We were on vacation, 5 hours away from home. We were leaving our hotel and my husband noticed a small bulge on side of tire. We didn’t know where to go and just started driving around. We are thankful to have found this tire place. They changed our tire within 15 mins and were back on the road. We were able to continue our plans today for our vacation.We highly recommend them. Very professional and nice.

I have come to this place for years now and always get good quality tires at great prices .last week I have the best customer service by a new guy Frank I think thats his name he put me in the right direction for the tires I needed, he was very fast, polite and get me back in the road very quick.Cons. I will no deal in the future with the other short guy Juan here lately seems all he cares is about money instead of your safety he put some brake pads a while back and did not replace the new shims hardware that came with my kit and always try to keep the change if you pay cash

I want to Thank the Guys at Tire City in East Ridge! I came thru the tunnel in East Ridge and picked up a 2 inch bolt. I pulled in they took me right then! No patch job either, they fixed it from the inside so no worries for me! They are Super nice and I was out in less than 20 minutes. So if you need tires or help visit Tire City in East Ridge!!! I Buy about $1000 Tires a Month from Tire Bros in Fort Oglethorpe GA and Tire City in East Ridge TN for my BusinessI also use them for Brakes and I tried to tell them since they keep Changing the Price of the Brakes(LABOR) and giving me Different Prices like today they said 125 in Labor.So I said you usually charge 60 bucks for front onesSo the rear shouldn’t be 125, but I said fine but at least just charge me 125 even and Don’t Charge me 6.50 extra for credit card Fee.So I called Tire Bros and told him and I said it’s the Principal of Matter Now and that I was going to pay the 125 plus 6.50 fee but I WILL TAKE ALL MY Business to a NEW Location effective IMMEDIATELYUntil this Matter is Fixed...................Tire Bros and Tire City LOST a VALUABLE CUSTOMERSurge Freight

Brought in some unmounted tires and wheels on a Thursday afternoon, and they had them done in minutes for way less than what either of the tire shops down the street wanted. Very friendly staff. Will absolutely be back the next time any of my cars need new rubber.

Have used Tire City a number of times for used tires. Service is fast and friendly. Price is very reasonable for the tire with mounting and balancing. The used tires seems to be in decent shape for the price. Recommend and will use again.

I called and asked them how much it would cost to ONLY INSTALL one tire that my dad bought already from somewhere else. He just wanted to install it in and not buy it from them but they kept asking the size and brand. But before I had a chance to explain more, the guy cut me off and told me call me back when you find out the size and brand of the tires. Inwas a bit skeptical because the last time I did this, they didnt ask me the same questions. I called another different place and they asked the same thing BUT when I explained to them that my dad had already bought it, they just said it would be $20 just install it. So I went to that place. However that guy on the phone seemed agitated and just told me to call back.

Quick and great rates for used tires. Also, as a female, they didnt try to cheat me. I actually came in asking for all 4 tires to be replaced, thinking thats what I needed. They told me only 2 needed replacing, so yey! Spent less than $100!

If I could rate this place a zero I would... The first time we used this place our tires lost air the next day... This time we brought them 12 tires and rims to have them changed over... Had to have all tires removed and the six good tires remounted on the matching rims... 4 of the tires we were having remounted were brand new just wanted them switched to the other rims... They messed up one of the tires so bad that there is no way it can be mounted and hold air... And they refused to replace the tire... Claimed it was messed up when they took it off the rim... There is no way the tire would have held air if it was damaged like that... And all of our tires we were getting mounted were holding air when we unloaded them... Thanks allot for the inconvenience... Dont go here!!!

This is my second time with these guys and i tell you they are awesome good quality tires then tho they had multiple cars it only took about 30 mins to get my 2 front tires replaced and they are priced great i definitely recommend these guys......oh and yes they show you the tires before they install them!!!!!

Went in to get a tire put on with rotation and balanced. Guy was extremely rude. He also charged me for the rotation but did not do it. I went to affordable tires right afterwards and they did it for free after I told them what happened. Lesson learned.

I went there yesterday to get a flat tire fixed, they FORGOT to put my lug nuts back on! My tire fell off about 1 mile up the road. It did damage to my mustang. I called to see who there insurance is and to speak to the manager. I was told they dont know who the manager is and evaded all other questions. My insurance company will now be going after the company to fix my car. My rim, tire and rotor was damaged, as well as all the studs broke off. I would NOT recommend anyone going to this place. If your that stupid that you forget to put lug nuts back on then your clearly in the wrong business!

Fast. Easy. Afordable. Came in at noon with a wheel that had a flat on it, told Manuel and Mike the size I needed, and they had one out and on my wheel in 17 minuets. In and out in $40 bucks. If you dont need a brand new tire when you get a side wall flat, pop in, grab one here, and get back on the road.

I was basically stranded right beside their business and just so happen they were just opening up I had pinched my tire had no way to get back to the house I just dropped my son off at school wasnt even ready for the day didnt have my wallet on me or nothing we pulled the truck right up in the shop they took my tire off diagnose the problem aired my tire backup at least for me to get back home since I have a specialty size on my truck just want to say thanks to these guys they didnt have to help but they did and I really appreciate that thank you
