Very professional service all round for 2 new windows and an outside door. My salesperson agreed to fit a special handle on the door I chose and all my neighbors love my new front door. Installation was quick and clean. Good value compared to the larger companies in the market. Good to support a local business that also sources its materials locally.

Tom Broido fixed our fire door and would not accept a penny even after we insisted on paying him. We thought we needed a new fire door to fix our issue of not being able to close the door. Graboyes was no pressure sales and we feel a reasonable price. We replaces 17 windows and slider patio door also new front door with side lights and storm door. All were 27 years old. Easy installation with no issues. Can’t believe the difference in ease of use and how much noise is blocked out when windows closed. Delivery people sneak up on us now when before could hear them arrive from vehicle noise. Definite recommend to friends and family.

The salesman who came to our house had decades of experience. He knew just what we needed. On the day of installation three installers arrived with our windows and doors. They were extremely focused and efficient. I was surprised how quickly they got the work done. They cleaned up after themselves and remained respectful the entire time.

In 2013 I purchased a storm door from Graboyes. Since then Ive had a few minor issues and they were immediately addressed. But my latest issue was for a major repair that I was prepared to possibly come out of pocket. When the tech arrived he did some minor adjustments BUT he also took pics of what I was referring to and told me that it was covered under my warranty. That was music to my ears. This whole process started in the summer and on Oct. 14th was completed by TJ! Not only did I get MORE than what I was expecting BUT TJ was fantastic! He installed, cleaned up, and even took off the window decals for me. His personality is fitting for the job! I love great customer service and TJ delivered!

They did a great job of explaining all the options and the installation was very good. The pricing was competitive with other companies but the service was outstanding. Because of covid the process took four or five months until we got them installed after ordering, but that is certainly understandable. They came back and touched up a few things and were always available for questions. Love our new windows!

I am writing after my second experience with Grayboyes....I am a repeat customer because of the great service, quality and responsiveness of the company. Three years ago, I had two regular doors and one screen door installed. In July, Grayboyes was contracted to install the second screen door (should have ordered initially but didnt). They were able to match the original color and the door is awesome. I would use and recommend Grayboyes with confidence.

I could not be happier with Graboyes. Their price for custom windows was unbeatable, after consulting 4-5 companies for the same work, they were $7,000 less expensive from the nearest competitor, because they dont spend money on radio and print ads.My new windows needed a few tweaks after installation, and their Senior Tech TJ Smith came to my home, cleaned the windows inside and out, and discovered two flaws which I had not noticed after installation. For the flaws TJ caught, that I missed - $0, no charge to me, TJ said hed see them manufactured and replaced for free.I cant recommend Graboyes enough. If any senior management at Graboyes is reading this, give TJ a raise!!

Several years ago I bought 10 windows from this company, over the years four or five of these windows failed allowing moisture between the pains up to now it has taken six months to get a replacement window under warranty, and now this man called riker will not even return my calls they do not stand behind their product. This man is the service manager and he is obviously very unprofessional Ive been waiting almost a month now for a call back, meanwhile I have two inch deep water in one of my windows. Do yourself a favor and avoid this company

REVISION: Immediately after posting my dissatisfaction with Graboyes handling of the manufacturers claim for a faulty window I purchased, Graboyes phoned me to say my window has been waiting for me to pick it up for over a year. I was told they tried to reach me, but I did not receive any message from them. I am happy to state that I am assured that the window is at their location waiting for me to pick it up. Not sure how there was this miscommunication, but I am very happy to know that I will have my long awaited replacement window.

Had a door installed in 2015 and the glass has bad three times, but Graboyes has replaced it each time. the new glass was slow to arrive but im guessing that was at least partially pandemic related. thanks again Graboyes and Rick (told you id leave a review lol)

I’m extremely disappointed with Graboyes service at this point. I paid $510 deposit for a screen door in early November. It’s almost 4 months later and I haven’t received an email, a call - nothing. Finally, I sent an email expressing my discontent and I received a response saying my door was in and someone would follow up with me that day or the next day. I still haven’t been contacted. I hope I can get this door soon, I’m committed at this point but I truly regret my decision to use them. If I were you I’d seek service elsewhere.

This is the second time Ive used Graboyes. They installed all the windows in my home in 2017 and I had them back to do a sliding patio door. They were able to provide me a door that matched my windows. Things were delayed due to Covid, but they kept me in the loop along the way. I asked for the same installers, which they accommodated. They were neat and efficient. Couldnt recommend more highly.

I am very pleased with my new front door. Its as close to real wood as anything available. In shipping the attached door knob was damaged slightly but Graboyes was quick to replace it. The craftsman who installed it was meticulous and agree to a few minor touches I requested.

Highly competent and professional.

