My MacBook got water damage and I brought it here to get fixed. The cost estimate was given upfront and was very reasonable.They were able to repair the computer in a timely manner and communicated throughout the process.After a few days, I noticed that my webcam wasn’t working and brought it back to get looked at. Much to my surprise, they replaced the entire top half of the MacBook (screen, case, etc) at no additional charge even though it wasn’t covered by warranty!I will definitely be returning here if needed and will refer friends to NCS.

Few times they fixed my phones screen in 20 minutes when I needed it fast. And the last time when my phone died for good they didnt even charged me even though they took time to open it and to look inside. They are really good guys. We are lucky to have them in town!

Wang is awesome! He retrieved all of the files from my HP that would not power on, and did it very quickly. Plus, he transferred them to my new laptop, and showed me that all of the files were there. He also updated everything on the new laptop and gave me specific instructions about how to care for the particular model I had. It was obvious that hes extremely knowledgeable about computers and cautious in the way he handles and safeguards data.Wang then gave me a week to work on my new laptop to verify that all of the files were there and everything worked well. At that point, he erased all of the data off the old laptop so I could send back to HP without worrying about my data being hijacked. He took extra time to give me pointers about the data and advice about extensions on my web browser. They also provided me with a backup drive with all of the data from my old laptop.I highly recommend Neighborhood Computer Services!

So I drop my phone and ended upWith a cracked screen. I took it into Neighborhood Computer in Eastchester and I was more than happy with the Customer Service there. I called a head to let them know I was running late providing that I was coming from work and they were very accommodating. About two weeks later, I shattered my screen again and this time it was worse than before because I damaged something I believe on the motherboard inside my phone. This time I called and spoke with Wang. He told me to bring the phone in and they will see what can be done. I brought the phone in and he assured me that he will try his best to fix it. I left the phone and went home and Wang called me at my office the next day to tell me that he was able to fix my screen and also fix the issue that was internal. The job that was done on my phone was estimated at $250 and Neighborhood Computer Services didn’t charge me a Penny! I was in disbelief. I am so happy with their work and their service. I would definitely without hesitation recommend this spot for all your Phones and Computer Services. Tim and Wong are Awesome!!!!

When i dropped my computer, i was so worried about how i would survive school without it. On top of that, i thought it would cost a fortune to fix.Every repair shop i went to wouldnt even look at my computer without having me pay. Not only did neighbor computer offer me the best price (by far 😂😂), they were able to fix my laptop the same day! They were able to recover all my school documents were all there. My laptop has been working perfectly fine ever since.

Based on the reviews I went to this place to have a Mac air repaired. My daughter had spilled water in it. While the overall repair was $$$ it was less than half of what a new one would have cost us. My experience with computer store was amazing!! Being my computer is old, I was sure they would be fair with me to fix it. Not only did they fix it, but they did not charge me!! My past history with this store, remains to be true, they are helpful and honest and i recommend them to everyone.

One day ago, I was in a state of despair. My admittedly very old laptop was dying, and I was concerned I was going to lose a week of productivity. At Neighborhood Computer Services in Eastchester, Tim told me within two minutes that it was not worth repairing my old laptop. Wang then showed me a very reasonably-priced laptop that does everything I want it to do, plus lots more, fast. I chose a more expensive model for its bigger screen and other additional features. Wang then said they’d transfer all my data from my old laptop to my new laptop and would call me the next day to give me a progress update. The next day Wang called me at 10.30 a.m. to say all my data had been transferred and my new laptop was ready. I then went to pick it up, and have a couple of extra programs installed with my password, with the very helpful assistance of Anthony. Only then did I have to pay for it. So within 24 hours, I have a brand new laptop, and can now resume work much more productively than before. I had been dreading getting a new laptop for several months because of the feared disruption, and also because of concerns about my lack of knowledge about the best computer to buy. I never feel comfortable buying a computer online or in stores, because I always feel there’s something else I need to know. Wang addressed and alleviated all my concerns, and I feel especially comforted knowing I can always contact him or Tim or Anthony with any questions or technical support I need. In addition, I now have an extraordinary new laptop for less than half the price I thought I was going to have to pay for a laptop that does what my new laptop does. While the computer store from the outside looks very ordinary, the people who work inside are extraordinary. In short, working with Wang, Tim and Anthony is like striking gold. I have used this company for many years and i am always amazed how they do such a great job on any installations, repairs, service calls etc. My repair today on my system was handled by Wong was an absolutely great experience. He installed a new system, repaired my sound problems and provided me with a lot of computer knowledge i never had.
