The 5 stars is for Justice. He went above and beyond with his customer service. I called on the phone to ask about printing and bounding services. He explained everything to me in detail and when I came to the store he was patient and friendly.Trish, I believe who was the manager was not very friendly or welcoming. When asked a question about the printing machine, she shrugged her shoulders and said “ I don’t know”. She didn’t even try to guess or understand.It’s people like Justice who keep the business going. Thank you for your outstanding customer service and professionalism. Please promote him, he is the type of person I would hire in a heartbeat at my business.
Overcharged for packing. Item packed poorly and arrived damaged.I use UPS stores frequently to handle packing of items I purchase online and have shipped to me. I had an item dropped off at this store. I got a call after the item was packed that they wanted nearly $50 just for packing. In addition to this, the store wanted to charge me an extra $10 for storage because I didnt provide the UPS label (from my account) until the next day.Most UPS store locations charge $20-$25 for a box and packing. FedEx Office has standard rates at all locations and they charge $22.49 for a 20x20x12 box with fragile packing service. Every UPS Store location is a franchise and individually owned, so prices (and customer service) can vary, but $50 isnt reasonable. What do you get for $50? Take a look at the photos.To make matters worse, the computer wasnt protected adequately and arrived damaged.
This UPS Store goes above and beyond! I inadvertently mailed a package to the wrong address in California. Once I realized it - I no longer had the tracking number. The store looked it up for me - confirmed it had been sent to my daughter’s old address - and then promptly reached out to the UPS in California to see if the package - which had been delivered - could be retrieved. Working with this store - and another outstanding store in San Luis Obispo, CA - we managed to find the package and then have it re-routed to my daugher’s new address in Los Osos CA. And beyond that - whenever I use this store the personnel are always kind, helpful and patient. I have stopped using FedEx because this UPS store has shown me such superior attention to keeping the customer happy.
Came in the store today and Trish was so professional and FAST. The line went through fast and I was out the door in less than 6mins. Other times Ive came in theres this bald skinny guy Justice working there thats always doing nothing but going on and on with customers about meaningless conversations while the line just builds up. I guess I got lucky today and he wasnt there.
Great Place! I have done weekly business here for over a year. I use both the mailbox and shipping services and have always had a positive experience. The manager Trish is super helpful and efficient and the staff is always friendly and quick. Theyve done a great job during covid and I appreciate their attention to safety. 5 Stars -would definitely recommend!!
Don’t go here if you need a notary public!!!! The lady there is EXTREMELY RUDE! I spoke to her over the phone and had a few questions to ask before I came to get something notarized and boy did she get nasty! Listen I always tell people, nobody forced you to come to work, won’t like it QUIT! I refuse to spend my money somewhere where the customer service is non existent.
I understand there is a cost to provide materials and operate a business. I also know that UPS stores dont make much money to simply hold a prelabeled box for pickup. However, I shipped several boxes, paid full rate and was still charged $2 for taping the boxes. Two dollars isnt going to ruin me financially, but it will keep me from doing business at this store ever again.I asked the girl at the counter if there was a mistake as I was paying full rate to ship the boxes, not just dropping off a prelabel. She didnt bother to respond. If those packages didnt absolutely need to be out the door, I would have taken them and shipped elsewhere.$2 for taping. Its as bad as the toll to enter PA.

Great staff even securely taped my package to return to Amazon! A few minutes later I went back in The UPS Store and asked for a piece of tape to secure my muffler which another caring driver alerted me that it was very loose. And may fall off while driving. Thanks again for helping me in my time of need.

Let me tell you about my experience with the UPS store at Eagle valley. I recently watched the UPS store commercial as they talked about all the things that they do. However I would like to talk about the thing that they dont do and that is listening to the customer. I made the mistake of shipping a discontinued, and defective product back to the company. I just wanted the clerk to put some tape,and a label on it. I clearly started that the product was already broken but the clerk said dont want to get it broken more. I should have went to the Post office and shipped with them. Next time I will.
Absolutely love this location. Anytime we have walked in (which is often), we are greeted by name and with a smile. It doesn’t matter if you are shipping a package, buying postage or printing a document. The employees are not only friendly, but super helpful. You can trust 100% that what you ship from here will be packaged properly and handled with care. Great local location!
If you enjoy being ripped off this is your place! $12 is over double what I have ever paid for a notary in 46 years. Also if you want to send a USPS Priority Envelope expect it to be over double what you would pay at the post office. Ive been burned by them before, but I sure never will again.
Very poor costumer service I ship hundreds of packages a month.I have giving this guys much business in the past but they complain about my packages. All the time saying we can pack it for you just pay us to do it they have even rejected my packages before.... Mind you I have never had a single problem with FedEx or USPS. Its shame that sometimes I have to drive further out to another UPS store. All because this guys want to be pain to deal with. Dont waste Your time STAY AWAY!HOPEFULLY THERE WILL BE NEW Management soon!
It is impossible to find good customer service. Except at the Ups store located on 221 skyline drive in East Stroudsburg . This is an actual review from an actual customer. I arrived at this ups store completely disorganized. Within minutes Trish Diaz compiled my mess into a prompt Amazon return! All of this with a smile. That is customer service.Jeff Robbins

