First time ordering from this website and never again will I order anything. Prices are way to high I found out Walmart had same set for almost $200 cheaper. I also now have to wait 7-14 business days for new parts due to being shipped wrong ones. Please people don’t waste your time with this website!!

This company is honestly a joke. I ordered a dresser and received my item with damaged packaging and the item itself was damaged. They have made the return process HELL!!! They told me Fedex would come pick up the item. I told them that it would need to be a weekend pick up and of course Fedex came out during the week so I wasn’t there to give them the package for pick up. I asked Homesquare if I could drop off the item at a fedex location and they provided me with “call tag numbers” to provide fedex at the time off drop off. After struggling to get the dresser in my car to drop off, I arrive at Fedex just for them to look at me like I’m crazy when I tried to provide them with the call tag numbers and they said they needed a prepaid label or account number from Homesquare. So after 3 weeks I’m still left with dealing with trying to return this piece of junk dresser.

Wow wow wow. What a beautiful store with original products. Everybody was super friendly and ABSOLUTELY NOT PUSHY!!!! Gave me time to browse and answered all my questions. I could see the smile thru the mask! I recommend this place ten times over.I also wanted to say that Google needs to delete the reviews left by people who bought from an online retailer of no apparent relation. I have never actually been to HomeSquare but I hate to see a company suffer due to sheer negligence by Google.

Amazing place with original furniture, if you are in the Lehigh Valley, skip the trip to Home Goods or Seymour... this is the spot for QUALITY. Will be back!

I honestly would not even give this company a 1 star truthfully!!!! I ordered a couch and love seat, and when they dropped my furniture off yesterday the guys that delivered them told me that they could not bring my furniture up the stairs for me, that they could only drop it off at the bottom of the stairs and I would have to carry it up myself to my home, told me that I should of asked for complete delivery which would of been an extra charge, but no where did this state that when I ordered my furniture online!!! I had no choice but to return my furniture!!! Ive tried to email and call but the number to call gives you the options to talk to somebody but when transferred over it always says nobody is available to talk and hangs up!!!! I want my money back and If I dont get it back i will be contacting an attorney and will be forced to proceed with further actions, I will also be contacting the better business bureau too, this place is a scam and a joke and should be shut down

I requested several estimates from Homesquare Furniture and no response. Dont offer custom furniture and estimates if you are not willing to provide the estimate. Waste of time.

They have nice items there, but expect to pay the prices you would anywhere else like Ashley or Raymour and Flannigan.

While we didnt end up getting furniture from here because we didnt find the style we were looking for - Desiree was incredibly helpful working with us via email as we were 3+ hours away and did not want to make a trip without first knowing the styles available on the store floor. While I cant attest to their furniture quality - their responsiveness by email was great!

The customer service doesn’t exist, the tracking system doesn’t exist, what kind of company is this where the customers doesn’t have transparency of their orders, it’s just says it’s processing but when the payment fail they sent a email asking about it, then any email back I had received from my order from April 29 th, yes this company is a joke, first and LAST time I ordered something with them, I will wait for an email today other wise I will cancel my order and I hope my refund money !!!!

A picture is worth a 1000 words! I searched TOY BOX and up came a dozen plus sales for TOY BOXES. Like so many others, I searched on my smart phone. 30% of the sales item spacing from this company was a nice pretty picture of a kids TOY BOX. 60% of the sales item space was reviews for a TOY BOX. 5% of the Sales item space was the DOLLAR amount ($37.xx). The last 5% was the description of the sales item and other small font info.... I got a SEAT PAD FOR THE TOY BOX for the above mentioned price (Which Walmart/Target sell for $8 for a similar item). UPON trying to work this out with HOMESQUARE FURNITURE, they said it was my fault for not reading all the description/info. and they would charge me another $29.xx for restocking fee if I return the item.THIS COMPANY REMINDS ME OF MEETING A STRANGER WEARING A TRENCHCOAT IN A THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT IN A SECLUDED PART OF A PARK!NO TRUST and NO MANNERS. SHOPPERS BEWARE!!!!

25 days and still waiting. Card has been charged already of course ($800.00 item). Tracking site, return and cancellation policy is a joke. I will NEVER do business with Homesquare again.
