They always have so much stuff. You literally can not go in there without buying something. They are overflowing with Xmas stuff. Something for everyone!

Staff is friendly when you find them (the store is so massive and easy to get lost, but thats a good thing.)

I travelled from Nashville to the East Ridge store to get an item I could not find at any of the Nashville stores. I was pleasantly surprised at the many items at the store and the clearance section which Ive never seen at the Nashville stores. I may have to travel again to shop here again!!!

The store is giant which is good, but a lot of the aisles are a bit empty. Plus, it seemed as if the prices were just too high for what they had. To each their own, but I couldnt find anything for my newly painted kitchen. Still worth checking out.

Wife bought an item online from this location. We live in Knoxville so I requested from the manager to ship the small item. (called store 3/29/21 8PM). UPS delivers to their store weekly (if not daily) & I would provide the shipping label for them. All she had to do was literally attach the label and hand to driver. Not only was she unwillingy to assist, she was very rude and argumentative as to why it was too much trouble for her to deal with. She spent more time explaining her case than it would have taken to just do it. This is why online sales are soaring and brick and mortar is dying Diana. Its because of people like you who are not invested in their jobs. Shes clearly miserable working there and its just a paycheck. Time to find another job Diana. We have an At Home Store in Knoxville but with so many other options and the experience I had with this one we will shop elsewhere....

I went looking for ro king chair cushions. Didnt find anything I could use. Merchandise had a picked over feel to it. I did find a great lamp.

Been twice recently. Good selection of items, friendly cashiers. Could use more help thru out the place, or a way to call for someone especially if you way back there. Carry bedding, furniture, artwork, kitchenware, lamps, rugs, patio & landscape items. Lots of variety & youll need to allow plenty of time to browse.

Found more Christmas decor than I was looking for...wanted to grab a couple extension cords, they were already out of small indoor ones, Plenty of outdoor.Also got a great deal on new $300. tree for 40% off!

Wow, just wow! Saturday was my first visit there. We didnt know what to expect there. Just know if they dont have it, you dont need it.

The customers was wearing face mask, and obeying the 6 feet rules. The shelves and mattresses was completely empty. It eas like walking into a store that was closing for good. The service was awsome.

So I am at the store AT HOME. We purchased a Christmas bag after Christmas & I have a receipt. My tree will not fit in the bag as I hoped. I paid $19.99 for the item and they will only give me back $4.99. They are theives. They want me to give the $15 for free! Never again will I shop there. I HAVE A RECEIPT SHOWING exactly what I paid. AT HOME store sucks! They have very bad customer service policies. They dont care about their customers but only about stealing & robbing their customers their had earned money. Whoo I am so mad.

I absolutely love the amazing finds! I could spends hours looking around. Lines are typically short and move quickly. They also have amazing sales.

If youre wanting to decorate your house/apartment then this place has pretty much everything. The quality seems to be pretty good, its just a tad expensive, if youre on a tight budget I might try somewhere else.

This place is massive and has just about anything you could need for your home - at really great prices. Always new things - so its a good place to visit regularly.

This At Home looked like a tornado hit it. I couldn’t tell if they were just in between seasonal stock or if it was just the way it normally looks, but shelves were bare, price tags were all over the place. I couldn’t tell what was on sale or not. The pricing also seemed really high for cheaply made plasticy furniture. I wouldn’t say don’t go, just set your expectations accordingly.

I’ve driven by this store many times and I’ve never been inside. Finally, I decided to check out what they had here. They have almost anything you could think of for home decorations! They have an immense selection of home goods and furniture. They have many paintings, chairs, and many more things! I’d definitely recommend anyone going here especially if they are looking to redecorate their house! They also have a clean restroom here.Tip: asking for directions in the store will save you a lot of time as it is a very large store.

I absolutely love this store! I have always been able to find just the piece I need to finish off the room I am working on. I love the fact that there is not a sales person breathing down my neck and if I do need one I walk to checkout and there they are! I shop at the store in East Ridge, TN.

Love this store. Always come here when looking for home decor and different from anywhere else. They have everything. Store is neat and clean. Staff are friendly and helpful. Prices are great. The wall art/picture department is the best of any place Ive ever been. Large assortment!!! I usually spend no less than 1 hour here every time I go.

The furniture seems to have gone up in price. I did buy a King comforter set that was reasonably priced. Ill continue to shop there knowing it might be hit or miss.

Decent store good selection of decor and seasonal items. Some sales to be had but a little overpriced on other products. Overall not a bad place to visit and keep in mind if you’re looking to decorate your home.

I first visited this place trying to kill time because I was rather early for an appointment. I walked in... Wandering around, there was Christmas, Halloween, and Thanksgiving decor displayed throughout the store, there were so many options of home decor to choose from! I have since been in for a few minor things, mirror, canvas, etc, but overall I rate this store five stars, and I will come hangout to kill time at least twice a year.

I can’t ever find anyone to help locate anything, and items end up in the sale isle that aren’t on sale... to then be notified at the register by a cashier with a poor attitude. I worked since I was 14, and I always had a positive attitude no matter what. And I’m not a difficult customer by any means! . That was my experience with my last visit. I have had other visits that were better, but overall, I would rather go to Homegoods.

I love at home however it seems the prices have gone up substantially and i cant bring myself to buy things i can get way cheaper or even make cheaper. However its extremely fun to just go and walk the entire store. Its great exercise and you can window shop and day dream. And best of all the employees dont bother you its great.

Great store full of brand-new home items reasonably priced. Outdoor, indoor furniture, lighting, decor, kitchen, bathroom, rugs, storage, curtains, pet supplies, candles, mirrors, wall hangings, fake greenery, etc. It smells good on the inside but allergy sufferers may find it a nuisance. Has a nice selection of gifts too, I have purchased many a hostess gift from there for $5-10ish. Lots of seasonal items.