Paul was sent to my home to do an estimate for a new front door and storm door. Im not sure if I was supposed to choose what I wanted or if I was even allowed because all.he kept saying was ok hun as he made the selections himself. As he entered things into the computer I saw the price of $2400 but he quoted me $4300. When I asked about it he then told me the price was 5k! He said he would email the estimate to me which I was eager to receive because maybe I could make some sense of his astronomical quote. He NEVER emailed me anything, and I heard nothing from him again. The whole encounter was condescending as he kept calling me hun and telling me it would be expensive before he even knew what I wanted. Oh and he also gave the wrong measurements for my door.

So far my experience has been subpar. Installation scheduled for 9:00 am - no phone call - nothing to indicate they were not showing up at scheduled time. I shouldnt have to call to find out they are arriving 3 hours late.

Marcia was knowledgeable, straightforward, very responsive, and very trustworthy. Our experience with measurements and installation was highly professional and very well done at a very competitive price. We will be repeat customers from this experience.

I had two appointments first she did no turn up and then the 2nd which was arranged via a virtual appointment at 5pm, she did not call until 5:26 pm and had no apology for the late call. Seemed to be all over the place and considering the virus I do understand a little more than normal. Main reason is accountability I wanted to write as if she simply said sorry and not make excuses I would of been very understanding considering I arrange my busy life on two occasions to make appointments.

Provia doors were purchased through Grayboyes. When the door order arrived at my home a company called alsides were wearing shirts with their name. The best Installer Rory according to Jon Grayboyes was dispatched. I was never told Grayboyes was hiring a subcontractor. Upon inspection of my existingStorm and entry doors they proceeded to rip out the storm doors without taking off the screws. The interior was also ripped out without cutting the caulking and causing damage to 2 Sheetrock walls. After removing the entry doors Rory and his 2 workersProceeded to cut my stucco vertical and horizontally after realizing the doors were ordered the wrong size. Rory kept working and installed the new frame with a 3 “ Sheetrock screw and split the exterior brick molding. Rory next cut my alarm wires to the door and put into the 2x4 frame . I had to get the alarm company out and repair the alarm system that cost me $400.00 . After the frame was installed Rory proceeded to install the double entry doors. Rory ruined the astral plane with a multitude of gauges and scratches. As Rory carried the entry doors in he scraped the interior Sheetrock walks and upon straightening the door vertical he then hit the Sheetrock ceiling and put holes, scrapes in a multitude of ceiling area’s. The repair cost me &1000.00 for all the repair. Rory then proceeded to install the interior molding and burned and splintered the molding by cutting the molding with a ripped wood saw in mid air by one of his workers holding the 8’ molding. Rory then proceeded to install the outside molding, but the molding doesn’t cover the stucco of which I never was told they were cutting. The stucco was cut 2” too far vertical and 1 1/2” too far horizontal of which no moldings cover the cut stucco.After the molding Rory proceeded to install the double entry doors . Alside Company and Grayboyes did this horrible installation through Provia knowledge. Rory installed the left outside handle 2” from edge to center and the stationary door the handle was installed 4 1/2” on a 10degree angle at different vertical heights. The storm doors were installed with the screws a 15degree angle and left . The upper pin was installed in back of the rain shield for support, the bottom hole was drilled in the wrong spot of the threshold. Both in interior and exterior doors are scratched, gauged all over. The doors were left with caulking inside and outside. The molding hasGlobs of white paste all over. The outside aluminum trim was never cut on 45degree angles. Holes were left on all side . Rory used interior nails for holding theAluminum on. I found all the hardware for the storm doors with some paint thrown in the trash can . My best recommendation is to never buy anything from Grayboyes or Alsides . The job was costly and Grayboyes instructed us they were done with the job .Rich Grayboye came out after one month and made a 15 point problem list and then called and said that is the best they can do except Grayboyes and Alsides are both classless butchers of Door installation. The stained glass also has holes from Provia and since Grayboyes doesn’t have a single day of warranty the doors cannot get repaired. No other dealer wants to get involved with this catastrophic door Purchase and Installation. Do Not Ever Use Grayboyes And AlsidesI have dozens of pictures and paperwork that was sent to Grayboyes and Provia . Grayboyes also never brought the screens that were ordered.We are awaiting the news channels for their investigation and reporting of Grayboyes, Alsides and Provia

Called 5 days ago about a replacement door handle for my storm door. Still waiting for a call back. They could even mail it to me, only has two screws for replacement. Not happy.

We had two double hung kitchen windows replaced with a sliding one. Montana suggested the slider which gives us a great outdoor view, and cost us less money than two double hung windows. The installers were very polite, efficient and tidy. We are very pleased with the results.

We have used Graboyes on two occasions now about 10 years apart. Although Pella came close in price, Graboyes blew everyone else out of the water on the costs. The quality is fantastic. We loved our windows in our starter home, and now we love our windows in our current house. Definitely check these guys out if you are in the market and are being drawn to the big name radio ads you probably hear.

