Business will close if you guys dont keep up the hours or not able to serve customers inside. The drive-thru is ridiculously long....You right by the airport so it should be easy accessible for customers to get what they need before heading to airport....As far as the service I know the employees doing well and everything they could management it falls on you..

Beautiful, clean environment. They definitely know how to set a chill vibe. My main complaint, however, is that the wait times can sometimes be outrageous. They seem to prioritize the drive-thru line instead of those waiting inside, and they also have a tendency to miss, mess up, or entirely leave orders out. All in all, Ive enjoyed my visits there.

Slowest service ever. The line is never under 30 minutes. They are always out of items, basic items like caramel and plain bagels…etc. Unfortunately this is the closest Starbucks to me. I tried to use the curbside service on the app. I live 12 minutes away, I ordered a drink as I was leaving me house. I pulled up and checked in. 10 minutes passed and no one came out. I finally went inside to check to see if it was in the mobile order section and nothing. I asked about the drink and they said they were working on it. You had at least 22 minutes to prepare a mobile order, people have to be at work this is the whole point of the mobile order is to have it ready ASAP and not wait in the 30 minute line. The only thing this place has going for them is the customer service and 50% that’s hit or miss.

We were one of the few first customers of the morning, so I assumed a slow start. Unfortunately, that was not the case. We were rudely greeted at the point of ordering. It felt as if were bothering the girl by being there. Then, with only 2 cars behind us, we waited almost an additional 10 minutes at the window trying to pay and get our drinks. We didn’t order our third drink because we were told there was no oat milk, however we changed our mind, and we were willing to try the almond milk. At the window, after waiting all that time, we were told we couldn’t add on to the order, when you definitely are able to. So we went inside to order our last drink, and she continued to have an attitude, as if telling us there were no add insult should have turned us away completely. Truly disappointed with this level of customer service. Being that I work in food retail as well, I understand that you have your bad days and you may have bad guests, but there was no reason for this level of rudeness.

THE W.O.R.S.T EXPERIENCE EVER! They owe us and a few of us EVERYTHING because they had N.O.T.H.I.N.G.We tried to order five times but they were out of everything and even some coffee ☕. 🤦🏽‍♀️🤷🏽‍♀️How can Starbucks be out of coffee?!Now in all fairness we we trying to order some summer drinks like peach greentea lemonade and they had been pulled from the menu but then we tried to order the pink drink etc... they were out of that as well and the list just went on and on and on. FYI - Your summer drinks should be offered from Memorial Day weekend to Labor Day weekend. 🤔I was even wondering WHY they were open until they got supplies in. It was bad...really bad.She did offer each of us some water since it was so hot 🔥 outside. This was an extremely disappointing experience.

How are they out of cold brew at 10am? I waited almost an hour at this drive thru. Slow service. No signage. No warning before I wasted my time that they were out of items. Starbucks is so much better than this! I’m very disappointed. Unfortunately the only other closest location is Tara Blvd and I wish I would have gone there instead. They are professional, efficient and don’t have a long wait. Do better, Camp Creek!

Asked for extra caramel drizzle and they filled half of my drink with caramel! Keep in mind this was their second attempt! First time they forget the Carmel dizzle! Very disappointed all I could taste was the syrup I couldn’t even taste the coffee! Won’t be coming back

The drive through line took 40 minutes. Ridiculous. I could hear the workers inside joking around and I could understand if the line had like 15 cars or so, but there were only 6 people in line with me being the 7th. Terrible service, I could tell that my drink had been sitting out for a while.

A coffee place should be fully open early in the morning. Notice on the board in front of the door states drive through only drive through has about 12 cars lined up. It took us over 20min to get through. Leaving about 15cars behind us. Getting a coffee should take this much time of our day!

Very crowded and slow. My coffee order was wrong and the barista attempted to correct it without hesitation. Unfortunately, it did not have the consistency I am accustomed to. I will say the baristas seemed customer friendly, just very slow in their efficiency.

I purchased the vegan selection and asked if the cheese was vegan and was told it should be because its on the sandwich. Once I got home with the sandwich, my daughter looked up the ingredients, because she does not eat dairy, and found our the cheese was not vegan. We ended up throwing the sandwich away.The drink I purchased were good.

I have been trying with this location for a years because it is in my neighborhood and I have to say this is the worst Starbucks in the metro area. My daughter and I place a mobile order it took us 15mins to get to the location and when we got there it took them another 30mins for us to even try to make our order(within that 30mins we only got our drinks which was made WRONG)!!!! When I ask for the manger and explain my problem she act like I was bothering her! I will never go to this location again even though it is 5 mins from my house but I will drive that extra 5 minutes to go to the cascade location!!! Don’t go to this location they will make you loose all the nice that’s in you!!😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

I love Starbucks.!! BUT If I could give this location ZERO stars I definitely would without hesitation. I’ve been to this location on four separate occasions and the service is the worst I’ve ever seen from a Starbucks. They are extremely unorganized and consistently inconsistent when it comes to service standards. Leadership is non-existent and this needs to be addressed as soon as possible because I’m tired of having to choose another location so far away from my home just for satisfactory service. Today I ordered at 12:35pm and my mobile order wasn’t ready until 1pm. Please close this location the first chance you get.!!! Avoid this place at all costs.

