Hi, I’m a certified local guide for Google and I was discriminated and falsely accused of being physically violent at this location. Please see attached photos for full review, and minorities please be aware that you may not be treated the same as white customers. I can attest to this, as my husband is a white man and I know they have treated him much better than I was treated today. Sad thing is, I’m not surprised and that’s why I usually choose early pickup times so that we both may go together.

Can be super busy at times and the checkout area could be a bit more spacious. Overall though, its Walmart. Get what you need at good prices.

Most of the time its a great place to shop. Convenience is the biggest perk. Lots of self checkout registers usually means a quick in and out when its not too heavy traffic. Good selection of frozen items as well.

It is a very nice and well kept store. The associates are very kind too. Everything was fully stocked and the selection of food and basic household items was extensive. I would recommend this store for sure.

I went to get Halloween candy there and shelves were full- not over crowded. Good experience 😊

So much better pre-renovation. Almost all special products not found at other Walmarts have been eliminated. It used to be community driven and is now just another Walmart. No thanks.

Grocery pick-up is amazing! Use to take at least an hour, but now, in out in about 5 minutes max. Love that. Order is always right and bagged very nicely for the customer. Will substitute things if they are out of stock and staff go above and beyond in my opinion. Will definitely recommend anyone give it a try! The one in Fort Oglethorpe is just as awesome! Only 2 stores i have used grocery pick-up, but wouldnt think twice about using it elsewhere, based on my experiences at East Ridge and Fort Oglethorpe locations!

A lot smaller than other Walmarts but then again its not a Super Walmart either. Didnt seem to like a bad place, found everything I needed as well as a friend that was with me... No problems at all, I give it a thumbs up.

OMG, I have never been to this location before, man I needed drinks and I regret stopping here!!!! First of all the place looked like a tornado had been thru the isles. Although I did see a couple workers stocking stuff on the shelves, they were way behind!!!!!Second of all the self checkout were 4-5 deep and they had 1 checkout lane open. Then to have them open a second register and then close the register that had been open. I dont understand ? I dont think Ill stop here again!!!! Makes me really appreciate my reg stop in hixson. Hixson you guys do a great job!!!! So ill be back no more cheating for me!!!!

Love Neighborhood Wal-Marts, not as crowded as the SUPER CENTERS. And SUPER CONVENIENT.

Everyone here is always extremely friendly they treat me and my son just like family. I also appreciate the availability and variety of products they offer here. Its very rarely that I find them out of an item Im looking for.

Not enough self check out. And only 1 casher open. Lines backed up. They need to get more self checkouts or hire more people. This is crazy waiting for like 15 minutes

They have only been open for about five years. Now they are in the process of remodeling and its nothing but confusion. A lot of elderly people frequent this store and now everything has changed and it is not only confusing but the staff is unable to assist anyone. Wouldnt even go here anymore but the pharmacy folks are great. Boo WalMart

Conveniently located, easy in & out. This location has grocery pick-up (order in the app). In store is always clean, tidy & well stocked. Produce & bakery items very fresh. This store stays busy, but its never a long wait to check out thanks to lines with Cashiers & also self-checkout lanes. Employees friendly & helpful. Theres also a Walmart fuel location at this entrance.

Great prices and organic vegetables, all the produce was fresh and fully stocked. I bought groceries and a heating pad, all from one store! I also like the self checkout, because I can see each items price and know Im getting the sale price. Walmart Neighborhood stores have good prices and thats very helpful, makes it possible to get extra items on my list!

Always been a fan of Walmart’s price match. That is until they stopped. They still have the savings catcher which is OK, but doesn’t include lower price stores like Aldi. This store is clean, well stocked and the staff is friendly. For some things, Walmart is still the best place to shop.

Horrible service. Stood at customer service desk for 45 minutes waiting to talk to the manager. The woman repeatedly tried paging her. Never did get to talk to her. Terrible service.

The store is always understaffed at checkout. There were 3 registers open on a Sunday evening with lines reaching into the aisles. There were more employees picking online orders than helping the actual store customers. In addition, there are frequently items out of date on the shelves. Weve had numerous dairy items that had reached a sell by date or were bad when we opened them same day. Items are poorly restocked with many items being unavailable for over a week and the same empty space on the shelf. Additionally items are also stocked in the wrong area instead of where they are labeled on the shelf.To be clear, the staff seems overworked and underpaid not unwilling. Our cashier was obviously overwhelmed but doing what she could. It feels like management needs to schedule better, and some customer service training would go a long way. The service desk was completely unattended with no management in site.

Had a cart full of groceries and had to check myself out. Not liking this new development. Too much work for a hard working woman. Will be going to other grocery stores where they bag my groceries for me.

Always love going to the one on Battlefield in Fort Oglethorpe, all people that work there are very friendly..

Excellent condition and service, i found everything i w as s looking for, great prices an even though the restroom is outside in a portable building, it was nice an clean.

DONT USE THE GROCERY PICKUP they will make every excuse under the sun to not get your order to you when scheduled and tell you to just cancel and do without

It was clean the cashier was polite as well those putting up stock. Fruit looked fresh,vegetables looked the same way,today was a good day at this Wal-mart.

Great place to shop especially when you trying to avoid a large crowd just went here yesterday. Love it I go here when I dont want to spend a lot of money I can go in and get what I need and want without shopping for extra.

WalMart is WalMart, the help is always busy and helpful at the East Ridge store.The manager needs to open registers though when its busy especially pre holiday weekend.

