Now this one had inventory and the service was okay. This one had nothing but young looking teenagers that ran the store unlike morrow that had just older people running it. It was as clean but they did have everything that morrow had and then some. They clerks wasnt rude or anything they just dont like to leave the counter unless they absolutely have too. The conversation of whom is liking whom was pretty funny too. A real almost family atmosphere store

I found a massive amount of items in relation to birthday party decorations for my daughter who has a upcoming birthday party. She was super excited about the items 😊. The prices was reasonable and customer service was great. We found everything we was looking for.

I couldnt believe that a place called Party City would not have shredded paper, and there balloon prices are really high. Im editing this review because Ive continuously go to this store and get let down. Several party cities are out of stock, shelves empty and no one helps. Why are the shelves so bare? They say its because of all the graduations, but you are a party store, thats all you do is sell part supplies. Why did you not increase your inventory? If I knew that all these graduations were approaching from the news then why didnt they here it. This was a really great go to store, now I just dont know.

They changed the delivery time on the order and it’s still passed the time they changed it to. This location is so unprofessional and the delivery company is even worse. Please please don’t order from here it’s a waste of time and money especially to those who need things in a timely manner

2021 requires a higher human representation standard as well as customer service. Mistakes happen. I believe that the balloons that I paid to have filled with helium for my father were mistakenly given to another customer. However, the matter was not resolved professionally. Anyone that shows up to work in the retail industry particularly must understand and model the value of care for the customer and to be solution oriented in lieu of leading with a subpar attitude, being reactive as opposed to proactive, and be solution oriented.

There is a Manager there who I don’t know his name but he’s always there on Saturdays.i have 5 kids and throw lots of parties so I’m always in there. This Managers customer service is outstanding. No matter how crowded it is in there I always am treated like I’m the only person in the store while he is treating other customers the same while helping me. This store rocks! I hope hey keep him there. His employees aren’t the greatest but he makes up for their lack because as much as he can he delicates them well.

This is the second time Ive ordered items on line from CampCreek marketplace and have come home to find completely different items that I did not order!! Recently, I ordered a Valentines Day 48 inch balloon bear, which they actually did call to say they didnt have anymore and supposedly had to throw dozens away for not holding air. I had also ordered a smaller Valentines unicorn that was self inflating which I asked and he confirmed that they did actually have. As I picked up, I was very disappointed to see the bears I ordered blown up fine and was told I could not get, but were waiting for others to pick up! To add insult to insury when I got home and unknotted my bag, I now see they have given me a regular unicorn self inflating balloon instead of the Valentines Day unicorn balloon, which still shows available online!! SO BUYER BEWARE!! Maybe they give you what they want to get rid of instead of what you actually purchase!! This time, I want all my ****** money back!! And I will start going to a different Party City!!

Just left here from this incompetent location. We were at checkout and had a 30% coupon on our phones that clearly states you can let the cashier scan it with the barcode on it or use online with a letter code on it as well. The cashier said it “wouldn’t scan”. We told them to get their manager and the manger Mal was even more incompetent. She claimed we can only use the coupon online which is a lie. Why would there be a BARCODE on the coupon. I’m supposed to scan it at home on my register?! Exactly. We walked out didn’t purchase anything just because she was trying to play with our intelligence. Very rude location!!

Very nice store with great variety. I noticed pro es varied from the one I normally go to in Fayetteville. Store is very clean and organized. They have a lot of merchandise on clearance right now. Plenty of boxes to search through with great finds.

Came in early on a Saturday morning. Said it would be a 4 hr wait for balloons to be blown up. Although I had a pick up order, I still ended up waiting in a line for 20-30 mins with 4 workers behind the counter. 2 were blowing up balloons and 2 were unsuccessfully helping customers with their complaints. One of the guys just looked completely lost the whole time. I ended up buying my own helium tank at target next door. Then when I get home to inflate the balloons, 4 of the balloons in the pack were damaged! Never again. I will order balloons online from Amazon from now on.

Party City is well known for having a large selection of party items to choose from for a variety of occasions, including their popular balloons. They are however a bit expensive so if you wish to get your supplies from there, I will suggest budgeting accordingly.

The service was horrible.. 1 lady eventually helped by lending me some tape as i did my own wrapping ... They were just not nice at all and pricey.

Poor customer service. I wasnt greeted coming into the store or while in the store by any employee. I was never asked did I need any help while looking for things for a party. I said hi to an employee she looked at me then looked away without saying hi back. One of the male employees saw me looking for things I needed but didnt approach me to ask did I need help. He was pretending to be working when he wasnt. I asked a question I was ignored. When I worked at Party City you would get in trouble if you didnt show good customer service. While I worked there (not this location) I was told if you see a customer you approach the customer, greet them, and make sure there needs are met. The manager there didnt seem to care at all. The only that was good about my experience here was me leaving and taking my business elsewhere.

This store is being ran by a bunch of teenagers. The lines are long with one person on the register and 3 people blowing up balloons. The young associates are not very helpful, and the store is not neat at all.

I ordered balloons online and paid with my card. First the balloons were the wrong color and I was crunched for time and didn’t have time for them to re-do them. Then I sent a pickup service to pick them up because I received a confirmation that they were paid for then they told me its just an authorization on a card and when you pick them then you have to pay for them. Why would you need my card info? Just take the entire payment... They have been around for years and need to upgrade their procedure, the dollar store does better in efficiency!!

I bought balloons last week as a pre-order, I was told I could come back and have them blown up on 04/18, when I return they were out of helium. Not only did they fail to have a sign posted on the door, but they didn’t have a solution or compromise to the situation. I already paid to have them blown up at the time of purchase now I have to pay Publix for the same service.

I came into the store 2 days before holloween trying to find a costume for work. The system that they have I guess works gor them, but its really time consuming and hectic to try and find a costume on the wall while trying to avoid knocking over people kids or bumping into other adults. Then when you ask for a size they say they have it and dont. Yall really need to find another way of doing holloween costumes and get some more fitting rooms, 2 isnt gonna cut it

Best place to find all my party needs

I tried the order online, pay, and pick up for the first time. They had my order ready within 2 hours as promised. I picked it up the next day. The line was ridiculously long and they only had 1 cashier. Which was rude and seems to not like her job. I would never come to this location ever again. They need to do better with the staffing.

I placed an order online 24hrs to pick up in store because I didnt want to drive to the store, stand in line and wait for them to blow them up. Mistake 1. I didnt get confirmation that my order was ready the following day, so I called them. Mistake 2. I asked if they could add in 5 additional hearts since they didnt have what I initially ordered. After doing all of that I still waited 5hours to pick up my order and it still wasnt ready. I dont even know why I even bothered placing my order 24hrs before. I was happy with my order thats the only reason they are getting 3 stars

Im not sure which Party City this is referring to because I went to two today. The first one was in Buckhead near a venue we are using this weekend. All we needed was some balloons blown up and they were not nice at all. The second one was at Camp Creek market place. Yesterday they told us in person that they could blow them up for .99 a 🎈 and that was fine. They also said we had to bring the balloons into the store and place the order early again no problem. We get there today and the price has gone up like .30 each and they couldnt take the order we have to come in and hope they can fill the order Saturday.

Upon waking in I was greeted by a gentleman behined the register. Moana section was extremely skimpy which was strange because it was/is a great movie. But Ill try them again the next go round, hopefully theyll have more to offer.

They were super patient with us putting in our balloon order, and then omari was so nice and helped us cram an absurd amount of balloons into the car when we picked them up.
