They delivered the wrong Speed Queen washer and will not change it out nor make it right by at least refunding the difference of $350.00. I ordered a Speed Queen TC500 washer and dryer and they delivered a TR300 washer. Tommy their salesman got smart with me and started yelling at me and saying that I should have caught the issue before now. He repeatedly said that Speed Queen put the wrong washer in the wrong box. He also said that there are no differences between a Speed Queen TR300 and a TC500 except the black color on the control panel of the TR300 washer. He is supposed to be the expert on the Speed Queen appliances and that is not a true statement either. I found out that the wrong machine was delivered to me after I sent in the washer registration to Speed Queen and they contacted me inquiring how I liked my TR300 machine. After repeatedly being yelled at by Tommy and no resolve, I ask to speak to the owner of the company and Tommy reluctantly said that he had passed away. Tommy said he was running the company now. I am appalled that a business would allow anyone to yell at a customer, not correct an error that they made nor not take Any responsibility for their mistake. They blamed me and Speed Queen for Their mistake. Women beware Tommy thinks he can scream and yell at you because you are a female.

Update: A different repair company, Kens Appliance Service, came out and fixed the fridge inside of 10 minutes, further illustrating Baugh is not interested in being helpful.Trust me, you are a bother to these people. Easily the most unprofessional repair place I have ever tried to use. Call them to get an unwanted social commentary on what is the matter with the country and for weak excuses as to why they just cant complete the repair after 4 months. Going to pressure Whirlpool to drop them. 1 star is generous for this business. Blamed a guy quitting on their lack of execution when a quick call to them easily shows they are unorganized.

Whirlpool scheduled a service appointment for me with this company per the service provider agreement. I received an email notification that my service appointment was canceled via email with no explanation.When I called to inquire why the cancelation, I was told, “yes we canceled it because we are booked through May”. Well, I’m glad you are because you will not get my business and I shared my bad experience with Whirlpool.Some feedback for you! First, a little communication will go a long way with your customers! Second, your employees should know how to communicate with your customers- may even save you some business and even gain you some!I wish your business success, truly do and hope you are not ever in need of my business or referrals in the future!By the way, I’m in the process of buying all new kitchen appliances (cash) and you saved me a trip to your store!Regards,Potential customer!

Tried 3 times to get an appointment. The 1st time was through the whirlpool website, and I called them directly the following 2 times. Each time I called they had me give them the Model number and error message. They told me they would look it up and call me back. They never called back either time. I guess if they don’t want my business somebody else will. Don’t waste your time on this company they certainly don’t care about yours.

My dryer went bad after a short period of time. You can count on these folks to be helpful and honest. Tommy was very knowledgeable, helpful and patient. Purchased a rebuilt dryer from them and actually like it much better than what I had before. Again, thank you, Baugh Appliance for your service to the community.

This place was awesome. They did not have the heating element in stock at store but they called the warehouse to get one and with in a hour I had the element in my hand. Go here and you will not be disappointed!!!!!

You can see that they have an extensive parts supply, which adds to the customers confidence that their used appliances are in good repair. Good customer service, too. They only take cash or checks.

The worst appliance service company weve ever dealt with. The most unprofessional people in the office, as well as the technician. Took forever to even service our refrigerator, then misdiagnosed the problem, told us theyd have to order parts that would take months to get. They never called us back, and later told us theyd lost our order. We had to call another appliance service company who did the job promptly. DO NOT CALL THESE PEOPLE.

Its not a flashy big box store but if you want someone that knows what they are doing this is the place. You can buy new and used appliances here so you can fit it into almost any budget. I have found their prices to be competitive if not better than most. They will treat you with respect and honesty. This is the shop I call exclusively for repair work without hesitation.

Svc Mgr Tommy was most helpful to me yesterday. I visited his store, explained the problem with my 20-25 yr old gas dryer, and he immediately offered the solution. I went home, pulled out the part and took it to him, and he tested it for me and sold me the new part. I could have bought the part from Amazon for about 1/4 the price charged, but dont feel badly since he freely shared the solution and saved me lots of $$ (and time) in avoiding a service call.

Terrible! I scheduled an appointment, Tom called to verify the day before even. Day of, 4:30 rolls around and still no 30 minute call ahead. We call and find out where they stand and they say they have someone working late and they should be there by 8pm. No one shows up!. I was thinking the next morning I would get a call first thing... nope! I called them at 11am and the lady on the phone said oh they were about to come to your house... yea right. So I tell them my frustrations and reschedule the appt for 2 days later. I did not receive a call the day before and again a no show!! Ridiculous!!! Will not do business with them.

Called another appliance repair company. They wanted $80 just to come out. Called Baugh. Man showed when he was supposed to. I remembered that the same man had repaired our dishwasher 15 years ago. He remembered. Took icemaker out, did some adjustments, put it back and now we got ice. Great job for less than the big national company wanted for an estimate. Repair man is a genuinely nice guy who knows what he is doing. Hard to find these days.

I called a half dozen appliance shops around town, this is the only store to pick up the phone. Tommy was genuinely polite and honest. Gave me a quote on a part that was half the price I saw online. I will do business with Baugh Appliance in the future.

Set up an appointment with Baugh Appliance using maytag.com for 8/23/18 from 9am - 1pm. Stayed home, waited for them, finally got a call at 1:23pm saying it was not gonna happen today, and the earliest they could come would be next Thursday 8/30/18 and I should call back to on Wednesday to see if they would be coming in the morning on afternoon. Not sure what the relationship is between Maytag and Baugh, but this is poor customer service. I cancelled the appointment for next week and will look around for a new washer, not Maytag or Whirlpool, and definitely not anything that would use Baugh to service it.

Lousy service. If youre going to warranty your washers for 30 days, maybe try to get a repair guy out sooner than 5 days after the machine locks up. And dont be so rude on the phone.

Similar experience to others. Warranty repair from Whirlpool. They schedule appointments and dont show up, then blame you. Said part would be in a week. No call after 3 weeks. I call and was told it was backordered but arrives in a few days. A few calls later by me gets an appointment scheduled finally. The 1st missed appointment the repairman said his van broke down but would be back the next day. The 2nd miss, I waited the whole afternoon the following day. No call, no show. I left message on Friday and no return call. Finally, I call manager who said that they tried to call and I didnt answer my phone and left messages for me. I have zero evidence of this but the manager denied my past weeks experience and said it was my fault. Poorly run place and atrocious customer service.

I called Sears and many other mechanics who wouldnt give me any price on repairing my dryer, baugh appliance gave me a ballpark estimate which was nice because it gave me some time to save up so I wouldnt be suprised with anything.I would like to say when it comes to friendly service, this place has it. Particularly Phil, he explained to me what was wrong and explained how to fix it. He was on time and did his work in a timely manner. I made sure he gave me lots of cards so I could recommend him and his business to everyone I know. To top it off he was friendly. You really cant beat having a good price along with a friendly service. A++++ Dont call sears, call baugh appliance and ask for Phil!!!
