Ive always been treated with respect and gratitude as a customer. Staff and management do a nice job, for area of the store is turning into Higher volume of traffic traveling on a MA state Rt.10. The buildingand front door, is literally within 40-50Ft. From the state road. There is plenty of parking for the volume of customers to park, in front or pick up on the North side of the store.

Brought my patio sliding screen door to have the screen replaced. Wasnt even a full week and it was ready. Perfect job. I had the plastic nylon replaced with metal mesh. Awesome job reasonable price. Highly recommend their service.

Store personnel are always polite, eager to help and professional. Many veteran members of staff are also very knowledgeable. The Labor Day on-line sale of wood pellets beat Tractor Supply, Home Depot, and Lowes by $80.

As a carpenter for over 20 years it’s nice to go to a place with knowledgeable sales staff. i’m in here 3-4 times a week and whenever i ask where? i75 % of the staff knows where it is or if they don’t they call someone who knows .

Theyre doing COVID-19 distancing and mask enforcement well. They recently rearranged their whole store to help with customer flow and the challenges of social distancing and customer safety. And of course, their copious selection and exceedingly helpful staff are and have always been top notch. If its not in the store, you can find it online and get it to the store quickly.

Nice little store but didnt expect rigid social distance rules and employees telling you where to stand and which way to walk down isles. Might want to call and see if their policies have changed if you arent sick and want to be treated like a customer. This is Thursday before Memorial Day weekend btw. I really expected a much more chill no nonsense in-and-out experience.

Great local hardware store! Awesome selection, wonderful people. Always there to help if you need it, or give you space if you want it. If they dont have it, theyll get it for you. Never again will I waste my time chasing some jerk in an orange apron. Aubuchon for life! Also, they have a cat. What more could you want.
