Personnel are very friendly and professional. Worked to get me the best price/warranty on my parts. Work was done as quoted and on time. Will definitely use CIP for any future repairs
I’ve had my windows tinted and it looks amazing I love the way it turned out! Very good quality!
Been going to Chris and CIP team for many years and is the only place i will trust with high quality needed jobs. Always a pleasure working with them and will continue for many years especially with my new 2021 Nissan.- Rich D
Great place, very knowledgeable mechanic. I took my Toyota Tacoma here about 5 years ago and they did amazing work. Now Im taking my new subaru here to get some work done.
Chris and his team worked quickly but efficiently replacing/ painting my front bumper, fenders, and installing my new headlight due to an accident with another motor vehicle. The fresh paint has a mirror like finish which is absolutely stunning. I am in love with my car again and happy to recommend anyone to get any work that they need done at C.I.P.Thank you once again to the entire team!
We absolutely love this mechanic/body shop and have opted for all our car needs. My husband went and had a custom exhaust constructed by the owner, who is very knowledgeable and very reasonable on pricing. Very reliable work! Thank you!
I have had work done at CIP on different occasions, and the quality of workmanship has always been of excellent quality.. Chris, Pete and their team are top notch
Used CIP for brake lines repair on my 2005 BMW X5. Great experience overall, from filling out online request form, follow-up phone call, to paying the bill. Had a small issue that was admitted by the tech and taken care of without hesitation. I would not hesitate to come back for future repairs. Thank you, Chris and the team.
After looking for a shop near me to help me with my 6 cars, I finally found a place that is quick, hasnt tried to milk me for more and more money, and has been straightforward and honest. I go through a lot of tires, and they have done a great job at mounting many tires for me (all low profile performance tires). They offer full collision repair, painting, rust fixing, mechanical work, window tinting, custom exhausts and performance assignments. If you need a shop thats hard-working and honest, give Chris a call. They also have methanol and race 100 octane fuel
I cant say enough about Chris and his team . I had a major electrical issue with one of my vehicles that we use for business . Chris was able to figure out what was wrong and had it repaired in a reasonable time . Price was more than fare . We also had tires done and other work in the past . If your looking for a honest team to get you back on the road CIP is your place .
Great spot for all issue on any car, they can do it all! Been going here for over 5 years now and never was let down. Very fair in pricing too!
The willingness to work alongside me throughout the process for finding a solution to the problems. It is truly appreciated
Everyone at the shop is Awesome and professional. Love my Jeeps new look and sound!
Friendly, professional and great service. I highly recommend CIP for all your vehicle needs.
Replace transmission twice made me pay for labor to install a the second tranny….Had to tow to the dealer to check his work and reprogram the transmission…Turns out transmission was bad and was still slap with a bill for parts and labor plus CIP had my car for over two months so my rental and tow bill was not cover…Definitely not a recommendation for me
Clean friendly place...will be having some.work done on Thursday. Place came highly recommended...there are many places in my area so hoping the job will be done satisfactory
Ive been going to CIP for quite a while. I like the service and Chris stands behind all the work that is done there. I trust him not to sell me work that I dont really need.
Professional experience they set expectations and meet them. Very fair.
Was having major issues with my engine cooling system which was affecting my climate control system for quite a while. Was loosing coolant with no visible drips and the heat in the car was spotty at best. The repairs performed on my vehicle was GREAT! They noticed other issues with the vehicle that I had already suspected, but other repair shops ignored. The car is performing wonderfully. The noises that I heard under the hood areno longer there. The noises were from the pulleys and belt and waterpump. Since replaced, the car is quiet and the performance of the engine and climate control is MUCH better.
They replaced the transmission my Subaru legacy in A-day and a 1/2 forreasonable price and warranty great service professionals!
They know what theyre doing
Chris and Pete were knowledgeable and very helpful!Best Autoshop in PA.Please support places like these.
I love this place very good mechanics and always friendly never had a problem with my car after they work on it and good prices
A word of caution. The employees dont follow mask or social distance guidelines. Their customer area is very narrow and unventilated. I asked the employee if they would were a mask and their reply was Im healthy so I dont need one and another employee completely ignored my request. No hand sanitizer in sight either.Since theyre careless with PA health safely guidelines and mandates, I certainly question their ethics in other areas such as vehicle repair and maintenance standards.
