Garden center at Home Depot has a wide assortment of plants. Although very few staff around that can help you.
The garden section was just average compared to other Depots, and found the San Carlos location better inventory in general. This location was lacking in the prerrenial plants, and had more annuals
I went to get raised bed soil ... was quick and easy self check-out on garden center. Very few people do social distancing was not a problem..
I had exceptional customer service from a staff member in the Garden Department, Robert Strong. Whoever his boss is, he deserves to be promoted! He was very helpful, exceptionally friendly, and went above and beyond to help me. Thank you Robert, you made my day!
Rude and incompetent employees. We bought a plant that needed to be wrapped up to put in the car, and it took almost 20 minutes just to get someone to help us out... except the help was giving us some plastic bags and tape and telling us to do it ourselves. One of the employees got on the announcement system multiple times, clearly frustrated and telling someone to help waiting customers at the customer service desk. Another employee didnt even speak english, and when we asked a simple question we basically got a blank stare. Take your business elsewhere, this place is a joke.
Quick service and not crowded. Lots of reasonably priced options.
A must to compensate for frugal Silicon Valley landlords.
A solid backup to pick up our X-mas tree.
