Two gentlemen came to our office and discovered the cause of anon going problem we have been having, within a half an hour.Professionalism was amazing. Would highly recommend this company.

You call with an issue and they’re out in no time. we’ve been using them since we bought our house years ago and had to have them out a handful of times and honestly you just can’t get any better. Please dont choose them as your oil vendor.. 4 employees who showed up to try to fix my boiler had absolutely NO IDEA WHAT THEY WERE DOING & still cant tell me how to fix my 1200 sq ft house as far as being 2 zones instead of 1... but can fix a mixing valve, & bleed lines. Woooo. Gold star status. They even went as far to say well we feel warm inside as theyre standing in winter coats, & Im bundled up because my downstairs is much colder then my upstairs, & yes duh heat rises but it shouldnt be an 20 degree difference & we usually keep the doors shut upstairs.. Im sorry that I want my living space downstairs to be warmer then 65. They didnt understand that.

I could not give a stronger recommendation in support of Auth Fuels. Our AC went out during a heat wave in August. My wife went through the phone book and called every HVAC specialist she could find, none of whom could be there for at least a week. I called Ed Taft at Auth Fuels at 5pm on a Tuesday and he had one of his service guys out there within 20 minutes who fixed the problem. This story is a testament to the service commitment of this company and what they will do for a client in need. In doing so they earned a customer for life. Very proud to recommend them to anyone looking for an HVAC company they can trust and rely on.

Called twice. Very rude service, they said they would mail me information and never did. When I spoke to someone she said I should speak more clear, I told her she was being rude and this is the second time I call and receive the same feedback and she quickly transferred me over without apologizing. Next person quickly told me sorry we are not taking new customers. Glad I was able to find another company with much better customer service. Don’t recommend to anyone

Pricey, but worth the great customer service!

I couldnt be happier with the service from Auth Fuels. I left a message yesterday regarding a fuel oil smell on oil burner start-up, and not two hours later the polite and knowledgeable Rich was at my door. He assessed the problem and explained the issue to me in an understandable but not dumbed-down way. Then he went out to the truck, got the additional tools and parts he needed and quickly fixed the problem, and told me on the way out what he did and what to expect. He stressed Auths commitment to doing their work right the first time, but followed that with a request that I call them right away if I ever notice a future problem. Thanks, Rich!Plus, their office staff couldnt be nicer to deal with, and once when I called I spoke with the owner himself, who was just as friendly. Their oil prices are just a few cents higher per gallon than the budget order-by-computer outfits, but Ill gladly pay a couple of dollars more on a big tank of oil to get their great service. They make me feel safe and secure about my heat and thats practically priceless.