Chris was cool...service was ok....not perfect....but good bang for the buck...he will work with you....thats the best asset... And they will stand behind their work in case of any problems...4 out of 5 stars....
Chris has always made sure things at the shop are in order! Very happy with his business. The work done is great! Perfect for car starters too!Btw the guy who commented about not social distancing and sanitizer, I’ve been there a couple times since covid started the pandemic here in the states. They have done everything correct. So no one worry.
Went there for brake service and CIP installed organic pads instead of metallic. I honestly don’t know what brand aftermarket rotors they used. I specifically requested and assumed I was paying for quality work and parts considering the price, but CIP opted to use cheap pads and rotors when I paid for the premium manufacture parts, most likely thinking i wouldn’t find out. Brakes started making noise as well as having little stopping power. Complained to CIP numerous times and they would just spray the rotors with some type of product in a can. Obviously, they don’t care about the safety of their customers, putting profits over people. And not only in regards to the brakes but as well as practicing safe COVID-19 rules. The showroom is small and congested. No one enforces the 6 feet distance rules, and not one worker wore a mask. I took my vehicle to a different shop and they confirmed that the parts installed were not OEM. I paid that shop to fix my car properly and they did. I spoke with Chris, the owner and the manager about issuing me a refund and they were belligerent, rude, unprofessional and obnoxious with their yelling and arguing. This matter is now headed to court. HIGH PRICES AND SUBPAR WORK PERFORMED BY NON-ASE CERTIFIED OIL & TIRE MONKEYS. DO NOT USE THIS SHOP. BUYER BEWARE. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! SHAME ON ALL YOU GUYS AT CIP.
Professional, excellent service everything. The only place I would trust taking my car to for so many years. Would give 10 stars if I could
Owner is honest and workmanship is very good - especially with specialty cars. This is the only place other than the dealership that I trust with my Porsche. I highly recommend!
Been going to C.I.P. for years, Chris and his team do things the right way!
Back in 2016/17 I had purchased a used 2000 Jeep Wrangler. Car was very solid and the price I paid for it made it hard to pass up. It had about 140,000 miles on the 4.0 engine and really needed a good mechanical once over to inspect its needs. I was from NY and had just recently move to the area. I searched out CIP. Chris the owner was happy to help and had me come in to closely inspect the vehicle to create a list of needs in order of importance. It had numerous little ailments but nothing overwhelming. Plenty of cosmetic and some minor mechanical. We ended up replacing the rusted front fenders, all of the original fender flares, painting the hood and grill to remove years of road chips etc. he put the truck on the lift and gave me a good and thorough tour of the underside. Showing some areas of concerns. Minor frame rot, rear suspension perches, front end ball joints, linkage and the steering box. The fuel tank and straps were better to be replaced and some of the drive train seals were replaced where they showed the beginning signs of leakage. We also did al little exhaust repair and finally under coated the whole vehicle to give it protection from the elements. All through the process Chris was in contact as he kept to his call schedule of keeping me up to date. There were many areas of work as well as body work, paint and it was coordinated quite well. Obviously knowing I’m not the only vehicle in the shop and it was getting major attention despite the steady flow of other customers. When all the work was completed I was very happy to get the car back completely repaired. Fully operational and with newly shined paint in all the replaced areas. The car was like new and I was a very happy customer! A few years later I have a nice new 2019 Wrangler and I know I’ll be heading down to see Chris this week for some modifications and upgrades. When you get good work at a fair price and it lasts and causes you to feel confident in the work done, you remember that and always return proudly to get more work done in the future. The future is here and I’m on my way!Joe I.
I just had my car done. Couldnt be happier! Not only was Chris and his team professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. They were honest and very reasonable. I highly recommend them! Thanks guys ! Cars running perfect !
Excellent customer service and the detail to all work performed is truly outstanding along with fantastic pricing. You will not be disappointed in any endeavor or work performed.
Great people and environment. They were able to get the job done and not as expensive as expected.
I had an appointment last week. CIP was recommended through a third-party rideshare service app. My appointment and servicing was confirmed by Chris the day prior and they were expecting me on the day of the appointment. Chris was friendly, courteous, and professional in his handling of the transaction and I was in and out in a timely manner. The entire transaction process was seamless. I will trust my vehicle to CIP for future service.