Management needs to address the crazy traffic flow and parking situation. Their drive thru line blocks the parking not just for Starbucks but also for the T-Mobile store. The spots that aren’t blocked by the drive thru line are reserved for Starbucks pickup. Seeing as how only their drive thru is open these days anyway, that is especially unhelpful. Very difficult to come and go from this parking lot and difficult to park.

How the location is even operating is amazing to me. We ordered 2 white mochas and 2 bagels with cream cheese. We ge trot he window they give us the bagels but no cream cheese and proceed to say they don’t have anymore. It’s 12:30pm. After declining the bagels since there is no cream cheese to replace them with cheese danishes the cream cheese magically appears. While we continue to wait 5 mins more minutes for our drinks they fail to bring the other 1/2 bagels we ordered and brought the 2 cheese danishes instead. Clearly management needs to step in to make adjustments to the location.

Awesome staff, i drive a big rig and due to covid 19 regulations alot of establishments have the lobby closed and only work the drive thru, but when i asked if i can order from the lobby (due to the size of my vehicle cant go through the drive thru) they gladly took my order to pick up in the lobby

They make up their own hours. They have been closed at 11 AM on a non-holiday Saturday for no reason. No signage indicating why. Right now it’s not even 5 PM on a Thursday and I just double checked the hours to make sure they were open. Google says they close at 6 pm. But just now when I stopped by, they said they close at 4 pm. Once again, there was no signage on the outside of the building or on their door that indicated this change in hours.

Worst Starbucks ever, do yourself a favor and find another one. They don’t acknowledge you when you come in, mobile order is a joke and the drive thru and parking is ridiculous. I waited 10 minutes and then had to ask about my mobile order. Which was missing cold foam even though I paid for it then I asked for a straw only to get told they’re out. This has to be the slowest Starbucks in Atlanta! EVERY time I go to this location I wait at least 15-20 in the drive thru! The way the drive thru is made... there is no leaving, once you pull in that’s it! There’s never a “we apologize about your wait” or anything... it’s ridiculous!

We stopped here early in the am on our way home from Alabama to Florida, and these Starbucks employees were extremely friendly! We are Starbucks regulars and I can honestly say that they seemed like they were truly happy to be there! I didn’t catch the name of the girl in the drive thru window but she was wonderful!

This place says it closes at 6 most of the time on their website you get to the location and after sitting in line for 25 minutes because their line is always super long, they come out of the building and tells everyone in line theyre closed. They closed at 4:30 instead of having someone come out and cut the line off so people dont get in line. They should have finished up with the customers that had already been in line for some time.... Not everyone is ok with being out. So the drive thru is perfect, so we dont have to go into the always packed target across the street... Covid 19 is not a joke and this location needs to be more considerate and have a little compassion... This actually happened twice so I wont even risk it again not worth the time.

We went through the drive thru. My daughter ordered a frappuccino Mocha latte crumbs she didnt like it she said it left a nasty after taste in her mouth. She also ordered a birthday cake pop which she really enjoyed. So I guess shes try another flavor before we decide to give any negative reviews on the frappuccino family of drinks.

I can’t warn people enough...stay away from this location! The drive-thru wait times are around 20+ minutes, the orders are often incorrect and the service is really bad. I have contacted the corporate offices several times but it doesn’t seem that management is going to make any changes at this location. If you want coffee on your way to the airport, get it at the airport! If you live nearby, you’ll have to drive to Drip Thru in CP or up to Cascade to hit up a different Starbucks! Maybe if enough of us contact corporate they’ll make a change or built a second store nearby.

I typically dont go out of my way to write a review, however, this location is by far the worst Starbucks Ive had the displeasure as a customer. Not only was my wait ~45 minutes long, but when I finally get to the register (for my online order), he makes me, and all other 10 cars behind me, wait an additional 10 minutes. Needless to say, my coffee and breakfast was cold. Oh, and if thats not bad enough, it is located in the center of cluster traffic.

Camp creek Starbucks is usually busy. Sometimes like today, you place the order on the Starbucks app to save time and make it easier to order, but unfortunately the computer system is down. Starbucks employee tried to get the order right but was way off. Ordered a tall steamed milk through the app, got some kind of coffee with a shot of steamed milk. This location needs more space to make the food and more employees. When the whole Covid19 thing is over, this location might need new parking because there is never enough parking. People park in the far lot by Jimmy Johns/FedEx office to be able to get a space.
