DONT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY LIE. THEY MISDIAGNOSE TO JACK UP THE REPAIR COST. THEY ARE SO DISORGANIZED THEY CANT EVEN REMEMBER WHO OWNS WHAT VACUUM. THEY PROMISE TO GET BACK TO YOU IN A DAY - IT TAKES OVER A WEEK. THEY ARE DISHONEST, LIARS. BETTER TO SUPPORT A TRUSTWORTHY LARGE PROVIDER OR BUY A NEW VACUUM RATHER THAN ROLL THE DICE TRYING TO SUPPORT THIS LOCAL BUSINESS. THEY ARE NOT TO BE TRUSTED. IF THERE WAS A NEGATIVE 5 STARS I WOULD SELECT THAT OPTION BUT HAD TO SELECT 1 START OR I COLD NOT POST THIS.