This is the only place my husband will trust to work on his Classic Camaro. They take pride in thier work and complete work in a timely fashion weather your dropping off or waiting around for the car.
Friendly staff, trustworthy, timely, on schedule, reasonably priced. They make it hard to bring the car anywhere else. I do most of my own repairs, for what I cant do I trust them to do it for me.
I came into the shop 15 mins before my service appointment [10 am] and waited in line at the counter to be greeted. All I got was what do you need? Um hello, I have a appointment.... keys... wow how rude. Not even a hello? After I gave them my keys, they didnt even start until 12pm! And took 4 hours to install coilovers that I had asked to repair. They had the spring rates uneven and did not put any antisieze on the struts. On top of that, I left with my car handling worse than when I took it in swaying all over the road. I couldnt bring it back once I realized how the car handled because they gave me back my car right as they closed. Horrible service.
I’m on the road every weekend at art festivals, Custom Import Performance fixed my AC, it’s like an icebox. But the way they diagnosed was true artistry. They love they’re work and I do too. Thanks so muchI adding to my review, I have 4 vehicles and all of them have been Custom Import Auto because I know the quality and especially the professional and courteous approach. And they not afraid to listen and talk solutions.Happy Holidays and safe but fun driving !!
Best place for all your car needs
CIP is the best. you can always count on them to be fair and care for your vehicle as if its their own!!! I highly recommend them for all your car repair or upgrade needs.
Great staff and service! Great price and open on Saturdays too. Highly recommend!
The owner at CIP is a good guy.. my tint jobe came out great... you get what u pay for
Chris tells you everything you need to know about whats wrong with your vehicle.. he asks you for permission before he does the work..I recommended going to his shop if you need work done in your vehicle..
Bottom line: stay away from C.I.P.. Incredibly poor service, my vehicle needed a tune up and an oil gasket cover replaced, the combo was causing my vehicle to lose some power going up hill; got it back and it runs much worse than it did before the work was done. And if you have to cancel your appointment for an emergency you get a call and a lecture from the owner on how youre the death of a small businessman, being a small business owner myself I understand how cancellations can hurt your week beyond repair, but its unprofessional to speak to your customers this way; both myself and my mother whom I share the vehicle with at the moment received these lectures following a second cancellation on our part due to freezing rain. And when you get your vehicle back, make sure your coolant is where it was when you dropped it off, mine was empty and the clip that holds the radiator hose off the engine block was broken; my antifreeze was at least 80% full when it went in, there are no leaks, and the clip was intact.
I mainly use this business for oil changes on my cars. Since they are both relatively new and under warranty, I have not had a reason to try any other service. This is not really a walk in, get an oil change, establishment. I always make an appointment when I am having my car serviced. I have been here numerous times and have never had an issue with the service or staff who were welcoming and helpful.
If you are looking for good customer service, honest mechanics, and fair prices look no further. They did my head gasket in November and I havent had any issues with it. They did an awesome job. They were honest and very fair with the price. They also did a handful of other things to my car and I have no complaints.
Was traveling thru the area when I noticed a leak under my Sprinter camper van. The fellows helped me out and got me back on the road quickly. Super nice and efficient ! ! ! Felt blessed they were nearby when this happened. I want to publicly thank each of them. Thank you!
I have been using this shop for years, and every time that I come here their service is the best in the area. CIP always has great customer service, friendly people and knowledgeable people working for them. I also like that it is a locally owned and operated shop.
Pete was amazing and the staff was professional, friendly and detail oriented.will definitely be coming back. my one gripe? could use another chair or two in the lobby.
Didnt make it to their actual building, I called and waited for a call back to make sure they could help and never even got a call back so I moved on to a garage that could.
Great place, great service. Highly recommend taking your car here. The staff are very friendly and do their best for all their customers. Will always go here when I need something done. I would give it a higher rating if I could, lol.
