One of the best tattoo/piercing places Ive been to. I went to get a medusa piercing and I got exactly what I paid for. The employees were very welcoming and the guy who did my piercing was very kind and made sure I knew everything both before and after. Not to mention it was very reasonably priced!

Need more signage. Drove right past it at first. This is a basic tattoo place. Clean and direct to the point. They dont waste any time with no Im undecided, or Im thinking about it. If you come here please be ready to get tattooed and or pierced.

Franklyn did an exceptional job on my spine tattoo. I had sent him my ideas several weeks before my appointment. Upon arrival he had exactly what I wanted ready to go along with some other options/ideas. Clean, professional, light hand, kept a conversation going to help keep me occupied. They do pretty good art. My husband and two friends got tattood there. All of them came out with beautiful work. Very talented artists. Very reasonable prices too.

I seen some of Franks work on a couple of friends and was impressed. I had a bad tattoo on my shoulder as you see I said had. Now Frank is working on my sleeve.

Tattoo Artist Frank Metz has done 90% of my ink and he does a FANTASTIC job! He listens to what the customer wants and takes it to a whole other level! I gave him the freedom to get creative with one of my skull pieces and it came out looking amazing! I also seem to have a lower tolerance for pain so I joke that Im a sissy with needles, but he knows this and takes his time. I would definitely recommend him to anyone who is just starting out getting inked up or a seasoned tattoo recipient!

Very bad attitudes, the old gray hair lady up front kept getting an attitude with us. Then man who pierced our noses is very rude, he’s not friendly! I recommend no one to go here and they always seem like they don’t know what they’re doing.

I have had my nose pierced, and a monroe piercing done here, and I love them! The studio is clean, the pricing is reasonable, and the staff is wonderful! Ive had absolutely no problems with healing. I would recommend to others!

Got my nipples and belly button pierced. The guy and Im sorry I didnt catch his name was super nice and knowledgeable. Also my friend talked to him about a cover up tattoo and he was super nice and informative on that as well.

Frank Metz is a phenomenal artist! He has always done a beautiful job on every piece of mine he has done! I would recommend him to anyone who is looking for a creative artist, and someone who listens. All around a great person and artist!

The bonus was Franklyn Metz is a veteran, so am I. Two perfect, beautiful tattoos. Looking forward to next two.

Worst place to go to get piercings. Pierce my septum crooked so bad that I’m having to take it out and get it re-done didn’t clean before piercing and I’m pretty sure was drinking before she did my piercing now I’m having to take it out after wasting my money and get it re-done after reading such great reviews on their piercing and tattoos I would never ever recommend the shop to anyone worst place ever

Worst place to go to for piercings or tattoos. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to go to this shop for ANYTHING. Rude customer service from the old lady and the guy with long hair. They don’t act like they know what they are doing and are just downright unprofessional.

Not very impressed with there staff.. I got a piercing the samedasamy daughter did and I was not given any info for adter care of the piercing.. the gentleman also did not walk through what he was cleaning the area with or anything.. dont waste your time

Traveled from Delaware on a road trip with a few friends and ended up at the red queen. We were greeted by Franklyn. He drew up our tattoos right away. My very first tattoo and wont be my last from them!

Went in to have my daith pierced And came out without a piercing he ended up having to give me my money back because he couldnt get the ring threw my daith and after looking at it he didnt even Pierce the right spot. I would never go back to them again. I also had a tatoo done there to that needs to be touched up. I wont even go back for the free touch up I would rather pay someone to do it then to walk back in to that place. This was the worst experience I have had with a piercing. I wouldnt even give them one star. If u want an awsome piercing by professionals dont go here. I left there and went to custom concepts in eastridge and I couldnt be happier. Everyone was awsome and even took the time to make sure I was happy. So I (kim) will never ever go back to red queen.
