The supplies themselves are good, when they come, but the company is terrible to work with. The customer service people are polite, but nothing ever gets done - my supplies were over a month late and it was like pulling teeth to get them - no real explanation as to why this happened either. I asked to speak to a manager on several occasions to sort out what happened and prevent it from happening again, but was never able to reach one - they kept saying someone would call me back, but its been a couple weeks and I havent heard a word.Dont work with Lincare unless you have to, in which case, be prepared to have to keep on their behinds about getting your supplies if they dont come when they should.