As of 2018 when I sold my house, the windows and door that were replaced in 2009 were still in perfect working order and appearance. But in addition, I recently needed to know the installation cost, had lost the paperwork and only THOUGHT Grayboyes did the installation. I sent and e-mail and within 15 minutes had a positive response from Joyce. What a delightful organization with which to work.

Incredibly smart staff with excellent products and services

Had new front doors with side lights installed because of a leak problem with my prior doors. Most of the installation was great, but some additional caulking was needed. It took a month to get someone to come out for what was about a 2 minute job. Additionally, the door lock hardware was satin nickel which is what we chose. However, the door viewers that were installed were polished chrome. We called Graboyes and our sales person made an appointment to install satin nickel viewers. She couldn’t find any locally and said she would order them. It’s been about 6 weeks and we never heard back, so I ordered 2 satin nickel viewers and installed them myself. I was disappointed in that the follow up for a job over $11,000 was lacking.

Graboyes was professional and did a fantastic job installing my storm door which was tricky due to the age of my home. I would recommend them and use them again in a heartbeat. The door look terrific and handles the strong winds well. It does not hit me in the heels and opens and closes smoothly and seamlessly.

We initially really liked the salesperson and door. Our problem was with the installation and customer service. We knew that the installation would be tricky but we did not know that there would be a large piece of molding literally inhibiting the insertion of the key on the inside. Additionally, I have hurt my hand a couple of times because it is difficult to fit your hand in the area to grab the handle. We called so many times to have someone come out and reassess. At first, they took our calls and said someone would address the issue. No one ever did. After that, our phone calls were ignored. We even wrote to the VP to no avail. I so wish we had gone with Giunta Doors like we were going to do in the first place but we were seduced by the lower price. Never again. We will now have to figure out a way to correct this issue ourselves. I posted photos on Angies List but cant see where to do that here.

Graboyes replaced 53 windows in our church in two days! The windows are great, very heavy duty but easy to open and clean. the installation team was great and cleaned up the area each day so you would never know they had been there. Wonderful experience.

Very happy with Graboyes! The initial sales appointment was refreshing- no high pressure and no wasting our time. The installation went very well and the quality of the large door unit is much better than the Andersen it replaced.

We inquired about getting a new entry door before winter since ours was pretty drafty last year. Tom came and, after inspecting our door, advised that it was still in pretty good condition. He even raised the door threshold for us (which we didnt know was possible) which will definitely help keep out the draft. On top of all of that he attempted to loosen up one of our windows that has been sticking for a bit. Great experience, didnt try to sell is anything we didnt need, and very knowledgeable. We will definitely keep their contact number handy for any windor or door issues.

I had the worst experience working with them. Its been 5 month and my sliding door installation is in complete, they did partial and vanished. They dont even care to reply to your email or call you for the reason of delay. I am regretting why I chose them

I appreciated that Montana came prepared with catalogues for the windows and doors. It helped me visualize and make selections at the time of her visit. Another company did not come prepared -- which impacted my time since I had arranged to be at home to meet them -- and had to make follow up visits & STILL came unprepared. Montana also answered my follow up concerns about the quality of the windows, since there was such diverse opinions on the internet. So, thank you Montana. Randy was very efficient and installed windows and doors solo. He cleaned up after the job was complete... much appreciated. Only time will tell if the windows and doors hold up, but the installation was smooth. My only complaint would be that I was called late Thursday afternoon for a Monday morning installation appointment, and I got the impression I was throwing a wrench in the works by not being available then. That was too short notice for me to commit to being home since I work FT. I did try to rearrange things and called back, but Monday was no longer available; so I was able to get on the schedule for Friday, which was fine.

Good products, good installation, lackluster after service. When I asked to have a door sweep replaced I was told it would cost as much as the initial installation. I had to pay a handyman to do it.

The quality of the product. The knowledge of the sales person. The efficiency and dilligience of the installers as well as their knowledge of the product. It has been a pleasant experience from start to finish. I had doors installed last year and came back for windows this year.

Not worth the hassle... chronically understaffed in sales, service, and every other way. takes forever to get anything accomplished. have been told by the secretary (nice lady) that the owner is a cheapskate who refuses to invest in the company. usually wouldnt say this, but def better to go with a larger company.ps: they use subcontractors and they arent very good

We just finished a consultation with Tom and it was the best customer experience Ive ever had with a company. He was extremely friendly, thorough, and really took time to understand our concerns. We have a window warranty issue and he even offered to come back when Pella was onsite and advocate for us. Just an all-around awesome experience. Your salesman was very helpful and informative about what options I had. The door was shorter than normal so it had to be a custom fit. Your installer was great, very efficient and VERY neat. A great experience all the way around.
