I recently had a fantastic experience with Mesko Glass. The customer service associate, Dawn was so helpful and knowledgeable! Very professional company, they received and installed my windshield timely and it looks great! Highly recommend.

Had a broken window pane in a vacant rental unit; I called in and spoke to a friendly gentleman, described to him the area in the home where I needed replacement, provided access info and BOOM within 2 days they had gone in, replaced the cracked window pane and got the job done! Extremely pleased with the service and responsiveness. Fair price and quality work. Not my first time using Mesko Glass and certainly will not be the last! Would give more than 5 stars if I could!

Great professional team! I have replaced glass in about 7 of my windows due to broken seals and Mesko was really fantastic. Good estimate with measurements. After the glass order came in the glass panels were replaced and installed in one day. I am very happy with the service and the windows!

I called on 7/28/2021 to get a new windshield for my car and they got me in the NEXT DAY. I was so thankful because my inspection ran out on the 31st. They told me it would take about an hour and they were dead on. I cant thank you enough Mesko. The windshield looks beautiful, you did such a great job

Very poor customer service, one of the ladies name is dawn she is very disrespectful & unprofessional . She should not be in this field working with people if she is going to have a nasty attitude . Dawn & Dave lied to me about my window size she told me it would fit perfectly after I asked her multiple times, I even brought my vehicle in so that they can be for sure and still said yea it fits, very unprofessional she told me just take my money and go, that’s not a way to ever handle business and talk to someone like that, I will never again refer anyone again & you will never get my money again .

Very poor service. Took a side table which needed two slate pieces to be replaced by glass and two doors of a cabinet to have the material that was on them replaced with glass.. First of all the side table, the glass that was installed was not the proper thickness even though my husband specifically told them he wanted the glass flush with the top of the table just like the slate pieces had been, well not to have to purchase two more pieces we had to put rubber lifts on the corner to lift the glass. The cabinet doors, we asked Kevin to call us when the glass had been installed because we had a question whether to add the backing that came with it or keep it just with glass, which he never did. Also while changing the glass on the doors, they cracked the wood on one door and scratched both so horribly we have to refinish the doors. I am so disappointed with their work, and the gentlemen who did the work denied profusely that he cracked the door, then they never apologized for anything they did wrong, he stated he normally does not do jobs with furniture lol, but he definitely took them and guaranteed he would do the work when we brought in the pieces and charged us over a hundred dollars. If you ever have to bring any type of furniture pieces or framing to this East Stroudsburg store, take pictures of your piece on all sides. They also have a sign stating they are not responsible for any damage to anything you may bring in to be worked on. We should have known better

We have several huge glass windows in our home. I have used Mesko glass on three separate occasions to replace stationary glass windows in my home. They do excellent work from measuring and estimating the job to installing the new glass. They arrive promptly for the estimate ( and tell you the price right then) and the installation. They are trustworthy, polite and they clean up after themselves. Once the new glass is installed the windows are so clear you can’t believe your eyes. I love Mesko glass!

Mesko Glass replaced the 10 large windows in my home in Lake Naomi yesterday.The installation was professional and the finished product looks beautiful. The owner of the company stayed involved in the job and his crew were all very experienced and easy to work with. A few items needed to be completed and the company sent someone out the next day, a Saturday, to finish -up. I highly recommend the company.

Brought in a cast iron chandelier that fell and all the glass broke. I was told it would be finished in 3-4 business days. Less than 24 hours later they called to have me pick it up. They even fixed a piece on the chandelier that I wasn’t expecting them to fix. I definitely recommend.

The only place I know of that can replace camper glass. Unfortunately, it took a while due to having to order the specific type of glass, but they got the job done. Manager was pleasant and helpful. Would be 5 stars, but the tiny logo on the glass is upside down when the window was installed...all in all not a big deal but my OCD keeps me from making it 5 stars. Also, black privacy glass was not available, so I had to tint it. I would certainly go there again if need be.

This is a good place to have repairs done for home projects like storm doors, windows, screens windows or automobile glass. They do a great job in repairing or replacing the existing glass in these items. The staff are very professional.

Have to wait for a third time to get a simple job done. Totally unprofessional. No clue as to how they are still in business. I would not recommend them at all.

I came to Mesko with my window frame. They installed the new glass. It looks great. The work was done the same day. It was approx. a 26x16 window. I have a hard time sliding the window open and or closed now. Im not sure why. This may have nothing to do with the work Mesko did for me. All in all, I have glass in my window now. 👍

Its great for stove glass.but the other mesko glass in Scranton is just fantastic they replace Auto Glass with factory spec OEM which is even better than manufacturer . And they do good clean work. Next time you need a window glass your automobile go to mesko in Scranton PA.just Google it.

Really pleased with their service! I called Friday morning in need of a back window for my jeep and set up the appointment for the following Monday. I also had three broken windows in my house and brought the measurements with me. While I was waiting for my jeep to be completed they cut all three pieces I needed! When I returned to pick up my jeep (about an hour later) they had already put the three pieces I bought in the back seat for me. Definitely reccomend coming here. Everyone was friendly and professional.

AWESOME job!!! I originally called Mesko Glass on July 18 and explained that I had a picture window where the seal had failed. I was told that someone would stop by and then I’d receive a call to discuss the issue. That’s exactly what happened. I then stopped by the shop on July 22 and left a deposit, and they placed the order. Later, I called Mesko Glass and mentioned that I had 2 additional windows that had the same broken seal problem, but since these windows were under warranty I just needed the replacement windows installed. I was given a price for the installation and told that they’ll do all the work at the same time. Mesko called and set up an installation appointment for August 2. Bubba arrived on time and handled the installation. He was personable, professional, and went above and beyond. He installed all the windows very quickly, he removed all the damaged windows from my property and he took the boxes that the replacement windows came in. I had a couple of old windows in the garage and he got rid of those too. He even took left over construction material (old door frame, wood, etc.) that had been cluttering up my garage. Then I mentioned that the latch on another window was broken and Bubba also fixed that. If I could give Mesko Glass 10 stars, I would. From start to finish they were amazing. Thank you so much Mesko Glass, and thank you Bubba.

Got my Glass replaced at an inbeatable price!! Safelite was asking over $500 for the glass, mesko did it for 270 plus the service was excellent!!

I felt like the service was terrible. I got a windshield replaced and it took almost two hours. (I have gotten windshields replaced before) The employee quoted me a price of 185 plus tax. Altogether I was told it was going to be 196.00. I ended up paying 207.00. The inspection sticker was so mangled that I had to also replace that. I definetly dont recommend mesko to anyone. I did try a&e glass and was very pleased with the service and price.