This store is convenient easy in and out and I do appreciate that. For the most part they usually do have what I want. However today and in general most of the employees are not very friendly but today were extra rude and did not do anything at all to possibly go out of their way to help anybody. I was standing in the creamer section while a man was loading the eggnog never once did he ever offer to move out of the way so I could see as he was clearly standing right in front of me and I was waiting on him to grab some thing. I had to ask him, “sir can you please Hand me the creamer?” Then they were completely out of the Gatorades in the normal size bottles so I asked the cashier when will you be getting more Gatorade and she simply replied, “I have no idea.” Never once did she ever offer to find out or get a manager and ask them or anything because we wouldn’t wanna do anything to go out of our way to help a customer would we?

Although the employees are friendly, and knowledgeable, there is always only one cashier up front, although there are several cash registers that could be open to keep the lines down. My complaint is that it takes too long to check out.

Good place to shop, all ways clean. Love seeing the greeter at the door.

My favorite Walmart hands down. Good customer service. Finally a Walmart you get in and get out without having to wait in line forever. Also Lisa in the deli is great.

There is a tunneling machine a giant one, it has the Walmart emblem on it in diamonds..(tunneling) i can add a photo..just something to think on. Of course ole Sam and his family are the elitist ones ...just daydreaming...I do that while my wife shops. great establishment. but I have money and im obviously there to purchase something..so quit paying these secret dorky people to be private eyes..put back the pretty girls on roller skates. I rest my case (if you dont believe my statement about roller girl...research it..) facts. OK SO I JUST reviewed the totally wrong Walmart. But you get the picture..they all have the things I speak of it even gets a little weird..

I usually try to avoid this Wal-Mart b/c the checkout lines are always backed up into the Isles. & of course agin today the lines are crazy long!! Open up the rest of the dang self check outs!!

I did a doordash pick up in store and it was simple and easy to do.

The workers acted as though if you ask them a question you were bothering them. I ask were the flour was and she said thats not my department. When she could have said. I am not sure but I will help you find it. But everyone has a bad day sometimes.Thank YouRegina Stanfield

I am tired of walmart resets. Everytime I go in I have to hunt my items down. Is it practical to flip your wine aisle every six monthsSeems like you could save money by not doing this redundant chore. Besides you are not carrying good brands anymore. Walmart in general gets rid of most of the things I want to buy. Coffee, I go there for my coffee variety. Lines are always long and its a work a grocery. I might as well be working for instacart. No service at walmart. On a rant because I really hate going in there. It is a have to situation sometimes. Sam would not be happy with the new walmart. I end up going to 3-4 stores. Need a Publix closer to me.

I can usually find what Im looking for pretty easily. They have a good variety of products to choose from and fair prices. Their gas stations are always the lowest price in the area, also! It is the only place I buy my groceries and gas!

This market is always well stocked and the associates are always helpful. It is a great place to do your weekly sho]ING or just grab a few things in a hurry.

This Walmart is usually stocked, clean and staff are always nice and helpful. They usually have several self-checkout lines open and several cashier lines as well.

Wal-Mart and Neighborhood Wal-Mart self check out sucks. The worst decision they have made. It takes hours to check out because the lines are backed up down the Isles. No more Wal-Mart for me.

This rating is for the Pharmacy staff only...Ive been a customer there for quite a while now... It just about broke my heart when my husband and I moved from the Fort Oglethorpe area to East Ridge. Although the East Ridge walmart is practicly across the street. The good, caring customer service isnt there. I just have to make a little longer road trip to get our prescriptions..I cant leave my girls...they are the definition of what customer service should be.

Most often no one in clothes that were never going to be acceptable in public, bojangles right next door, if you want to turn left onto Ringgold please use the light one street over instead of making people behind you wait 15 minutes, this shouldnt be difficult to figure out.

The rudest team of grocery pick up employees. I just moved here and this is the closest store to my new home. Extremely unprofessional.

The store was dirty didnt have much of selection in produce and if I wanted to check myself out I would get a job there I thought East Ridge had higher standards than that Ive lived there for 50 years and that Walmart was very disappointing

Eastridge was much better than Fort Oglethorpe. No missing items (even though I asked for replacements) like the past 3 weeks at Fort Oglethorpe. I changed stores because of this.

Mask are required however saw several people without mask so I asked the woman at the door and she told me she couldnt enforce it. Most likely I will be buying somewhere else

Ive been going really early in the morning and its been great. Theres only one cashier but waiting time isnt bad and customer service is good. They recently put instructions on the floor on which way to shop throughout the store .. was unsure on that.. but on a positive note I love the new checkout bags they have now.. they are sturdy and dont rip after placing one item in it!

My wife love shopping at Walmart. I just wish they took or use Digital Gift Cards to people could save and shop more there. I have a Super App and it’s sad I can’t use it there. Wish you change it so we as a community could use the Super App.

Walmart has a new app which allows you to pay for your groceries online using EBT. IT wont let you check out without confirming that you have enough EBT and other payment funds. After I pick my groceries up I discovered the APP only charged my credit card. I contacted customer service and explained what happened and that I am disabled from walking and on fixed income. They told me if I cant bring all the groceries back inside the store, then there is nothing they can do. Who thinks that is fair?

This walmart has the rudest people running the front as the manager the man is a rude individual. There is never enough registers open either and the front end dude doesnt care

This is the only place to find can purple hull peas & crowder peas if that helps anyone . You know AR is where purple hulls are mainly grown ( the soil there )