I made a Saturday appointment for a PA State inspection, on an older vehicle that I had recently purchased. The day of the appointment it was starting to snow pretty heavy and when I walked in, the person behind the counter immediately mentioned that one of their mechanics was not able to come in and it may be a little longer than expected. I told him it was fine (could happen at any shop, store, etc...)When they went to bring the vehicle into the shop, it wouldn’t start and needed a jump start. They mentioned this, after they jumped it and were about to bring it in. Once it was inside, another person had come up to us and told us the possible issues and they would check it out. I know enough about vehicles to know what the basic issues could have been. Right before the inspection was finished, they told me that it was almost done and that everything checked out OK with the battery, connections and alternator. Next they asked me and my son if we wanted to check it out while it was still on the lift, because it was a recent purchase and we never got a good look at the underneath. They also showed us things that were OK now, but would probably need to be replaced or repaired before the next inspection.Several times while waiting, Chris apologized for the wait. Just before the bill was ready, Chris came up to us and we discussed the battery issue. I told him he just got a New Customer, because I know he could have sold me at a minimum a battery and possibly an alternator - especially when I was at their mercy in a snow storm and would have had to buy one.Everyone I dealt with reminded me of how I was raised and taught when I was working in shops. The customers We used to have were the type to “do whatever it needs” because we never tried to sell anything that wasn’t needed at that time and knew they would be back anyway to get it done when it was really needed.Everyone at CIP was honest, professional, informative and a pleasure to deal with and talk to. I am usually a good judge of character and honestly do not believe any of those negative reviews. Some people just aren’t happy unless they are complaining.CIP has a new customer, especially since they are open on Saturdays, which is the only day I can really be available. In addition, I bought a remote car starter and installation for my daughter a little over a year ago, and they installed it after that Christmas and it was installed without issue, and she loves it.
Great staff! Not a long wait time everyone was very friendly and knowledgeable about everything I needed brought in my beater for an oil change. Will definitely be bringing the rest of my vehicles here
Knowledgeable staff, friendly service, top mechanics what more can you ask for? great place to go!
If you are looking for a garage that will not deliver on what they promise and then scream at you when you call them out this is the place to go. I got work done there at when I was driving home my hood latch was broken. It was not previously. When I took my car back they screamed at me saying they didnt do it, swung a wrench in a menacing way and told me to get out. Such a bad experience that my friends still talk about it years later.
Easy access 10 minutes from Route 287. The planning of this is a little odd as it is a giant parking lot before the actual business. The drop off gate is located all the way at the other end of the shopping center and unlike Manheim you drop the vehicle off here and then walk they do not allow any access inside if you are going to pick up a unit then you proceed to the main building.
Chris at CIP is great. Trust worthy local shop.
I had to tow my car here while on vacation in the Stroudsburg area. It was a stressful event, but CIP was very courteous and helpful every time I called them (which was a lot). They went above and beyond working to fit my car in quickly and to get it the parts it needed. Chris called me after hours to keep me updated and even checked in again after my car was done to see how it was doing. Its obvious these guys really care. They made what was an very unfortunately-timed problem much easier to deal with, and Im very glad to have worked with them.If I lived in the area, I would continue taking my car to this shop for sure.Thank you CIP so much for all of your help.
I usually never post about anything but This place is horrible I brought my car here to be fixed because I couldnt figure out what was wrong with it and I told them I already tried to change the camshaft sensor and rewired it the correct way. So they tell me the camshaft sensor that I bought was bad and it needed a new one and it would be good so they did that and then cut and rigged my wires to the camshaft sensor. And told me when they took off my wheel my brake pads fell apart so i told them to go ahead and throw on brakes and I dont know why they had my tire off in the first place. So they told me my car was good so I go to get it and they charged me over 800 dollars to take out 2 bolts and change the sensor. So I try to get the price down but they were very rude so I paid them and they told me my car was good to go and they test drove it and it was just a bad sensor I bought and that its common to buy brand new bad sensors apparently. So I leave and not even 3 miles down the road it shut down but started right back up and kept bucking just like before so I take it right back. And they tell me theres nothing they can do about it they fixed what they diagnosed and they would further diagnose but I would have to pay them more but they didnt do anything in the first place besides what I already did and they told me what I bought was bad and charged me 800 dollars for a part that cost a 100 and change. So my friends buddy that works at a Porsche dealer finally had the time to check it out and diagnosed it correctly and found out what was wrong and it skipped a tooth on the camshaft. That was it so that was some great diagnosing you guys did over there. So If I were you guys I would go somewhere else or look it up on YouTube and do it yourself. And they kept my tire lock lug so I couldnt get my tires off and they had no idea were it was so that costed me 40 for a new one.
