This business and the family that runs it is truly amazing! Last month a nurse who works as a traveling nurse going all over helping with the COVID response at different hospitals, came in to trade things in to get money to pay her rent that fell past due. Her intention was to buy the items back within a few weeks once she got her next check. Trading in things that you use everyday just to make ends meet is not easy and during these tough times we all know what that feels like! The owner did something that was completely unexpected and gave her the items back and lent her the money she needed to pay her bill. WHO DOES THIS?? Especially now a days! This was the most heart warming thing I have ever seen! I will most definitely come here and support this business anytime I need something! A true local family run business that cares! They very quickly turned around a laptop I bought from them years ago that wouldn’t boot for me today. Above and beyond. Much appreciated and recommended.

I ended up needing a new mother board this past Saturday after a failed attempt at putting in my new i7-7900k. These guys dealt with me impatient attitude very professionally. I paid for the rush service and recommend the same. They would have had it fixed that day if it wasnt for the part needing to be shipped in. I had my computer on my desk up and running at 4pm Monday. Two day service is unheard of in this industry! So yes give these guys a visit. The price is also reasonable and negotiable within reason. Dont be a jerk and they will treat you extremely well.

Bought a refurbished computer for my bosses daughter who lives in the area and we are in Georgia. They were very helpful in helping me choose a computer for her and when she had an issue with the computer she took it back and they switched it out for her without any problems. I was trying to replace my laptop battery and one of the screws was completely stuck. I brought it to staples and they stripped the screw then said it was stuck too hard and they couldnt help me. this was the only place i could find on google still open in the evening so i came in and the man behind the counter had it out in 15 seconds and didnt charge me. great place.

I have had several things fixed at this store over many years and it was worth it. The owner is above and beyond friendly and has become like family to us. The store and employees always has a warm welcome and friendly spirit. The prices are reasonable and there always flexible. They never treat there customers like a number. There friendly, warm, caring and show great interest in people. I have seen them many times go above and beyond to meet the needs of customers. I would highly recommend this business for anyone who is looking for not just service, but a reasonably priced, warm, friendly atmosphere with professional owner and employees to meet your needs. Brought in my broken Iphone and was extremely happy to hear when I heard it was fixed in less than 45 minutes! I had also asked them to help me fix my laptop at the time and they suggested in the long run(seeing how old my laptop was) it was cheaper to buy a newer one. I will come here with all my future phone and computer problems.

The customer service at this establishment is incomparable to any other. They were very helpful and generous. The staff there including the owner are wonderful people to work with. I would recommend any computer repair to be done here. If you have an inquiry about another piece of technology call them and see if they can assist you with repair or diagnosis. They have surprised me with a couple items they have repaired so it’s worth a shot.

I dropped my phone and the screen and home button were both broken and the phone didn’t work after that. I brought it to these guys and within an hour they replaced the screen and home button and my phone works perfectly again! I couldn’t ask for better service! Awesome customer service and super helpful staff. They make sure the customer 100% of whats going on with their product and provide an array of options for customers. I brought both of my laptop computers for diagnostics. One PC had maxed out its hard drive memory and they sold me an external hard drive for a discounted student price!!! For my other PC, the owner agreed to trade in my laptops in exchange for a new Google chromebook! Couldnt be any more thankful for coming here!

Old used components steep prices and under knowledgable for running a pc shop. They are not great but if you need somthing simple or a phone repaired its the closest thing

I dropped my iPhone 7 and it broke and I needed it for work and even though they were closing in 10 minutes, they stayed open longer to make sure they got my phone fixed for me in time to get to work! One of the employees who I also think is the owner here is someone people should watch out for. Be careful with your kids and be careful with yourselves. I do not trust this company any more and anyone doing business with them should look into who they are.

I had a wonderful experience here. The service was remarkable, they knew what they were doing, and they saved me from getting really ripped off. For the backstory, the power button on my laptop suddenly stopped working. I initially brought my computer to Best Buys Geek squad because I was unaware of Computer Works. At Best Buy I waited for half and hour, only to have my computer taken into a back room buy some guy for 20 minutes while I waited. When it was brought back to me I was told there was a problem with my motherboard, my charger had stopped working, and that it would be $300-400 dollars to repair it and additional fees for them to transfer my data so why not just get a new computer. Hearing this I became extremely mad and told him that I would have to think about it. After a brief google search I found Computer Works. I brought my computer there, told them the problem I was having with my power button, and what I had been told to me at Best Buy. They were very encouraging and told me they would look at my computer and have it back to me the next day. I was called later that night saying the issue with my button had been fixed, my motherboard and charger were fine, and that I could come in tomorrow to pick up my computer (on a Sunday no less!). I paid a very fair price for everything (less than $50) and got much better service. They took the time to explain what the issue with my button had been and really helped me. From now on I will be coming here with all of my computer needs instead of Best Buy, and so will my family.

I work for a business close by, so im often running in looking for a particular cord, or help with certain software. i couldnt be more happy with the help i recieve from the owner and his staff, and the reasonable prices.

I had called for an appointment and had one scheduled. The man I spoke to told me he could help remove the viruses from my sons computer and teach him how to prevent getting viruses. When we showed up, the man behind the counter was not able to help us and said there were two other guys who we probably made the appointment with. I asked him to call those people and see if they were coming. No one responded back to him. He tried his best to help my son and we waited for 35 minutes. One of the other guys showed up and also didnt know anything about our appointment. He said we should leave the computer and it would cost $99 to remove the viruses. When I asked him how we could prevent viruses in the future, he said, Be careful. I explained that my son didnt know how to be careful and asked if he could explain that. He couldt and just said that you learn from experience. I was thoroughly unimpressed with my experience at this store. It also shared a space with someone who sells candles and the small was very strong. Not organized and not helpful.

The staff is very knowledgeable, great customer service, and the store is stocked with everything related to electronics.
