I ordered a pair of tubes for the church organ. They were reasonably priced and came quickly. I had a problem with one and they replaced it immediately. That shows me more about the company that I couldnt learn for a perfect pair the first time. Thanks, JP

Someone bought my lamps on ebay with the shipping address of VIVA Tubes, then ask for return and left a negative feedback. I called VIVA Tubes, but they only made fun of me. As I understand it, they buy lamps on ebay, then return the burned lamps, then sell good lamps in their VIVA Tubes shop. Stay away from them!

Very mean people work here! They buy products on Ebay from competitors and leave negative reviews to them. I recommend keeping it away from this place.

I had a Tube Amp failure: I was expecting a fireworks display until I shut off the amplifier! Rick in customer service was kind enough to test the tubes and determined “the quad“ did not measure well and replaced all four free of charge to me. Now THAT’s extraordinary. THANKS RICK!

Found very old tube here in great working order! A 47 and a 56. Vivatubes helped get my 1935 era Rickenbacher into working order.