Have to give it 4* to leave room for improvement. :)Ive been coming to this shop for years the work that theyve done on my cars multiple times is impeccable. No other shop that Ive been to over the years can compare.I would keep in mind that what you may or may not need is still your decision but their knowledge and even educated guesses are better then others expert opinions
Been taking my truck there for years and began taking my motorcycle as well. These guys know what they are doing and are fair priced and timely in returning the machines worked on.Successful auto mechanics are all about earning the trust of their customers and Custom Import Performance has earned mine.I highly recommend them to anyone who truly takes care of their car, truck, or bike.
The mechanics here are incompetent. Made several mistakes on my car that cost me money and time. I would never go back. I recommend finding a different shop.
Finally an auto shop I can trust with fair prices. I have searched a few different shop in the area and no one will give your car the personal touch these guys provide. I am picky about who I let work on my car, thank goodness these guys are picky about the work they perform. A+++They do more than just performance upgrades so dont let the name fool you.Awesome work performed on my Prius and TL. Would highly recommend.
10 out of 10. Iv been going here for a while and each time, not only is the problem resolved, but also presented and explained to me with what options i have. Bottom line ....fair and honest with a good work ethic. Highly recommend!
Received a coupon in the mail for being new to the neighborhood. Called to confirm coupon and to schedule an appointment for the next day. Got my oil changed and was told what else I should take care of before inspection came up. Nice waiting area with two racing car seats. I had a small stroller so I was able to fit it in the waiting area nicely without obstructing walkway. There is a bathroom that is very clean and neat. No changing table for baby but still a great looking bathroom for it to be public. Will definitely come back for future fixtures and services.
Stay away from this place. My wife took her car there today, because she had a alert that her tire pressure was low. She took it to CIP because weve had service done there before. When she asked for air to be added a guy came out and said it would be over an hour before he could assist and again spoke to her in a very rudely tone. My wife is handicapped and it would only take less then 2 minutes to add air to a tire. When she asked who else around town could help he said nobody. Its very sad when a business treats customers this way for a job that would have taken 2 minutes. I will not support a business that does this and will recommend others to stay away. Just terrible....Thanks for your immediate response. But we will pass. My wife went down the road and found another shop that within 5 minutes fixed her problem. We will support those that drop what they can for a quick fix. Thats how they gain customers. I was warned by many locals about your garage and service when i first moved out here and got a flier for a oil change. They all told me i would run into issues. Ever since then weve stopped by numerous times for issues to our vehicles only to be brushed off. Again you failed to realize that in order to obtain business you need the support of all, especially those that are handicap. Even though my wife didnt mention it, maybe the two guys along with girl behind the counter could have assisted. Instead as she was walking out, you shouted come on lady you dont have to be that way. Your right, two sides to every story. You lost customers this time, and i will again alert others of your terrible service. Ive read your response to my wife, who again supports this post and will refuse to ever stop by your shop again.
Past 2/3 yrs been going to CIP for auto repairs. I hesitated untill today weather they earned my referrals. Recently had more repairs done. They were quite accommodating & on a timely manner as promised. Monica was extremely patient in explaining....Highly recommended. Will re-evaluate their workmanship as needed. Thanks Guys
I got some work done here and found out later that they broke some plastic clips and never said anything. I had to get the job repair after their handiwork. They definitely broke the clips because the part was supposed to be brand new.
First let me say I am NOT an employee of this facility. I have taken multiple vehicles to this establishment over the years and always find the staff very knowledgeable, courteous, and helpful. They have saved me lots of money on repairs and are extremely honest, doing the correct repairs right the first time. Their body work is perfect and you couldnt tell the car was damaged. Their mechanical work is excellent. Repairs involving engine codes stayed cleared. Their Remote Starters and Bluetooth Radios are installed professionally and very well priced. I am extremely happy with their services and I do recommend them a lot.
This is a shady place to do business with. My wife paid over $600 for a new exhaust everything new except catalytic converter. It came back still loud. Took the car back they tried to charge me another $130. I have a receipt everything but the cap was supposed to be replaced. When I called them to ask them why they were gonna charge meTo do work I already paid them for a guy named Pete that manages the shop and has NO customer service skills or manners whatsoever wanted to be argumentative saying that it’s not covered. I told him I have a receipt that it was all replaced except for the cap. He insisted that I was wrong became very argumentative hung up on my wife I had a 9 o clock am appointment this call I got was at 5 pm he had no manners and hung up on us I called back and he said because we were argumentative he doesn’t want to work on our cars and to go get it very bad manners and like to recharge for the same work. Buyer, BEWAREEE.
