Beware of the bait & switch here. I broke out the rear window of my vehicle accidentally and called around several places. This one had the lowest price at $260. I called back twice and confirmed both times. I brought my vehicle in and had the rear window replaced. When the work was finished, I was given an invoice to pay for $360. I asked why the price changed from $260 to $360 and the man at the left desk told me that it was a misquote and I should not have expected to get an Audi rear window replaced for that price. At no point prior to the work being completed was I given any indication the price would be other than $260. I live several hours away and had my two little kids with me, so I paid and did not argue further. I got the feeling that this was a common tactic at this business. If anyone else has this issue with these guys, I would be happy to back you up with my story. Finally, I opened my rear cargo door when I got home and I could hear rattling of little glass bits.Note to the owner: even at $360, you were the lowest price. The bait and switch is unnecessary. It may get you a bit more cash in the short run, but it will lead to a bad reputation and possible steep fines from the government and harsh punitive judgement in court. Just run a good clean business.

Eusebio Alvarez III was insanely great and professional level quick installing window tint on my truck. If you baby your truck you can trust them to keep everything nice and sharp. I was excited to use this company when they said they could help me out with a windshield replacement, I had to get my own glass because they couldnt find it, and it being a new Semi, I get. They agreed upon a price to replace the glass for me, but waited to come help until it was after they close so they could charge me an additional $100 for an after hours call. Even though they said they would get to me once I had the glass, we sat for over an hour and a half for them to get to us after they agreed to come. When I expressed that the price was different than what was quoted, I got passed off to the owner who cussed me out, and threatened me if I refused to pay his additional charges. Sad how unprofessional the experience ended for the work they did. I recommend to avoid this company

Great Job. Had a windshield replaced on a 2006 Honda after the multiple dings finally turned into a large side to side windshield length crack. The quote was accurate, they got the job done in a reasonable time, and the price was around $100.00 less that that Safe**** repair, Safe **** replace company (with the TV commercials).. Replacement occurred 2 + weeks ago and no issues at all. I recommend.

Had the front windows tinted on my gmc truck. Noticed pieces of dirt between the glass and tint film. Took it back, guy said they need re tinted.he said the following day, Im on your time he says. Go back following day. Says cant be done today ( not convenient to find a ride to and from) he then proceeded with a poor unprofessional attitude. I asked for my money back and he told me to leave.

Over 2 years ago I bought a brand new car. 2 days later got my windows tinted. Still looking like new and stay so much cooler with my tinted windows and daily commutes. Also send all my friends and co-workers over for tints or window repairs. Its local, prices are great, and convenient.

I took my brand new 2016 car to have windows tinted and there was dust particles, creases and scratches in every window. i went to 2 professional tinters here locally and was told that my car was far from a professional job. I wanted a refund but the owner said I can only get a refund if they take their tint off. I wasnt wanting them to touch my car again so I was at a loss. The driver side window had a crease in the tint right smack in the middle where I look out, very unprofessional work. When I went to pick up my car all the workers were gone and the owners wife handed me the keys with very rude customer service skills. Also, I inspected the tint and the windows were dripping of the liquid they used, gunk was on the door and they left a tool on my seat. They take no pride in there work obviously. And not only that the business smelled so bad of marijuana. I was very disappointed with there tint job. I am having my car re-tinted by a professional here in town. Thought I would share my experience with this tint place.

I scheduled an appointment to have my windows tinted for Saturday at 8 am. We arrived to drop the car off and one of the employees informed us that their employee who does the tinting had a family emergency and was unable to tint my windows. They did not call us before the appointment or anything. I rescheduled to have the windows done today (Monday) at 8 am. I called to confirm my appointment an hour ahead of time and left a voicemail. I arrive at 8 am and go into the office where the owner informs me that his employee was actually at Watershed (not a family emergency) over the weekend and hurt his foot and wasn’t going to be able to tint my windows. He said he was going to be out for 2 or 3 days. Worst experience ever and the employees were rude and unapologetic. We will be taking our business to another shop who can be professional and actually care about their customers and their time.

This is a locally owned shop run by a husband and wife. They do excellent work, have very fair prices, only charge for what is needed, and do those simple things like return phone calls.

I took my car in to get the cracked windshield replaced. They gave me my car back with a new windshield full of deep scratches and paint overspray covering the entire piece of glass. When I brought this up to them they got defensive and called me a liar. Im demanding a refund and Im going to L&I to take a claim out on their bond. They are very racist towards white people.
