Placed an order on 8/29/2021 with a delivery date of September 2, 2021. Order status remains Package Acceptance Pending since August 30th. No response to my email inquiry and their listed phone number has no answer or voice mail set up.9/13/2021 Order finally arrived after 2 weeks.

Obviously, I shouldve read the reviews before ordering from this incompetent business. I ordered 4 spark plugs from these guys. A $12.00 order. A week later there is no indication that it has even been processed or shipped. This business is literally only 60 miles away from me. I couldve easily walked there and back during that time. Totally unacceptable! If you ever consider ordering anything from Buckeye Tool Supply, quickly RUN, dont walk, AWAY!!!

Ordered replacement brushes for Black and Decker JigSaw. Parts arrived timely and worked correctly. Able to get the JigSaw working in about 15 minutes.

I placed and paid for an order. It took weeks to arrive. Parts were missing. I ordered 2 straps for a leaf blower and only received 1.They were unresponsive as far as correcting the issue. I tried calling them, but they dont answer the phone and the voice box is full so leaving a message is not possible either. Still havent solved the issue. I would not purchase again from them. Sorry I didnt take a moment to read the reviews .

I ordered a switch for my ryobi weed wacker on sunday after checking prices online, buckeye had the best price + free shipping. I ordered from them and then saw the reviews so I was a bit worried about what I would receive or not recieve... but low and behold, got an email my item had shipped the next day (monday) at midday along with a tracking number. USPS was the incompetent one, they left the tracked package in waiting for acceptance for 4 days. But on that 4th day I recieved my package and it was the exact switch I had ordered. Over all it was a fine experience except USPS tracking but that is not Buckeye tools fault.

Company will not send what you order. STAY AWAY!

Ordered a spark plug in September 2020 and have not received it as of 3/4/21. I did receive a tracking notice from USPS saying a label had been created and they are pending receipt of the item to be shipped. USPS never received the item. I suspect this company is a scam and will never ship the item. The only phone number available goes to a voicemail box that has not been set up. Buyer beware!!! Next step is to dispute the charge with my credit card company.

This company is the worst I have ever dealt with. I ordered 2 Black and Decker Dust Buster brushes. They sent 2 Dremel router bits. I returned them but they never shipped the correct parts. I contacted their local Better Business Bureau and was told the company is Out of Business. This outfit is totally untrustworthy. Stay away from them. You will never get the correct part or a refund.

I ordered a set of DeWalt grinder brushes. The ticket was created, but nothing was shipped according to USPS tracking. Two days after supposed delivery date, I received two automated voicemails on my home phone from Amazon stating I needed to call a Nashville number regarding my order. I never called the number.1) The calls came from two different LOCAL numbers, one person I knew.2) My home phone was never associated with Amazon.3) Amazon does not make this kind of call, verified with customer service.4) Neither of the local number owners knew anything about this. Their numbers had been hijacked.This was an attempt at vishing by Buckeye Tool. I lost $10 in purchase points, but I got to tell the story. Be smart and watch out for criminals like this folks.

I ordered a battery for a black and decker hedge trimmer and got sent a charger when I didnt even order it. I tried to contact them and didnt get an answer. No one answers the phone and you cant even leave a message because their voice-mail is full.

Ordered a replacement dust bag for my model Porter Cable palm sander. When it arrived it was the wrong part. This was mid March 2021. I have written and called Buckeye and written Ebay. Impossible to get response. Only an $8 item, but I wont be purchasing anything else from Buckeye Tool Supply.

Do not trust this place. It is not a trust worthy place. They are willing to rip you off by sending you products you did not order, and try to blame you stating it is the correct order. And they will not even try to replace or fix the order. They will consistently argue with you until they do not get their way and just give you a refund even if that is not what you want. The company and employees need to be shut down for their unprofessional buisness

Ordered end of July. Received the product at my local Walmart mid Sept. The order was shipped international. Due to the pandemic situation, I anticipated a longer time frame for it to arrive, and I was also made aware through the tracking that this would be something that would take a little time.When I inquired about the products location directly from the company even though I have tracking, I received fast email replies consistently.The product was exactly what I ordered and needed. The correct items were sent, so despite all the other negative reviews - Im happy.

Ordered replacement blades for my Dewalt hand planer. Ground shipping from Ohio to Michigan should only take 3-4 days. This company says it will take 16 to 23 days to ship. Seven days after the purchase there is still no tracking information on the parts ordered.Not a good way to establish repeat customers.

Ordered 4 items from Buckeye through Walmart marketplace. When I received the shipment, only 2 items were in the package, but the packing slip stated it had my 4 items in it. Like others, I called Buckeye, but nobody answers and there is no vmail. I also emailed their customer service, but no reply. Do not buy from this company.

Buckeye Tool Supply sounds like a big company but watch out. I ordered 2 saw blades, I was sent the wrong part numbers. I have been trying to contact them by phone and email for the past 2 months and they never answer or reply!!!!!! I STRONGLY SUGGEST TO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PERSON!!!!

Zero stars. I ordered 3 pairs of mounting brackets for a Dewalt saw stand. They opened the factory package and sent me one of the brackets, not the actual factory boxed pairs that match Dewalts part number.These people are scammers and will rip you off.

Amazon dealer, ordered a bosch dado plate for my table saw. All of the packaging says bosch, inside the shipping bag is a rigid plate. Waiting on response through Amazon now. Glad I ordered through Amazon so they will at least contact me back, since it sounds like the company wont.

Awful scammy company. They only sent half of my father in laws order and he attempted to reach out to them for weeks. He received no emails and their phone number didn’t even work. Finally he went through Amazon for a resolution and like magic, suddenly his order is being fulfilled. Funny how that works. I can see that based on these reviews, this was not an isolated case.Moral of the story: if you absolutely have to order from this company, do so through Amazon so that you have some type of recourse when they screw you over.

If I could post a negative star, this company would get 5 of them. Wrong part sent which I returned promptly after being charged. I paid the return postage out-of-pocket. No answers to phone calls or Emails. I had my bank reverse the charge back to my account for the part and the bank is investigating Buckeyes irresponsibility with their billing and customer relations. So long Buckeye, youll never hear from me again. You SUCK!!!

I attempted to order a battery charger through this company on the Walmart marketplace. I accidentally ordered a charger with the wrong voltage, and cancelled the order less than 5 minutes from when it was placed. Buckeye Tool Supply told me 14 hours later that the order had already left their warehouse, so they couldnt cancel the order. 19 minutes after they told me the item left the warehouse, USPS tracking was updated. Either this company maliciously shipped an item they knew Id have to return, or they are woefully incompetent as sellers. Either way, I would never do business with this company again.

What was listed was not what they sent me. the listing had the correct part numbers but they sent me something completely different. than they lied and tried to say it was an updated part but that wont even fit my saw and that part that was listed is still available.what a joke.

Sends a knock-off oil filter instead of the genuine one my husband had guaranteed his client hed use in the mower repair. Order slip that was enclosed had a photo of a Kohler filter and the SKU for a Kohler so the clerk at Walmart was perplexed when she scanned the knock off, saying this isnt an item from this order. EXACTLY Then the tracking showed item was received by Buckeye 9 days ago and I am going on my second hour on hold with Walmart to push for my refund.

Ordered 2 p103 ryobi batteries. Charged $100. I was sent 2 different batteries that you could buy at home depot for $60 that were p102 that wont work w my charger and i didnt order. I am returning these batteries and expecting a full refund. Going to home Depot from now. Very disappointed w buckeye tool supply. Their website was for p103 batteries and they tried to substitute less costly batteries. Shame on them.
