So, they recently renovated this store and it is definitely more welcoming than it was before. There is better lighting and its more appealing. Overall though I would say that this is far from a good supermarket, it seems to be poorly managed as many of the shelves are poorly stocked or empty. I would go here in a pinch because its very convenient to get to but I will not shop here regularly

The Stop and Shop on White Plains Road is conveniently located and while it isn’t their largest store has an excellent selection of produce and has a large parking lot. I was very impressed by how all the staff wore masks and were very respectful of social distancing.

Great store that has a lot of options packed into their smaller store space. slightly smaller than the stop & shop in Cross County, but they have all the same options for staple foods, its just more niche foods and products where they are lacking. So it is great for quick grocery runs

This place gets shopped so hard if you dont shop early in the morning you cant get anything! Shop early or dont bother!

I dropped my credit card in the store and the worker took it to costumer service, I followed worker to claim my card, I provided my card number and spelled my name ( which none can spell) and card number and the manager wouldnt give me my card back unless I come with ID which is far away. At that point I dont trust manager Jamie Lemus as holding my card.And review I wanted to write a long time ago:Store section of dairy is a mess, milk spilled and not cleaned for months, Entire milk containers are covered in dried smelly milk residue.Manager Lemus seems not worrying of food poison, the most dirty store in the area.

I was upset that everything was in different places and no one that worked there knew where the mini bagles were.

It was really good. We got what we needed and the customer service was nice.

Our go to store for 15 years. Today was particularly nice when I notice the lady at the deli counter ( Fatima ) was pealing the wrapper stuff off the liverwurst I was getting. Very nice touch. Thanks again Fatima 😁😁

I unknowingly had a negative encounter with the manager named Jenine. As I was reversing to go into a parking spot, she sped in the spot! I was shopping with my elderly grandmother (90) and I waited to park as close as I could. This manager was very nasty and eventually moved and sped off. I didnt realize, until she came in the store, that she was the manager. I dont think the manager of an establishment should sneakily take a spot of paying customers and then be so nasty when confronted about it. She is unprofessional and I will NOT spend anymore of my money there.Its unfortunate because the other employees were very pleasant and helpful. As for Jenine, she was not.

Clean, friendly staff and wide open spaces. The store was not crowded and in half an hour we got our shopping done. The cashier was young but did her job well.

Management at this location profiles and singles out it’s workers with disabilities randomly suspending or calling police on them over hearsay and rumors about things they say even if not true or has nothing to do with what they are claiming and purposely makes life hard for my freind who works there who has disabilities do not shop here at this location in order to support people with disabilities

Definitely a smaller store than most Stop & Shops I visit, so selection was not great compared to other stores. otherwise the store is clean and fine, I just wouldnt go out of my way to shop at this location.

Stop & Shop in East Chester is much nicer (VERY polite and friendly service) than other locations, especially Yonkers, where some employees can be very rude and unprofessional, and Bronxville, where they dont seem to comprehend when you ask for cold cuts to be sliced #3 Thin, even though you tell them each time - they cut them as thick as they like.

Im not sure whats worse....only TWO cashiers open on a daily basis (sorry, express has one, but doesnt count), or the complete lack of air conditioning. Its so wrong to make people wait ten minutes to pay for their food!! And it creates more stress on the cashiers who are working. Yet I see lots of employees walking around accessing the situation. I dread shopping here at this point.

This has been our go to place for shopping as typically not too busy. Not as much variety as ShopRite, but ShopRite is too congested for my taste.

Very stressful and unpleasant experience albeit good stock and pricing. Lots of workers were restocking goods during peak customer hours, many of which were acting very haphazardly, weaving in and out of customers and blocking them from reaching goods with no regards to them waiting. Was made very uncomfortable by these 2 workers following closely behind at a fast pace, seemingly rushing me to go down the aisle.Please manage your workers better. Nearly every worker on duty was either at the cash registers or restocking items- none were available to help anyone else and all of them working at once really contributed to a loud, stressful experience.

Always clean.. the employees are very nice and helpful and always know where things are that you are looking for.

My mother loves this place. Aside from buying groceries, she shops there to buy broiled chickens. She also plays lotto there as well. I use it for small things and Western Union. The parking is free. Its not too big and it has everything you need. The staff is very friendly. Its on the corner of route 22 and mill road in East Chester New York. Like many others, I find it a nice place to shop. Try it one day. A family neighborhood place. Mobbed always!.

Produce DEPT was empty. Dairy out of sale eggs (sale started yesterday) Meat 🍖 DEPT out of sale sirloin steaks. Employees, rude and no help at all. This was at 12 noon today! Only 2 regular registers open. Store in Eastchester is a mess!

A good basic grocery store but they need to do something about the smell of the food cooking. It always smells like a dirty oven (burned grease) in the store and when I leave I can smell it on my clothes! Get some exhaust fans and use them!

Just bought 2 big packs of fresh chicken yesterday June 14th. Got home and started putting them away and realized they were sell by June 2nd!! I should have checked before I bought it but its very unsafe to have meat out that is that far past due and mad that I’m now out almost $30. Won’t be going there again.

This is a very small store compared to other locations. With the addition of the self check out counters, there is very little room to even enter the store, through the produce department. They need to keep all isles clear of boxes in order allow more movement for the customers. However, all employees that I encountered were pleasant and helpful.

Oh my goodness is this place poorly run. Apparently its a corporate problem according to coworkers. Carts with stuff to be stocked are left out with nobody attending them all the time (especially at peak hours). If youre stocking, stock, and then move on. Dont make people walk around a ton of stuff for no reason. As a consequence of this poor stocking technique (I assume), a lot of stuff youll buy here will go bad before it ought to. I constantly see refrigerated and frozen food just sitting in the aisle not being stocked,. It seems so simple, how is that hard?

Store and parking lot & carts could be cleaner & shelves should be stocked overnight & during slow times. Customers constantly were maneuvering around each other since stock carts took up much space in every aisle & the stock people dont seem to care about the inconvenience to the customer.

I only went for produce. They were beautif8l and clean. I was pleased.

The employees are very nice and helpful. The selection is minimal. $3.99 for a sourdough loaf. Shouldnt chains be able to privide quailty at a discount? The price is so hiked up. This bread is one of the simpler to make, especially with the low quality ingredients used. Just another example of the dilution of taste.

The floral area is ran so well by a women named Diane C she helped me and was very professional,her work is beautiful I will always go there as long as this women is there.thank you.

Its smaller than the other one of your stores so you go in and get out quickly without a hitch. Very pleasant people.

Not a Super Stop and Shop but a decent size none the less. They always have what I need and parking is easy. I come from Bronxville instead of going to the Stop and Shop at the Cross County Mall.

Need more cashiers in the early morning

If you go early during senior hours produce is depleted as is frozen vegetables. Stock workers come in later to restock shelves so no point to going at 7:00 a.m.

This grocery store is decent, but prefer to shop elsewhere. The isles are a little tight and the checkout staff is a little more unhelpful and rude than other establishments. Making a left out of the parking lot is extremely tricky, verging on hazardous, as busy times of day.

This store is a pit. Nice employees but the setup is the worst ever....
