Donut Dip in East Longmeadow is very popular.As I parked my vehicle in the very small parking area, I noticed that a van was parked behind the store, unloading racks of donuts, meaning these are not made on site, but likely made & shipped from their West Springfield location.That doesnt really reflect on the quality, but made on site equals FRESH.There was a line of folks waiting to place their orders when I entered the store, but the youngsters behind the counter moved things along quickly and efficiently, so the wait time was short.They offer very good donuts, though the ones I bought were quite small compared to other mom & pop donut shops, and seemed a bit doughy, as if not quite cooked thoroughly. That may possibly be just because of the batch we had.The glazed cruller was also a bit small, again in comparison to the likes of Mrs. Murphys in Southwick.It was nice and dense, the way I like them, and tasted great, aside from also being a bit doughy.The jelly donut I had was very good, but again on the smallish side, but was well filled with quality jelly.The apple fritter I had was excellent. Not overly sweet, and had lots of apple pieces and just the right amount of cinnamon.Ill continue on my quest for donuts to compare with Neils Donuts in Wallingford, CT.But so far, my take is that Neils is in a league of their own. They set the bar VERY high.

I love donut dip but would definitely recommend you pick their regular donuts over the cake donuts. The cake donuts are okay but they shine on their other donuts. The honey dip are light and fluffy and disappear in your mouth. The chocolate covered are made with real coco, not “chocolate flavored” frosting. Delicious, plus you can get a HUGE donut the size of a birthday cake... I would suggest for your birthday... like I am going to do for mine!

I have taken both family and friends here when they come in for a visit. Everyone loves them. The donuts are fresh every morning. The variety is large. Took my uncle once then he went down and bought more. He got a cookie chocolate and peanut butter and those were the best I had ever had. They have decent muffins too. The atmosphere is a bit odd, but in and out is 👌🏽

Donut dip is my favorite place to get donuts!!They have the best jelly donuts I have ever had!!!They are freshly made and the fruit inside actually tastes like the flavor it says and has pieces of it!If you get the blueberry jelly donuts you will taste and see pieces of blueberry in it!!Same with the strawberry!!Boston cream is wonderful!!All the other donuts are great and the muffins!I dont drink coffee but alot of people order coffee here also.

I’m moving away from this place this week and I am the most sad about it. Amazing hours, incredible selection, wonderful donuts. The sour cream donuts!!!!!!!! Every donut! Incredible. I’m really going to miss you 😭

Im getting this place 1 star, the donuts and bagels are great best in town. They have the worst customer service in town!!! The morning shift, have two older women and they complain if you order too much food!! I never seen a company get upset because the customer is ordering a lot. The women will talk under their breath, and when you catch them they give you more attitude. The only reason I go here is because my wife loves the product, again best in town. But just want to give everyone who is not a regular a heads up.

The service is always wonderful and the donuts are always fresh They are close for renovation right now because of the storm boy do I miss them

FYI for anyone first time here. If you are ordering a toasted bagel DONT!!! They are using a old residential toaster and your bagel will come out lukewarm. Just order the bagel and toast it at your home or office. The bagels are great!!!! They just dont offer a nice toasted bagel.

I was shocked to go in there this morning and be met with such terrible customer service. As a business owner, if my employees ever treated anyone the way those folks treat non-regulars they would be fired. A line out the door and one of the two women working there decides its a great time to count the donuts. No one is greeted, no one is made to feel welcome and that they are happy to have you visit their establishment. I know the owner wasnt there, but good heavens, they have like 15 cameras in the place, watch your employees, train them better or replace them. From now on, I will make the extra effort to go to the Bagel Nook in Hampden.

I love the sour cream donuts! I was disappointed they were out of them at the east Longmeadow location recently. As I was leaving they shouted to me that they found some hidden behind another variety, which made my day!

Very very very small variety of doughnuts to choose from. The jelly was good. However, I got a vanilla cream/icing filled one and the filling inside was about the size of a nickel. I thought it was plain until the last bite or so....disappointed

Old time place, with homade style donouts and pastries, they have some of the best donuts and breakfast sandwiches arround. I like the coffee better at dunking donouts but other then that everything else is a lot better here ( and the coffee is not bad here either, just I prefer donkin donouts coffee) but all and all this place has the best in the area hands down.
