I called to ask about being double charged on my card for the purchase of 1 soda. My call was handled by Tiffany which has absolutely ZERO customer service. After explaining what happened she quickly states it will only charge you for 1 after three or four days. (About 3-4 months ago the same machine double charged me and the quickly addressed the problem and refunded me my money) I simply stated in the past Ive never seen it charge my card twice she abruptly cuts me off and says in a quite nasty tone well Im telling you that is how the machine works. God forbid somebody bother her with a concern that they are having. I see now why Coca-Cola has been struggling your customer service is horrible. I will NEVER buy another soda out of a Coke machine!!
