My friend went here to get his iPhone XR repaired, and his Face ID stopped working completely, then his iPhone stopped working, and he took it to iRepair-IT, and the guy said the phone had a broken component on the logic board, resulting in my friend having to pay $700 for a new iPhone 12 Mini. Dont go here, go to iRepair-IT, the guy from iRepair-IT, Eddie Muniz, helped me with the boot loop on my iPhone 6 and only cost me $30. If I took my iPhone to this place, my iPhone would have been damaged and Id have to pay for a new iPhone. DONT GO HERE! GO TO IREPAIR-IT! Also, their Original Apple EarPods are not original, theyre cheap knockoffs that break easily.

!BEWARE OF SCAM!Even if there is a small scratch on your new screen ask for them to change it.Got my screen fixed just to realize there was a small crack on the speaker by the front facing camera. I didnt care much until the next day the crack grew to split my screen down the middle. I called SEVEN times before someone picked up the phone (at a cell phone business...really?) Anyways I was told that the “scratch” was caused by my keys in my pocket which I know isnt true. So after explaining all this to a guy who can barely speak english I’m offered %50 off. Well thats still $60!!!! And its only been “fixed” less than 48 hours. Complete scam. Wont admit they sold me a defective part. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND GOING SOMEWHERE ELSE

Went to get my iPhone looked at on saturday afternoon and the gurl had no idea what I was talking about. Do not bother coming here for a repair. Already my 2nd time and the employees always look clueless. Taking my business else where.
