Founds some boots I really liked and was able to use my coupons.

The place was clean and had lots of selections. I walked in and found more than I was looking for. Prices could be a tad...smidgen better, but overall I was satisfied with the visit. The staff were all young adults, but good customer service.

I had a really good experience. In and out mask are required also social distance. The cashiers was friendly and had a great attitude. There sale was totally awesome even there clearance was easy to access. They kindly make announcements so that every guest has a great experience. I will be visiting them again very soon. Thanks😊

Shoe Carnival is a great store for great shoes. We visited the store and met the manager, Tiffany, who was busy taking care of pricing shoes for their wonderful promotion. She did an excellent job helping us with our purchase. We could not have been more satisfied! We will definitely visit again soon.

I have a 4 year old. Great assistance, I was able to use information Id thought I never use? She ask if my daughter was tall as another 4 year old she helped. I replied taller, shes in the 87th percentile in height for children her age. Really, I can actually use this information. And she rung me up.. Great job team.

I went there for NEW BALANCE not knowing they dont have them in the stores but i did find me sone shoes i needed. They have a variety of shoes for my little feet. (3.5) Overall i give my first-time going there. I give it a 9 out of 10. 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍 #iwillbegoingback

My family and I were here Black Friday shopping. I had the worst experience last year at this location very hesitant to come back. Met a lady name Anteria she done an amazing job helping us find what we was looking for. My oldest child Mia has autism kept roaming around the store so if you understand it was very hard for me to keep a eye on her and 3 others. Luckily While she spent time with others customers making sure they were satisfied she also help my daughter find now her favorite boots. Literally thought I’ll be in the store forever but with Anteria patience with Mia and work ethic she had us in/out with the best shoes. I will change my 1 star with 5 keep up with the great work.

Nice place to shop but they do not have a wide variety of shoes. The price is a little higher compared to their competitors.

I didnt see anything that I liked but the store was neat and clean.

The staff there does a great job of trying to help everyone they can given how busy it can be at times! they only get four out of five stars because they never have enough associates on the floor to assess with all the shoe orders and it can be hectic and dangerous when you have to step over shoes but aside from that the service is great and the shoe selection is pretty decent!

I went to buy my son some basketball shoes and they didnt have his size in the shoe we wanted. One of the employees sold mix matched size shoes so there was only one of the shoes in the size I needed. That was fine because I understand that things happen, but management just seemed very nonchalant about customer service. For me, it would have been great to have been offered a discount on another shoe considering that it was a mistake on their behalf, but I guess not 🤷🏾‍♀️ Some people just dont understand the concept of going above and beyond for a sale. I needed a shoe but because of the attitude, I took my business elsewhere.

Purchased a shoe at this location, only to find out it was too small. Called the next day for the same shoe to see if they could hold the correct size for me until I get off. I was told by Dante and another employee that they no longer hold shoes. I informed him that I was just there the day before, and a shoe was held for me. He spoke with another employee in the background who confirmed what he stated. I asked had the policy changed within a day, he stated yes. I called the Snellville location and spoke with a helpful young lady by the name of Aura, who although the shoe I was looking for was unavailable, stated that the stores in fact hold shoes for customers until the end of business. So I will be returning the shoe to this location, and visit another another.

Prices are high for the shoes that cost less than $2.00 to make

This one star is for prices but the staff is rude and disrespectful. Very unprofessional. I was in line behind a woman having an issue. While I was waiting for a long time, the only thing was said to me is how am I paying. This was said by an employee. Since I was paying in cash, he couldnt help me at another register. They made me wait 20 minutes as they solved the other customers problem. They didnt apologize instead they made jokes about me waiting. I told them I worked at Journeys and we would never make a customer wait. Then the male cashier tried to over charge me $69 for a $39 pair of shoes. Im calling corporate in the morning.

The staff was....eh, not really helpful or interested in me as a customer.

Its a shoe store. Nothing special or distinct. The prices are average. The staff speaks to you when you enter but thats ut unless you ask questions. I was there to get my shopkick points and look at shoes for my son. I dont have anything bad about the store but then again I dont have anything nice to say either.
