Door was wide open which was very welcoming. The guy working was very knowledgeable and honest. Overall, the service was pretty impressive—we walked in, chose a phone, chose a plan, paid, and boom, the phone line was active before we left the store. Plan is month to month, data rate can be changed if need be.

I use to visit the one by food lion until I came into this location. I was greeted with a warm welcome and a few laughs. The guy that helped me was hilarious and the women were sweet and polite. They are damn good at what they do.

Highly disappointed.. The reactivation fees are out of control.. At one point in time I was always suggesting metro..from now on I will tell people to not go there.. $50 for basic service plus $15 for reactivation plus tax.. $67..but want to say I can get a free phone for just $50.. Wow.. I could pay less and be in contract.. If i could give zero stars I would.

Went to this store because the one down the street by food lion was closed. I am so happy I came to this location, not only because it was open but cuz they knew what they were talking about. I have been to metros in alabama that were not good. This store knows what they are doing.
