Great experience working with Moritz Embroidery. We have done seveal orders for our hunting and fishing club all went off without a hitch.This years Christmas order had several issues with USPS shipping after much follow up by Moritz the orders were delivered and completely filled. They were in the process of remaking them at the time of delivery.I highly recommend this company they do great work and stand behind it.

I have always been impressed Moritzs workmanship and recently had them do a memorial patch for a close friend who was a Veteran. They translated my design expertly into woven artwork. The quality and definition in their stitching is impeccable, and they are an absolute pleasure to deal with. Shipping to Canada was hassle-free and prompt.I would put some extra stars up top if I could!

Absolutely one of the best companies to do business with. I read some reviews here about their poor customer service and these people are either high or are competitors because I have dealt with a lot of patch companies and this one is by far the best in terms of price to value. I have not been a huge customer of theirs either. So far, I have ordered 800 patches with them ranging from group and memorial patches to community fundraising patches, and every time I do business them, I feel like I am their only customer. Thank you for running such a professional organization.

I placed an order being very specific about what I wanted and made sure they knew the date I needed it by. I then received a quote for an appliquéd banner like I asked and I paid the deposit, again, reassured I would have it on time as well. There was such an extreme lack of communication with my sales rep that I’d send 3 or 4 emails over the span of a few days before I received a reply or I ended up having to call before I got an answer. I did all the artwork and sent it over. I explained where I indicated what parts needed to have trim and tassels. After fighting with my sales rep because for some reason he couldn’t locate my banner 2 days after It was supposed to be delivered, he reluctantly let me speak with a manager and was told it was in PA and they would overnight it to my event. I received it at the hotel the day of my event, but what I received was TRASH. I got a printed banner on tent material. They even printed where I indicated trim should’ve been sewn. Being completely unhappy with it, I spoke with the Vice President only to be told I should’ve spent more money to get what I wanted and that he felt the quality of what I received was well worth my price paid and to mail it back and then they’d refund me. I’ve had a horrible experience and I urge anyone wanting to order from this company to keep looking.

Moritz does excellent work. I needed some cloth labels made. Their sales expert was very helpful and it cost much less than I thought. I recommend checking with these guys for any type of custom shirts or embroidery.

Have had excellent service with Moritz Embroidery for the last 4 years. I was in charge of spirit wear for our school sports booster clubs and found the selection to be extensive, Victor worked with us to design a unique logos every year and the quality of work was excellent. I would definitely use them again!

This was my first time ordering embroidered patches and I was nervous about how my design would translate. Moritz exceeded my expectations and delivered some amazing work. I couldnt be happier with how my patches turned out and am excited to work with them again in the future.
