Very knowledgeable... did a great job installing a new arb air locker while re building the rear axle of my excursion

Jose and crew were informative, helpful, and easy to work with. They helped not only with getting a new transfer case shifting setup, but also new lights and tires. They fees were totally reasonable and they were able to get our jeep in and out in the time they had said.All in all I had a really good experience with them and will definitely be heading back to them as we start our Jeep’s next performance transformation.

Jose was fantastic to deal with, got us in quickly, fixed the rear differential on budget and on time with great education on how to break it in. He also quickly recognized me when I called with questions and didnt have to fumble up come up with what was happening with the vehicle.

What an excellent 4 wheel drive shop. If you need U Bolts this is the place, they have them. I wasnt sure if I was going to find the parts I needed to fix my plow truck locally and get it back to work. They had everything I needed and all the technical advice that I also needed. Thank you guys, I couldnt have done it without you.

I was ordering a couple of parts, but was concerned about the timing of delivery. Upon calling, they quickly verified that the parts were on hand. Then offered if I ordered right then they would have it ready for the UPS truck that would be arriving for pickups in about 10 minutes. Super friendly customer service at itsbest. Good prices too. Our local 4x4 shop. Ran by enthusiasts with good product knowledge. A big plus is that you can shop for stuff on their web site and pick it up locally. Great when your buying heavy items with high shipping cost, because you dont pay shipping when picking it up.

Rock Ridge 4wd is awesome. I ordered a lift kit from another, large Jeep parts website and was told it was back ordered for over a month. I cancelled my order and called Rock Ridge 4wd. They gave me a better price, waived shipping, and I had the lift kit at my door in less than 3 days. Dont hesitate, this company is fantastic!