Ive been going to Custom Import Performance for a while now and they do outstanding work maintaining and repairing my vehicle. I own a 325i, 2006 BMW and I usually take my car to the the dealership from time to time, but what Ive come to realize is that, CIP is just as efficient and effective and there workmanship is top class. Their attention to detail is second to none, theyll will always give you valuable information regarding necessary maintenance and repair issues with detailed options. I have to say that Im one satisfied customer.
I have just recently had my 1995 Honda Civic Del Sol Si vehicle serviced by this establishment. I needed my Vtec filter replaced and my right wheel bearings replaced. i was able to leave it with them for the day and i picked it up later the next day. The bill turned out to be a little pricey, but the explained to me that there was an issue getting parts for my car, so i was happy overall that they did the responsible thing and took their time to find the right parts for my car instead of cheeping out and getting me a part that might of not fitted. So the entire service was great and i am going to enjoy continuing their services for years to come.
I brought my car here to have the windows tinted. The guys did an excellent job. I recommend them over any other shop in the area. Very professional, great pricing and great service!
Had 4 tires mounted. Charged me $90 for one faulty Tire Pressure Sensor. Researched prices from local merchants, and found prices in the $35 to $62 range; none for $90. I was searching for an honest repair shop and this was my first time there. Will not return. Will have to keep searching...
Well i must say that i am impressed... Those of you that know me, know it takes a lot to do that.. I have been doing business with Chris for sometime now and finally the shoe was on the other foot... Meaning i was in need of his services this time.. I had never in my life taken my car to an auto shop as i have friends that normally do this kind of stuff for me. So to say the least i was nervous friend or no friend.. Just a new thing for me... Well i can say i went in there like everyone else with the story that is was clunking in the back and that was clicking in the front.. They wasted no time explaining potential problems and getting me in there. They explained what was going to happen as well as the potential things that could go wrong upfront so there is no surprises.. I like this because being in the service industry things do go wrong and most of the time there is no way to foresee this.. Anyway back to the point .. I got a phone call every time a decision had to be made on my car,, again no surprises and was presented with options as what i wanted to do... Then after all was said and done.. i got a complete list of suggestions and warnings.. Meaning as they worked on my car if they noticed something that was unsafe or potentially a problem they wrote it down.. They didnt over look it which means they care.. Lastly after explaining the things that needed to be addressed it didnt feel like they were trying to sell me a line of CRAP just to do more work.. It was sincere and never once did they try to force anything on me... Needless to say my car was done in timely manner. exceeded my expectations, and informed me of potential problems.. HOW CAN YOU GO WRONG..
Did an awesome job on my challenger highly recommended
Chris runs a top notch business. I only wish I had started using CIP years ago. We are very happy I found him going forward. Anthony Coscia
I was down from NJ to have a nice time at the poconos with my family, and we did, until my vehicle fuel pump decides to fail, mind you Im 2 and half hours away from my home, so I started googling auto shop near me, and CIP came up. I gave them a call to see the availability on a fuel pump replacement. I spoke to Julie, she sounded very professional to begin with. She told me that it was kind of short notice, that the shop was full for the day, I told her my situation and she took under consideration that I was pretty far away from home, so she pulled her strings with the good soul she has and got my car right in. She called the tow truck for me, and ordered the pump and got me out the shop in about 2 and half hours. Pricing was reasonable begin a fuel pump replacement. Their awesome, I recommend.
I havent written many reviews but this one is worth the time. Had some work done by Chris and his crew at CIP on my C7 Z06. CIP did an excellent job. Chris was straight, fair and honest about the price he quoted me. I experienced no funny business. I personally highly recommend CIP if youre looking for a legit spot for your auto needs. I will be taking my car back when I need service. I trust these folks. These are good people. Thanks CIP!
True group of professionals!
I am NOT a worker here. Other comments said all these customers here are workers and I am NOT! I just had my 2013 mustang in here to get some gauges installed. The work came out fabulous! Everything was clean and perfect fit and finish. My buddy and I hung out there when they did the work and we were there roughly 4-5 hours. The workers didnt mind and accommodated us. Very friendly, knowledgable, and prices are extremely fair! I had other quotes well over 500$ mark and they cut it in half with high quality work. Will be going here to get more things done in the future very well recommended!
