I was an out of state customer and had driven several hours from Alabama to check out a vehicle they had. It began with several phone calls and text messages from me to Rico, all of which were responded to quickly over the course of 2 days. I ended up purchasing the vehicle I had came to see. Mr. Rico was very courteous and professional during the entire process. I love my new SUV and cant thank him enough. I Highly recommend!!!

Rico gave us great customer service. Made the process clear and easy. Offered a warranty plan, but didn’t push it. Due to COVID, processing titles was slow, but they got us temporary tags as needed. Very courteous. I would be glad to buy a car from them again.

Price are awesome low as anyone can buy it. Of course the cars are used but the price it’s unbelievable. Please ask for (Rico) very professional salesman thank you Mr Rico I will come back again for sure

Called for info on a Toyota. Drove 2 hrs to discover we were given the wrong address- vehicle was at their other lot.No apology. No excuses. Not even a second glance from the salesman.They definitely lost a cash buyer. There are thousands of other lots tochoose from.

Inside was very clean,the person that sold me the car, was very helpful, Bent over backwards to help.

4 out of 5 stars only because we missed the boat on making a deal. This is a smaller selection than their Dalton, Ga. shop. So about 25 cars to look at. Rico is the salesperson I spoke with and was nothing but nice and courteous everytime we met. We had kind of settle on a car but it was having an A/C issue. Rico said he would have someone check it and call me when they knew what the issue was. Unfortunately, he waited too long to get back to me, and, a more motivated seller got to us first. However, we probably wouldve bought the car for sure from Rico. We will definitely be back in the future if we need another car. (Dealer fees were on the higher side, $500 + plus 9.5% sales tax. So add that to the purchase price).

Drove four hours to look at a car that was supposedly on their lot at closing time. Got there at open and it was nowhere to be seen. Test drove a blue Fiat with a slapstick that had the check engine light on, did not shift gears properly, felt like it was only days away from going out. The car was parked next to the sign post on the East Ridge lot. Many of the vehicles had some pretty bad damage to either the exterior or interior that wasnt shown in online images. Buyer beware.Edited because apparently I had my terminology wrong.

Been looking for this particular car for a while, I See Cars has on record and sent me info. Dealer wouldnt respond to me at all because I wasnt local. Sent my cousins who live there. Car would start then stop, salesmen rude, acted like they could car less. Said they were getting mechanic, knew they were coming. Should have had car at least running. Then tried to charge on window price, not web. Their loss, paying cash

Every car and truck on their inventory has a finance button under it and the website also says they finance but when I inquired about 2 trucks listed on their website I was contacted through text by Rico and when I asked about financing he texted me back and told me they do not finance. So this website is very misleading...... No it is just a straight up lie!!
