I have reached out to this company three times to rent an ice machine with no response. 10/10 would not recommend to anyone with a need for an ice machine or ice. Dont waste your time.

I work for a convenient store. Only had a few problems with them delivering the bagged ice .Now we have a food court. I ordered ice 9 days ago still waiting: Ive called everyday. Each time Im told The supervisor will be calling our boss, and the Ice will be delivered tomorrow. STILL WAITING

This company has the most incredibly bad customer service i have ever seen in the industry, i would never use them under any condition

WHEN YOU CALL FOR AN ORDER YOU WAIT ON THE PHONE FOR THEM TO ANSWER AND THEN WHEN ITS YOUR TURN THEY JUST DISCONNECT YOUAND NOT ONCE, IT WAS THREE OR FOUR TIMESAND THEY TALK ABOUT QUALITY AND CUSTOMER SERVICE AND ALL THATYOU DO NOT SERVE YOU CUSTOMERS LIKE THIS