This place doesnt deserve a 1 star rating. I took something there to get shipped, they measured it and quoted me a price. She then called over Tonyann to check the measurements and the box size they had in the computer which she verified was the correct price which was $19 to ship plus another $24 for the box and packaging. Then i get a call saying they need to charge me another $43 because they messed up and the price to ship is actually $63. I told them that i shouldnt be held responsible for the incompetency of their employees and they should cover the cost. I can understand being a couple bucks off but to provide a quote that is 66% less than what it actually costs is beyond incompetent. They said they would check with management and get back to me. 3 days later, the day the package was supposed to arrive, i still havent heard anything so i call the store and speak with the manager Trish. Trish claimed she called me twice over the last 2 days and left voice messages for me both times. I told her i have no missed calls and no voice messages. Without living in the area i had no choice but to pay the 66% higher cost. Avoid this store by all means.

Ok, sometimes this place can get a little crazy! But seriously, we actually have a place to ship something --years ago we had to go all the way to Stroudsburg, to the HUB. So, when I come in here I dont mind having to wait a minute or two, its fine with me. If you wait your turn, the staff are fine and very helpful, its the people in line that are nuts!! Thanks UPS

IF YOU NEED TO SEND A PACKAGE DO NOT USE THEM, IF YOUR ORDERING FROM COMPANIES THAT USE UPS YOUR BEST OFF USING THE PICK UP AT LOCATION OPTION, THESE PEOPLE DELIVER YOUR PACKAGES TO THE INCORRECT LOCATION EVERY SINGLE TIME. THEN THEY MAKE YOU OPEN AN INVESTIGATION WHICH LASTS FOREVER AND DO NOT FIND YOUR PACKAGES OR COME UP INCONCLUSIVE AND THEN THEY REFUSE TO REFUND YOU OR PLAY GAMES. PLEASE I URGE YOU NOT TO USE THEM THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU OR YOUR PACKAGES.

Yall need to check whoever answered the phone when I called. Now, I dont wanna get anyone fired the Saturday before Christmas, but I called Saturday, December 23, 2018 @9:23 a.m. (I hope that helps you find out who it was).She had an attitude toward me because she was stressed that it was so busy and so many complaining customers who dont know where to call, how to check their tracking numbers, etc.When I called I said Hi I believe I have a package there and.... then she cut me off and said Before you go on, did the UPS driver leave a notice on your door that said it was at our store? And I said no but... and she cut me off AGAIN and said because weve been getting a lot of people talkin bout we believe its there when its not here. But you can check your tracking number to see...SHE SAYS THAT AS IF I HAVENT TRIED THAT ALREADY !!! And if she let me get to my reason for calling, she wouldve known that.So then I say well I have checked my tracking number and it says that its there and she asks for my name, does something in the back, and comes back and says if you check your tracking, it will tell you exactly where its at... where does it say its at?And the I said it says Stroudsburg but... SO SHE CUTS ME OFF AGAIN and she wants to tell me If ThE wEbSiTe SaYs iTs In StRoUdSbUrG tHaN iTs iN sTrOuDsBuRg aNd tHeYrE cLoSeD oN sAtUrDaYs. Its not a bad place, people that write the bad reviews have no real reason to write them. Store is pleasantly kept together despite the area, and the owner and clerks do thier best in the face of some of the stupider questions Ive heard being asked.All of them do thier job to the best of abilities, and try to help where they can. Its not thier fault they have to charge a dollar for tape, or that some princess doesnt want his precious hats pushed on even though they go onto a conveyer belt where theyll be crushed in the end.All in all, not a bad store.
Very rude customer service. Called on a Monday morning with a question and got almost yelled at. The woman said, DO YOU HAVE A REGISTRATION NUMBER? DID THEY GIVE U A PACKET? YOU NEED TO REGISTER. I had no idea what she was saying because I only asked a question regarding fingerprints. Luckily the phone was handed to another employee named LiNay and she was very helpful and pleasant. Explained to me what the other woman was yelling about. Although the questions were proper questions, the tone and attitude were very rude and unsatisfying.

I had a package that I needed to return to Amazon which was prepaid through Amazon and Amazons app told me to head to the UPS store (they had the return label waiting for me) the 2 companies have an agreement. So anyway I walk in with a package that contains a childs article of clothing (so just imagine how big the box could have possibly been) I asked the associate if he wouldnt mind just putting a piece of tape on the box for me as I neglected to do so. (In the past other UPS stores so this for me with a smile on their face). The rude young teenager says, yupp its a dollar. I honestly thought he was joking. He wasnt he was dead serious. I said, Ill just come back with my own tape.Waljed next door to a convenient store bought a whole roll of tape for $2.50 and am now driving to a separate UPS store 15 miles away and totally in the opposite direction that I need to go just out of principle. Keep in mind I have nevet wrote a review on here before but that was absolut terrible customer service.
Horrible customer service from Dorthy today at 3pm, she was extremely aggressive with my product and when asked to be gentle she gave me an attitude. I will be in contact with corporate about this. Very disappointed. Will be taking my services to The USPS!
