This place really messed my car up. I brought it here to have a new radio, a 12 inch subwoofer, and a 1000 watt amp. There was absolutely nothing wrong with my car when i brought it in. When i picked it up, my check engine light was on, the traction control doesnt work, and the cruise control doesnt work. They left a fuse blown, which left me without climate control. They didnt use the wiring harness that i supplied. They hard wired the new radio directly into my old one. They poured oil all down the passenger side of my car to prove the problem was there before i brought it in. Well, any oil that actually runs through the car comes back dirty. Not crystal clear. I had it at my mechanic the day i picked it up, amd there is nothing wrong with my car. Its all a wiring issue. It gets better too, the check engine light is because of something that has been cut, or crossed. There is absolutely nothing wrong with my car. Just throwing codes that shouldnt be there. Thanks for having me spend $600 for system, that only worked for a week. The amp isnt even hooked up properly. So it isnt working. If you couldnt do the job, you should have just told me this. I would have gladly paid someone else to do it. Now i have to spend THOUSANDS of dollars with Toyota to have them fix it. Oh, when you run a diagnostic test on the car it isnt communicating with the engine, or transmission. It no loner accelerates properly. Thanks for absolutely destroying a perfectly fine car. Thanks for causing me wayyy more grief and money that i have to spend.

Ken @ Steves Auto Glaze, has excellent customer service & sales... had a appointment to get a new alarm system put on my work truck, because my remote was old & not working & I couldnt lock my tools up. Ken had a solution for me...he suggested, instead of installing a new system, Ill just order you 2 replacement remotes...AWESOME IDEA KEN, 2 hours later, Im back on the rode again...thanks so much !!!

Stevens Auto window tinted my suv and it looks awesome. They also wet sanded some scuff marks on another vehicle of mine. They charged a minimal price and it looks great. The auto body shop wanted over a $1,000. Thanks Mike for this affordable solution.

Getting information out of them was like pulling teeth.. dropped it off at 8:30 and never received a call, I had to call myself around 5 to ask if my window tint was done or not. Whoever I talked to on the phone was very unfriendly and aggravated with me because I was asking questions. I’m about to go pick it up I’m unsure of how it will look and they wouldn’t answer if I was allowed to drive it after the tint was finished. Unsure if I will decide to come here again after this unfriendly experience.

I brought my 2016 “Black” Dodge Challenger Scat Pack Shaker to Mike and his team. My car had light scratches and swirl marks that would really show up in direct sunlight. These guys were able to buff out all the imperfections, and then applied the Tripoly glaze. My car looks AWESOME now, even in the sun. Thanks Stevens Auto Glaze. I purchased window air deflectors for my car. I contacted Stevens and they said they install them. I had them installed at a fair price, and was told they will not come off. I did not roll any windows up or down for three months or so, and when I took a trip my passenger rolled the window down and when it went back up, it would hit the deflector. I took the car back and the the guy had to fix the passenger front and drivers rear. about a month later another had to be corrected and at that time, a younger man said who ever put these on, did not do them right. He corrected one and ran out of tape. He said to come back in after I came back from my trip. I went back on 3/29/17 told the older guy the story and he took my car in the back to fix. After a while he came out and asked me when i purchased them, I told him they are not from here, which was noted on my invoice and they only installed them. He left and came back 15 minutes later and said they will not work and he took them off. He said they would not work on my car now, before they were fine, and they even sell them at there place. So I said ok. He said he will find some, I said okay and left. When i got home, I did not have them in my trunk. On 4/14 Stevens called and first said do you own a cx9, I said I did, then he said oh, a Mazda 6., and went on to say that they could not find any. I asked where my old ones were and he said they had them. I said I will come and get them. When i got home I looked at them, and the front of the driver side one was broke, and two others were scratched up. Stevens didnt offer to give me my money back for the install, nor did I asked, and failed to tell me that they broke and scratched them. I had work done in the past there and never had trouble, but dont recall the man who works there as being there before. I would be concerned if you are getting work done...

Ive gotten window tinted for both my vehicles. They offer drop offs as an option - if their backed up. Other then that, wait time is an hour or 2. Friendly staff, knowledgeable about their products

Nice folks, good job. Would like to have seen my car a little neater...like it was when I dropped it off...and the steering wheel adjustment was left unlocked causing some driving issues on the road.
