Damon has always been good to our family. My daughter has had her share if inexpensive vehicles that were forever in need of repair. They did good work at a fair price while prioritizing what “needed” done.

Very professional and fairly priced. They did excellent work and had my vehicle back to me in a timely manner. Will be returning and will refer friends and family to this location.

We stopped by to have a used car checked out. Jim and Bob took a look and explained everything thoroughly for me, and I am not a car expert by any means. I left feeling good about the state of the car and knowing I got an honest review. I highly recommend these guys as I could tell they were very informed and skilled along with being friendly and honest.

I scheduled an oil change for 430 pm they confirmed it. Then I got an email telling me they couldnt do it then and wanted to reschedule for 345 pm and said to call the store. I tried calling twice and no answer. They have poor customer service/lack of staff if no one can answer the phone after they email me and tell me to call the store. I would give less than 1 star if I could.

Wow!!! Thank God for the lifetime brake warranty! These guys are thorough and personable! I couldn’t believe how much money I saved!! Over $600!! I only had to pay for warranty! This company deserves more customers!Of course, you will need to pay for the new brakes but after that....your saving real money...money you can spend on a weekend staycation with the family! This shop has always taken care of me. They have worked on my car for the last years 5 years or so.Because of them, my car is running great even though it has over 200k miles. They are friendly and fast in the repairs and have taken the time to explain things to me before the work is done. Ive never been surprised by the cost of a repair and they even make sure that I get the online coupons/discounts. I cannot recommend them more!

Damon and Chris at the front desk are always friendly and helpful with a willingness to accommodate needs and get you in and out as quickly as possible. They have been honest and forthcoming with me, and as Ive witnessed, with other customers also. They do not try to oversell things you dont need, as do many of these types of companies. Honesty keeps a customer coming back! The mechanics workmanship has never failed me either and I imagine if it did, they would handle it accordingly without hesitation.

I had them do a simple tires off tires on, my tires are directional in rotation, they put them on and messed up the rotation of my tire so they will cause more damage in the future, it is not how it used to be the place will mess up your car. They messed up my rims, do not go here if you care about your car, because they dont.

Dealership told me they couldn’t reprogram my tire sensor and said it would be 30 min / $130 to replace. Took it to Monro and they had it reprogrammed in minutes with no charge. Great people. Can’t put a price on honesty, I will happily return!!

My experience here couldn’t of gone any better. Used there website to get an appointment. Dropped the car off to Damon and he kept me filled in throughout the day on what was needed. I needed a lot of work done on my entire break system. Although it was costly I truly felt like he helped me out in every way he could. Salvaged parts that he could to save me money and appreciate that big time. He even pointed out a few things that I could do myself to save me some more money. I Showed my old man everything they did and what it cost and he was impressed too. I will definitely be coming back here and will recommend others. Thank you Damon and your staff you guys did a great job.

Came in the other week to get an oil change, I was very happy with the customer service I got from Chris the manager. He was very friendly and when you take your car some where you want to have a great experience. First impression is the best impression when going in a place. The only thing I would have like to see was a pop machine. I waited there and had to go walk over to Drug Mart. Other than that I will be sending my family that way because I feel like Chris and his staff are very Honest.

Love the employees and managers. Mostly grateful to Damon for all of his experience and excellent work that he has done for me. I have sent many family members and friends there and they were all overwhelmed with the great work done by Damon. I was having engine problems. The new manager, Jim and mechanic, John are awesome. The professionalism, patience and dedication they showed in isolating and correcting the problem was beyond any service I have had or seen in quite a while. My car is running well once again, thanks to those guys.

I used to take my car to a major chain that rhymes with NTZ .. after getting tires from Monro I realized Id been getting gouged for years. Bring your car to them and you wont be disappointed. 1. Did not care for my safety.2. Charged for service never rendered.3. Lied to my face in person 2 times.Due to inclement weather, I needed to have 4 tires with low air pressure serviced. I also asked for an oil change. I made an appointment ahead of time. Sat in the waiting area for over an hour for very basic service. When I was told that my car was ready, I was shocked to see that my tires all read the same exact pressures in the same exact spot. Obviously, no air was added and no rotation was done. I returned to the shop. I was told that my almost brand new, high tech vehicle would not calibrate or detect when tires are rotated. Well my screen was showing the air pressures remained in the same spot. I was able to tell that neither were done. I was also told directly to my face that the reason air was not added to any of my tires, was because THE WRONG GUAGE was used . There is such a thing???? I truly wonder if the oil change was done now. My first brand new car and I am worried now.

