Nice But Always Like Ghost Town

I just left and the service I received was absolutely horrible. I will never return this to this store again. I always receive coupons so I figured I’d try it out for once, all to leave and realize my coupon wasn’t even applied on my receipt. Also, the girl working(she was our cashier) voiced to another coworker that it was too hard to do her job when she had to watch certain people in the store. I’m not sure how I gave the idea that I needed to be watched, but it was very unsettling and rude.

Poor customer service. Poor responsiveness to customer complaints.

Pretty good selection of fabrics but limited accessories like fringe and fabric trim. Sales are great but on 3 occasions the fabric marked down didnt ring up on sale at the register... 3 times in 3 consecutive visits makes that a bit suspect but i did get sale price only after pointing out the sign and location of the bolt of fabric.

Smaller, or should I say smallest Johann I have been in. Great and helpful staff.

Cant tell you how many times I have to turn around and go back home because there are no handicap parking spaces near enough. The worst part is there is a line of spaces reserved for people who use another business and they are always empty. It just really stinks if you like to sew. The walk is way too far, I cannot do it.

I have been going here since I was a kid with my mother and now as an adult with my wife. The staff is always helpful and knowledgeable. They have great deals on remnants and out of season fabrics. They are also a staple of the community and have been in the same location for decades.

I visited the store today with my two daughters, even though they have a somewhat more limited selection because of the smaller retail space, the staff could not have been more helpful and accommodating, they didn’t have what I was looking for but then again it was a long shot anyway. The Manager was super personable along with the store associate that were helping me they were knowledgeable and precisely answered my questions about crick cut products they had on display and also let my girls demo one of the new items they had in that brand, I have never had a bad customer service interaction here. I will be giving them a chance to earn my business whenever possible.

Nice to see it reopened, staff was Great but failed to enforced the proper way to wear a face mask, I personally gated to see people, especially one Dann Women keeping the mask below her nose and bumping into everyone, Or walking close by my husband almost blew his mind but kept cool and stepped in front if her about 3 times to make her back off, which she finally did!My husband told hereI Its not about her Constitutional Rights, its about saving lives, so, learn to wear that mask right way to avoid the Spead!So please have your employees enforce the proper way to wear these face coverings! Hard to fine.

Very cluttered and very small. For an arts and crafts store the yarn selection was abysmal. The only reason they got 2 stars is because they had a rather difficult to find knitting needle. But I will not be back. I will order from Joanns online from now on.

They were not wanting to wait on us at all. No urgency and the store felt like a discount market of only fabric. They really didnt have anything else that I needed and they are supposed to be a craft store.

Glad its still here dispite all the recent chain store closures, but definitely lacks the variety of a good sewing store. Often go in and cant find what we need in notions etc.

Very good selection of materials and supplies. Usually have great sales, particularly post holiday.

Workers are really nice and they always have some type of sale on their fabric.

Good selection of fabrics, seasonal stuff tends to be cheaply made. Staff surprisingly unwelcoming, unhelpful and cold. Been here several times only because its the only local fabric store. If you can buy it elsewhere, I recommend that you do. Luckily we also have a Michaels and Ben Franklin for better quality crafts and seasonal items.

Ms JoAnne does good quality work for a very affordable price.

If you are trying to find this store through Google maps, good luck. The store is in the Tread Avon Plaza across the street, but is back in behind the other stores. Look for a sidewalk to the left of the ACME store with the JoAnn sign on an archway. Follow the sidewalk between ACME and the hair place to get to the store

The store was ok. And I was going to be spending a lot of money there. Until the worker name Steve, was Extremely rude to my daughter and husband. And when I pointed that out to him, and saying that he didnt need to be rude to either of them he began speaking rudely to me. I am a loyal customer to JoAnns fabric store. Needless to say I did not buy anything from the store. And left. Still very upset. And so is my family. Will not be coming back.

It is changing as stores do now a days. Sure miss that this store use to carry all those sewing things I could never find elsewhere. Oh well .

The store in Easton Maryland is fantastically stocked! Such a great huge selection you will need that cart! Bring your coupons or just browse the many specials-sales- clearance items. Nows the best time to craft for holiday gifts! Every witch needs to shop at this store. Better than online you can touch the soft quality of any item befor purchase. Plan to stay an hour so you can visit each isle. Grandmas love Joanns!
