My experience was very good. Everyone was very polite and gave me accurate estimates of certain maintenance to be accomplished and the expected cost of those repairs. When I had questions about the wheel alignment and related work being done, they were explained in an understandable way. I had the impression that nothing was being done unnecessarily, like replacing the tires, for example. When I asked why the tires were OK for now despite the wheel alignment issues, that was explained to me.My “service advisor” was friendly and helpful in all respects. His name was Anthony Aguirre.Jeanne LubojaPS My only slight criticism is that the complimentary car wash could have been more complete.

At Mt Vernon Audi the service dept reps are very inefficient. If the rep you first dealt with is not in no one will contact you even if you request. Needed a part that wasn’t ordered until rep came back after being off & added 4 more days + 4 more for part to arrive. Not to mention they charged me over 5X the retail price of part. Never going back.

My visit at Classic Audi was on 8/13. The service was great. All I had to do was drop my car off. Classic Audi even offered to give me a ride to and from home while my car was being serviced. My Rep took care great care of me by keeping me updated on the status of my car. I really appreciated that because it helped with knowing how much I was going to need to spend which in turn gave me the chance to prepare for payment. Everything just flowed very well. The visit was seamless. I did however go to Eastchester, not realizing the service department is in Mt. Vernon. It was my first service visit. Everyone was courteous. My car was beautifully washed, but a small scratch was noticed. A young man buffed and attempted to remove. All in all it was a smooth visit. I await your move to New Rochelle.

Today I went to the Audi service in Mt. Vernon with an emergency. The service department met me with a smile and they handled the issue quickly. They were efficient and respectful. Within a short time I was able to leave the service department and feel comfortable about driving.

I had an appointment for my 10,000 mile service checkup. It was very easy to set up the appointment on line and I received a confirmation very soon afterward. My appointment went smoothly. Everyone one was very courteous and kept me informed while waiting as to the status of the service and when the car would be ready. Once ready they advised that it was going into the washing bay. Shortly thereafter my car was ready.

I came in to have a side mirror replaced on my car after someone hit me and was expecting to pay an ungodly amount of money for the sophisticated electrical wiring and hydraulics that comes with owning an Audi. Sterling helped me bring that price down to something more manageable for my situation as I am a 21 year old college student living out of state while my benefactors, my mom and dad, are at home in Louisiana. I would like to thank Sterling for going the extra mile in helping his clients and making Classic Audi feel like a home base that I can return to despite being a Louisiana-Native. Went to classic Audi service for the first time this morning. I was actually from another part of the state so this wasn’t local dealership. I’ll say the service was first rate from the check in staff to the service representative who managed my issue. I had no appointment so had to call my local dealer to get some tire warranty info but it all went smooth and I was on my way in a reasonable timeframe for a walk in. Great service all around. Would say it was quite busy and can get a steady flow of ppl so should consider expanding the waiting area but no real concern of mine. Thanks

Brought my car there for repair, they had it for almost two week and never called with a update on my vehicle. I decided to call them only to get a recording. It took a couple of hours before they called me. Not fixed, bringing it somewhere else where they spend more time solving the problem instead of just leaving the car sit.

Felt very unwanted in this dealership. Came in today to look at a used Lexus and was rudely told are you okay with the price because were not lowering it before I even got to test drive the vehicle. Once I brought the car back after test driving I let the salesman know the price wasnt within my budget without being lowered slightly unfortunately. He then proceeded to basically ignore me and continued taking off the dealer plates. I ultimately ended up walking away and leaving. I will be buying from another dealership where Im not treated like a peon for simply trying to negotiate a price, which is not uncommon for cars.

Well no happy with the service at all, I was told my car would be ready Monday evening no problem I went to pickup my car Tuesday 130pm it was not cleaned I was told if I could wait 15 or 20 minutes for my car to be cleared, I told the service guy no thats ok its amazing it wasnt done no one inside said anything to me, I bought this car from Classic Audi 2011 the service was better it isnt now, I will not be coming back I will find another Audi dealer for service.