I loved working here, but sadly wasn’t treated well. I worked day in and day out without a day off in months WHILE being a full time college student... every now and then my check would come up short so I’d struggle until they fixed it but my last 6 weeks working there my wages were dropped again to minimum wage and was told every day that they were working on fixing it. Well it was never fixed and I never received the back pay I was promised. I tried contacting HR to have it fixed but my calls were never returned.

Great service! Had to get new brakes, rotors, and calibers. Jim helped me out and didnt beat around the bush about what I needed done and what I need to keep my eye on. Dave was all pro too. Literally handled my issues and did me solid. I will most definitely recommend this shop and come back again.

Incredible experience here for my full Synthetic oil change on my Ram. WoW was I impressed with their speed and expertise. I cannot believe it came with a free tire Rotation and they even let me know my brakes were in great shape. Thats good to hear since they are new. This showed me they are stand up guys. The waiting area was spotless and the Monster refrigerator was very nice. Even a bigger surprise was the bleached clean restroom. When I stepped out the side door to take a phone call, an employee was trimming and cutting grass. Just a first class pass. I have alreadý Recommended them to my family for service work and will continue to spread how satisfied I am with this great visit. Professional, Respected my Time, made me at ease and delivered upon everything they stated. Facility and Presentation is miles above all competition in Greater Cleveland and all points south.

They have great prices for oil changes and the like, but the manager seems pretty shady. I took my car there for an oil change, and he tried to claim that my brakes had issues (as he heard some noise coming from the front?) when I returned to pick the car up. I had serviced my brakes not long before taking it here, and I noticed no issues whatsoever, which I told him. Before I left, he quickly left to examine the brakes to make sure everything was okay. I have to wonder if he was adjusting anything or not - just speculation, of course, but it was pretty suspicious. I drove home with no problems whatsoever and to date have not noticed any issues with my brakes.

Very unprofessional I went to this location on many occasions and would be the first one here and he would always say how busy their day was and how he cant squeeze anyone in. Hes very rude and unprofessional. If this location is on an appointment only basis that need to be on the website or even on the door. I live in the area and have yet to see the location busy ever. So I gladly take my money and my service else where. The manager is very unprofessional and rude and always want to argue about him being extremely busy. I wouldnt reccomend them to anyone.

Great place !!!! I was traveling and had a tire blow out on the freeway Chris and his staff got me right in, replaced the tire and I was back on the road....

Amazing customer service. Fit me in right before they closed and fixed my tire.

I went here to simply get a replacement tire and when I finally picked up my car I noticed it sitting out in the parking lot UNLOCKED! Even worse, there was oil all over my back seats. The oil was STILL FRESH and the car had been in their care for several hours. I know for a fact there was no such stains on my seats prior to it being in their possession as I had just cleaned out the car knowing I would be taking it to the shop (I dont even work with or own anything that could have possibly produced the same residue, it did however look exactly like the car grease/oil that all the employees have stained all over their hands and shirts). when I asked the manager about it he practically called me a liar defensively saying his workers claim they never went back there and that he believes them. I only wanted it to be restored to the same condition I left it in, but all he wanted to do was fight about it. If this is the kind of treatment they use on my vehicle when I leave it in their care I will be sure to never return.

It was Tuesday July 24th, 18 I called Monro in Eastlake checking to see if they had a same day opening for an oil change for my car. I spoke to Chris B. Store manager he was very helpful and his customers service skills were impeccable. He was swamp that day, and he said if I could bring my car in a 2pm he could do the oil change same day, but if not I could bring it in couple days later because they had other appointments. I had to work that day so that was kind of a stretch to bring the car in at 2. But I brought it in anyway. Chris told me he would have the car done by 2:30pm which was perfect!!! He completed my car less than that it was about 21 mins and when I left monro it was 2:30 pm. I was amazed, and one happy camper. THANK YOU CHRIS for the best experience. I will continue to come for your service, in light of the best experience you gave me on my first visit. I will spread the word!!!!
