The people at FORTOGLETHORPT STORE ARE SO RUDE YOU HAVE DIFFERENT EMPLOYEES EACH OME OF THEM TELL YOU A DIFFERENT POLICY ON ONE ITEM .I HAVE SPENT A LOT OF MONEY HERE AND USE TO ENJOY SHOPPING THERE BUT NO MORE. THEY ARE VERY DISRESPECTFUL AND RUDE I MADE 4 TRIPS TRYING TO JUST GET CREDIT FOR WHAT I PURCHASED WHICH WAS AROUND 5.00 DOLLARS I HADE MY RECIPE FOR THIS AND THEY SAID I HAD TO BUT THE SAME THING WHICH WOULD NOT WORK. WHAT HAPPENED TO TRYING TO WORK WITH THE PUBLIC. I LIVE HERE AMD LOVED TO SHOP HERE. I HAVE EVEN BROUGHT MY FRIENDS HERE BUT I HAVE TOLD THEM HOW THEY TREATED ME THEY WILL NOT BE BACK.SORRY . WHAT HAPPEN TO THE NICE WORKERS ? THIS IS WHERE I BOUGHT ALL MY GROCERIES.HOPE YOU DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS . YOU NEED NEW MANAGEMENT BAD. THANK YOU. Was at this store 20min. Before closing. Got through the line and checked out and in my car at a few minutes before 10:00. I was ordering a pizza in my phone when mr. family dollar came to my Passenger side where my son was sitting and said ( leave the parking lot now we are closed) I said we just checked out and I am ordering a late dinner. He said you where told to leave. What is this guy’s problem?! I will not trade at this store again. Mr. family dollar rides a cute little motor cycle just like my little sisters but hers is a different color

I stopped by this store on 2/19/2019 around 3 in the afternoon. I purchased about $10 worth of items. I needed to get cash to buy some gas after leaving this store. I was told by the cashier that I was supposed to ask first. She made a big deal out it. I never knew it was an issue. Obviously it was. I was scolded like a child in the principals office in elementary school. Because of this I will NEVER darken the doors of Family Dollar EVER again. I can somewhat understand why the store was failing and, now owned by Dollar Tree. Rude associates that only want to make a spectacle over a transaction that was obviously proper or, it wouldnt have been on the format of their system. She had to open a safe or something to that effect and, it must have really angered her. No wonder shes working there. Because I dont believe any other retailer would allow such deplorable treatment of a purchasing customer. My visit was not appreciated, I feel. No problem though; I will spend my money elsewhere. Somewhere that my patronage is appreciated. 🤬🙄🤔

This family dollar was terrible. Both cashiers didnt speak when I came in. When I went to check out, Darlean didnt say hello, how are you, ask if I found everything I was looking for or anything. She even made me tear off my own receipt off the register when she was done ringing me up. She didnt say thank you or anything when done??? What is wrong with these people. Bad part about it, she was plenty old enough to know customer service, and she still failed to do so. Wont go back their at all.

Favorite fast food. I love that tuna with all the peppers, sweet onion sauce and red wine vinegarett. Toasted with pepper Jack cheese, spinach and extra oregano.

Alot nicer then other family dollar in 5000 block down road. Clean. Managers seem stressed but still helpful an say hello. I go there to buy buggy full twice a month

The store has a lot more options than you think it will, and saved me a trip to the dreaded big box stores. Their refrigerator section is fairly large & has a little of everything The prices on some things were better and a few things comparable or only slightly higher. The employees seemed friendly and real. They have a lot of characters to deal with in this area, especially later in evening, and seemed to do it with patience.One question I had is with this big parking lot how does disAbled get up that big step up to the sidewalk? Where is the sidewalk accessible? Then as soon as I pushed the buggy outside I realized they never intended anyone to buy more than they can carry, because Family Dollar put no ramp for carts! Instead this big parking lot has a huge drop off you cant get carts down easily.

Good clean store just need more workers so the staff dont have to live their.

Its a quick place. Usually not busy. Staff is friendly and I go here if I just need a couple of items.

Cost is lower. Its in a pretty safe place. People are nice.
