Beautiful office! Great team! Very professional with up to date technology!

I was very impressed with how comfortable every single staff member made me feel, I haven’t had my eyes checked in longer then I’d like to admit so I wasn’t sure what was considered for a regular check up and they were very informative throughout each step. I was professionally taken care of by the best people, their personalities alone is something you can’t learn in college but the combination equals the best health care in my opinion. This Dr has hand picked his employees for a reason and every reason to go there.

Super friendly and helpful staff, they always are able to help with anything that comes up. They have been and likely will continue to be my perfered provider just from their quality of service alone.

I have been seeing Dr. Dostal since I was 12 years old. He is an incredible doctor and made it possible for me to even wear contacts. I’ve seen him once a year and I’m now 27. The staff has always been so nice, helpful and accommodating. I have called the office twice to express concerns that I am pregnant and very very sick. I have been vomiting non stop and have had concerns about my upcoming appointment. I drive over an hour once a year to see Dr. Dostal because he is truly the best. I am beyond frustrated with the experience I had speaking with Cheryl. Her tone and the way she talked down to me was not necessary and very condescending. She goes, “okay I get youre pregnant but..” no Cheryl, you do not understand and you have no empathy. And I normally am not this upset but if you have been sick for 7 weeks of non stop vomiting and nausea and you’re stressed about getting in for an eye exam to get your contacts on time.. wouldn’t you be a little upset? If she wanted to help she could have done so in a more kind and professional manner. I felt that she just disregarded my concerns. It was my second time calling expressing my concern to see what we can do. Dr. Dostal is booked out until December which I understand is normal. However, she was telling me I may need to come back a week later.. tried to book me with another Doctor and did not even care about my fear or concerns. If I need to book a later appointment because I’m projectile vomiting multiple times a day.. couldn’t you have done something to help ease the stress? Even see if they could order me a few month supply of my old prescription contacts. I just felt both times she claims she is there to help but she was not helpful at all. Not very good customer service for a patient that has been coming here for years. I have never had an issue since I saw Dr. Dostal before he even opened his own practice. The team has always been so helpful and accommodating I was just surprised to have this type of an experience while pregnant.

I recently needed to purchase new glasses, and realized my prescription had lapsed. They got me in promptly on a cancelation. Great staff, excellent flow in service and care. Zero time sitting and waiting, even while my eyes where dilating, I was checking out frames. So glad I made the switch to this office!

Very informative and help full staff. My technician was very patient with explaining all the contact options and breaking down the costs with rebates and insurance coverage. Everything was clean and they followed safety protocols carefully. Great service and full confidence in their expertise.

The Eye Drs has always been my arch nemesis within the healthcare field. Probably because Ive always struggled with anything to do with my eyes. That being said; I have never had the care in all of my years of going to an Optometrist as I experienced at Dostal Eyecare. The entire staff was super Friendly, Caring, Professional and extremely Thorough. I highly recommend this practice for all of your Eyecare needs.

I have been going to this office on and off since I was 16 when I got my first pair of glasses. I keep returning even tho the distance is now a 40 minute drive. Everyone at the Dostal office are very kind. Not to mention the clean and welcoming environment!

Difficult to review, Dr. Dostal is fantastic 5 stars, has been my eye doctor for years. Glasses department 1 Star, this was my first time ordering glasses from them and I had a special request I was leaving on vacation in 7 days and required the glasses within that time frame. normally glasses take 7-10 days and my request needed it to be 7. They called the lab that accepted my insurance and did not feel comfortable that could be accomplished. They then tried a local lab that did not take my insurance and although would cost more assured me that the material was in-stock to make the glasses and it could be done provided they passed inspection when finished. I decided to take the chance. When I called a week later to see how it was going I was told its 7 to 10 days, when I asked about the discussion when i ordered them was told the girl was on vacation and the lab MAY be able to have them the next day but they would NOT BE what i ordered as they didnt have the material to make them (would not darken). since my vacation included a beach this was unacceptable and I cancelled the order and will spend a week at the beach without sunglasses. I would strongly recommend against using them. If they had followed up with the lab as i was led to believe they would, then i would of known earlier and had an opportunity to try someone different.UPDATE.. I have updated this from 1 Star to 3 Stars due to the prompt no hassle refund the office provided me.

Great care, clean, safe and friendly.

It was my first time getting an eye exam as an adult and I was a little nervous, but the staff was super friendly and explained everything the machines did and it was a great experience and I recommend them to anyone. I found out about them through the Lions Club program, and they exceeded my expectations. Plus, they have great taste in music!

I switched to Dostal Eyecare after reading others reviews online. I wasnt unhappy with my previous optometrist but I decided to try Dostal because they took my insurance. I was blown away! I found out that the contacts I had been wearing utilized old technology and that I could switch to multi-focal lenses that eliminated the need for reading glasses. Everyone was really nice and I felt comfortable asking questions. Two thumbs up!

Beautiful office, very friendly staff and thorough exam. The doc was very knowledgable and happy to discuss all the options for multifocal contact lenses. Huge selection of really nice frames as well, so the office is a one stop for those of us who wear contacts and glasses.

Eric Dostal is a real nice doctor I did visit a number of eye doctors since I was a kid but I never met a nice Doc like Eric he has a lot of patience and very kind.