Monica got back to me right away after massaging the shop, Chris was able to diagnose the problem and parts ordered. I will be taking my car back on Friday to have the job completed.
Very honest group of guys. Theyll bring you in the garage and show you exactly what is wrong, take you on the test drive with them, and do whatever they can to save you money. Only positive things to say!
By far the best shop Ive ever been to, whether your there for general maintenance, major repairs or custom work, They will do a seamless job. Domestic or import Custom Import Performance will definitely get the job done like no other and give you your moneys worth.
Good place
Had a step up installed on a 99 Ford f150. They were professional and economical. What more could you ask for?
Excellent place to go for virtually anything, had tint and coilovers installed 110% perfect. highly recommend.
Courteous and professional staff. Reasonably priced service. Very pleased with their service.
Professional, knowledgable and friendly. Fair price and excellent service.Thank you!
Hey Chris you seem like an ok guy but i think you need to readjust your business practices. Got brake pads put on my car and the tech did not put the bolts on back the right way so the car started to make a tick sound when rolling. Apparently they said the bolt was to long although i did not hear this sound ever until after you guys put my pads on. Then you tell me we never took off rotor 10min later you ask the tech right in front of me did you take the rotor off and he confirms he did. For what i dont know i only got pads put on. After all this i had to pay an extra $50 for them to grind down my already existing bolts to not make that sound it never made before you touched my car. Chris what you put out into this universe comes back to you good or bad. If you cheat people or do wrong to people knowingly for profit or anything else it all comes full circle back to you brother. That negative vibration is magnetic with other like vibrations. You did not do the job right then got me for an extra $50. I could have used that money to help someone else in need. It is ok though. I wish you guys nothing but the best and God Bless You.
Mid-August I had to move from Houston, Texas to Concord, New Hampshire by car. Everything I owned was in my 2006 Toyota Camry, which consequently broke down after 1500miles in Pennsylvania. My car was towed to CIP since it was the closest location, and they did a fantastic job. I was devastated to hear that I blew a head gasket and it was going to be a lengthy and expensive repair - especially since I knew no one Pennsylvania and my entire life was packed into that car, and I had to be in school by next week. Chris was incredibly sympathetic to my situation, he contacted me and updated me through every step of the way and was incredibly patient and caring. He understood my situation and even stayed late to finish up the repairs on my car. He was completely honest about the situation and told me of any possible and upcoming problems that I could have with the repairs he has planned - and how long it may take. After he finished working on my car he even called a few times to check to see if it was running and if I reached my destination. Definitely would recommend.
I purchased a subaru legacy a few weeks ago, 05/05/2018. Apparently a few things needed to be done ie: cvd leaks and a pesky check engine light. So the guys where I bought it from diagnosed the issue (cly. 3 misfire). I went to C.I.P. TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THE HALF PRICE OIL CHANGE SPECIAL. So just to make sure it was diagnosed correctly I asked Chris to check it out. Well he went over the whole car. He confirmed the dealers diagnosis and had some small recommendations as well. Everything was printed out clearly on my receipt. The place is incredible and i couldnt help but notice all the shiny gadgets and wheels on display. This is a shop i would expect to see in NYC rather than tucked away in the mountains!! needless to say ive found my new mechanic and I am all of a sudden ready to soup up my legacy!! ( a little anyway) i guess ill have to do some overtime......I see shades of carbon fibre coming my way Chris!.Thanks again,David Hamilton. Subaru Legacy
CIP has what it takes to get the job done and gets in done right...I just had my vehicle done that was damaged extensively and getting it back you wouldnt know there was anything wrong with it to begin with... plus the vehicle was done short of 3 weeksIn short you wont regret bringing your vehicle for whatever your needs are at CIP...
They will try to tell you to repair things not needed “ I asked to change my oil pressure switch “” they came up with 6,000$ worth other repairs so I said goodbye paid 100$ for them to tell me some stories “””” and then left without even changing the 33$ part “” whatever did it myself car runs fine ! Normal oil leaks here and there it’s funny these shops are hacks !
Always get my car done right and never have any problems with installs good knowledgeable people.
