I highly recommend Pioneer Valley Oil Inc. I’ve been doing business with them for many years. They’re professional on the phone and I never had a problem getting my oil delivered on time. Anyone who answers the phone is extremely helpful.

Absolutely fantastic service cant even emphasize that enough, I purchased a home with being told the propane tank was owned by the previous owner and would stay at the house, come move in day the tank was gone upon arrival, I contacted multiple propane companies more local to my house in wilbraham and everyone told me a minimum of a week just to look. Then plan to install the tank after that initial look a week later. Then I got a hold of pioneer valley oil and imediatly the same day I had the greatest service tech Ive met come to my house. Mind you Im also a service tech so I can be pretty brutal on judging them, and Tim was nothing but professional and made me feel like a friend imediatly, he taught me everything I needed to know and was extremely kind to my family and their concerns, the following day he showed up right in the time frame he told me he would be there and promptly went to work. Upon completion he tested all my devices that ran on the propane and even repaired the ones having trouble firing. After everything was said and done he explained that now that I own the tank I can shop around anywhere for my propane and did not push his own company on me. Because of the immediate service and the respect and extreme quality of workmanship and character Tim showed I decided to set up my propane services with them. This is the kind of experience that will make you not only a customer but a friend for many years to come. Very professional and easy to work with. Went above and beyond. I called to schedule a time to fill my oil tank, which would have been in about 1 week. When the customer service person heard that I was very low however, he took my number and called me back a few minutes later saying that they had arranged an extra, early, 50gal oil delivery for today to make sure I don’t run out before my fill next week (it’s winter and it is colllld! I was prepared to go buy lots of diesel to keep my house from freezing). Without me asking, or requesting, they arranged a bonus 50gal delivery- no special charge - just food above and beyond service that is going to save me time, energy, money and thought! Thanks guys! I also love that they keep all info on file so ordering and paying is super easy!

Both my dad and I have been customers years. Never a problem. In fact, my dad looks forward to an oil delivery chatting at length with the very friendly driver. Have taken my expired coupons...no questions asked.

Ive bought thousands of gallons of oil from Pioneer over the years. Now, after getting a snowstorm overnight, the lady in the office was EXTREMELY RUDE because my driveway was not clean when the oil guy showed up at 9:30am. I want to apologize for having to leave home this morning at 6am to go to work while the snowstorm was still going on. I want to again apologize for my plow guy not cleaning it until 11am. I buy 500 to 600 gallons per delivery because i have two 330gal tanks in my basement. I guess you guys dont need the business.May you get all that you deserve!

Absolutely the rudest unprofessional company! I ordered oil over the phone, they told me I was all set. Then they never showed up and I didn’t realize it and ran out. They did not want to give me any consideration for their error and wanted to charge me full price to bleed line.The worst part was when the lady told me that I could go somewhere else because she didn’t need my business.

Always professional, always on time, and always offers the best possible price. I’ve been getting oil and propane from Pioneer for a decade, and have no intention of changing that. Thanks to all of you over there!

Worst propane company EVER!!!!! Extremely rude. Consistently RUDE! Rediculously snappy, snobby attitude. Customer service is severely lacking... if you owe them even a dime, they treat you like trash. Avoid buying from them if you can.

If you want to be treated like a VUP come here, everyone is treated like a VERY UNIMPORTANT PERSON. For over 1 years great service. Now I would not recommend to my worst enemy. Nobody deserves to be spoke to like I was and also no one deserves to run out of oil and then be told we dont know what to tell you. The woman in the office was unaware of something called customer service. I am completely blown away that these people literally failed to bring my oil after telling them I was about to run out and told me that they would try again in five days ( after 2 other failed attempts for absurd reasons). I will be making sure I tell everyone about the multitude of issues plaguing this place.
