I have been a customer for many years, I have purchased beds, frames, generators, electronics. Do you pay more for a product if you run out the term? Yes. Thats on you. I dont use rent a center because they are cheaper, I use them because they provide convenance. They are always easy to work with. I live full time in a campervan, traveling and working and they have always worked with me. Wouldnt hesitate to recommend.

Great customer service satisfaction

Bought a brand new refrigerator from them. The dented up the freezer door, tried to paint over it. Called them on it. They said thats what the do for scratch & dent... I paid for, in full, a BRAND NEW refrigerator, not a scratch & dent! Door was replaced with another dented up door! Months have gone by and I keep being told I would get another NEW door... still have not seen it. Communications are very lacks. Next move... BBB!

Terrible company, very unprofessional,. They never know what’s going on between the left and right hand. You can have your stuff pretty much paid off, literally only owe a couple hundred left on a $1,300 dollar product. Never miss a payment and if you miss a payment on Friday they are at your doorstep first thing Saturday morning. They’ve forever lost my business and I’d advise anyone to really reconsider going through this company...

After a misunderstanding due to me being at work....manager or whatever he called himself Jobie(I think was his name but he didn’t speak clear enough to understand him) was completely disrespectful!! He got loud with me after I told him that I SURRENDERED furniture 10 years ago....yet he still tried saying his employees never picked it up! The employees I worked w last night and that I PAID for my furniture were extremely helpful and nice. But this manager should find a different career!!

I purchased a used recliner sectional from here in December 2018. I hadnt used the furniture due to traveling a lot for work. When I was finally able to rest and try to enjoy it, I discovered bed bugs. I did call and speak with an asst which was not very helpful but did give me the corporate number. Since it was a cash deal she said there was nothing they can do. DO NOT PURCHASE FURNITURE FROM THEM!!!!!!!

I had rented from them 3 times now a bed tv and game system. They are the beat rent a center in area. I have rented from other rac before and other companies. This one has the best staff around they are helpful,nice, and understanding. I had a place want to call cops once for being 3 days late. Plus another rac knocked at my door next day with treats. But not this one they understand to a point and dont hound you.

Went to get a new mattress. They had one on sale so i thought it was a great deal. Lifted it up to see if there was anything wrong with it and there sure was!!!! Bed bugs!!! Gross...and then on top of that they said I was wasting there time! Wow...wouldnt recomend buying from then, they acted as if they werent going to do anything about it either!!!!!

They sent me a mattress full of bed bugs! DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE!!
