a few days ago and I felt like I was being followed by one of your employees....totally W E I R D.

Currently on hold going on 15 minutes. Maybe I should try a telegraph or carrier pigeon instead.Seriously, still going. Why even have a phone?
