I love going to Barnes and Nobles. Theres always good service when Im looking for a book. And even though they dont always have the book Im looking for they can always order it. Theyre really good magazines and they have a good variety of products. The cafe food is pretty good but I dont like the service that they give in the cafe. They always seem to get my drink wrong so I usually just get food which is pretty good. Overall I would say my experience at Barnes and Nobles is always good, Im there enough that Im a member and I really enjoyed going there and actually holding my book without having to order it online.

Our one stop for books and periodicals. We used to have a membership with discount when the kids were younger and we purchased books more often. We still support brick and mortar bookstores like this one for most paper and ink book and calendar purchases, but amazon ebooks and books are often more convenient now. We have dropped our membership and only browse periodically here now. Still five stars for the layout and convenience.

Barnes & Noble have the place to be when you just want to relax and get out of the house. You can find books online so easily but its different from putting your hands on a book and checking it out. While youre there have a capuchino and enjoy some me time.

I used to come here with my mom a lot so I feel nostalgic when I enter. Theres lots of seating in the cafe area which is nice if you just want a coffee and chill out. The toffee cookies are amazing. Lots of products beside books. I find cool gifts here and love to peruse the clearance table. Also huge convenient parking lot.

Love shopping here, the store is always clean and well maintained. Lots of great things to shop for.

All the workers I have met are friendly and ready to assist anyone who needs help. The store is very well organized and is kept clean(in the bathrooms too). Has a Starbucks with nice seating areas, with or without window views. Ive gone there to have a drink and study for a few hours its very calm. Although it is a smaller store, the childrens area is full size and chances are likely they have a specific book in stock, if not in 2-3 days. And it is always very calm and quiet inside.

Love coming here. The staff is great, its always clean, and the set up is good. I enjoy the ambiance of the store, my hubby and I always stop by even if its just to browse. Not only are the books fun to look through, but the clearance section always has bargains!

Shopping at Barnes & Nobles was wonderful as I was with my Grandson, who just graduated from High School. We located the books we wanted and much more. It was fun as the selection of books was unlimited. Great place! Lots of sales.

I always love going in to Barnes and Noble. Purchased some gifts and even found a book for myself. Theres something for everyone here. My favorite store to spend time in.

I mean its your average Barnes and noble, you get the mass commercialized approach of book stores. Employees is what makes this place great, they seem to enjoy their job and dont look like they dread the shifts. Another thing to note are events, there are a number and fun things to do at this store. So if your looking to fill an afternoon meeting new people, try the Lego events or want your kids to have some structure play and reading. Story time is perfect thing. Employees who run these events are very happy during them and seem enthusiastic to get more people in.

I adore Barnes and Noble. The staff is fantastic and I love that they will allow you to sit and read and enjoy some coffee. A little sneak peak before you buy. And it works. 9/10 I end up buying that book! I hope they stay around for a long long time.

While they dont have the bargains of a good book fair, this is still a fun place to browse, discover new books and visit. This one also has a coffee bar.Makes for a place to relax and get away. Tons of wonderful books, clean, and they do have a little discount table with some excellent stuff.Ive never been disappointed visiting B&N. I just wish some of those beautiful magazines werent so expensive (the magazine companys fault not B&N).If you love to read -- theres nothing like holding a real book or magazine printed on paper. Nothing.B&N is still that oasis...lets hope they survive.

This store is bright, clean, well organized and the staff are friendly. There is a story-time session for babies on Sundays at 11:00a. It is the perfect time frame for little one’s and the interactive reading is perfect for their little minds. We also received a free tall hot or cold tea coupon for Starbuck’s for attending. If you have a baby you should check it out!!

Love this store! Great select and very well organized. Must-have a train table set up with tracks glued in place and trains for the kids to play with. My son loved it! They also have story time for kids a couple times per week. There is a pretty big selection of toys for kids, and a large CD/DVD selection too. The staff is very friendly and helpful. a nice place to relax with some Starbucks and read while The kids play!

Location is convenient, however the layout inside could be better organized. Barnes and Nobles price matching policy is weird, even when price matching their own website, however an employee was able to override it and help me out. Worth picking up a book in person rather than waiting for online, if you can get the same price.

Who doesnt love this place? Im a Reader and a Writer with two parents who are educators...the only place better is the library where the books are free to borrow. But if u just need to do research or u want to own your own copy of something or buy a gift for someone who loves to read, interested in games or even a nice variety of tarot and Oracle cards (in case your squeamish about going to a spiritual store or buying online because u want to physically see them) this is a great spot. I love Barns and Noble! The fact u can pull up a beanbag, post up in a corner or sit on the floor and read from open to close without being disturbed with Starbucks walking around offering free mini samples is dang near close to heaven for me ❤

I love this Barnes and Nobles! Love to wander around for new reads, meet friends and hang out fit coffee and scones. They have a great selection of jigsaw puzzles! The staff is very friendly and always helpful.

Fine place, but it’s honestly so sad when the employee who has to make an announcement every 15 minutes about joining their membership comes on over the PA system. I feel their pain. Taking away two stars just for that, it’s a such a deterrent to go back and shop there. Such a backwards corporate idea. So glad I don’t work in retail anymore.

Love this store. In the Poconos we don’t have any bookstores to escape to on the weekends to sit and read and have coffee. I was able to read a few poetry books here, have some great coffee and sweets and write a poem on the recent loss of a loved one. I think I’ll use this poem in a future book and for one of my classes on place poems.The staff are very kind. They are stocked to the gills and always have great sales. You can find books of every kind!! Had a cute little childrens area where my niece read! Also the food is delish. I recommend the pizza pretzel thingy!

When we walked in there was several beautiful displays of books. The associate behind the counter was happily singing to a song being played in store and another associate was assisting customers and they were all happy. As my two daughters and I browsed around for books, an associate approached us asking if we needed assistance finding anything but we graciously responded that we were just browsing. As we continued through the store, it all was very clean, organized and well kept. When we went to check out, the only less than best thing we noticed was a small display for gifts by the checkout line was not stocked. It was just an empty display with probably only 5 items in the one corner of it.We enjoyed this store and look forward to going back!

The best place to buy a book you are looking for. Also very acomadating helping you what you are looking for. You can even get a nice cup of coffee or cold or warm drink and sit and brows threw any books you want to look thru.

Clean store, associate John Gill was very helpful and knowledgeable. Will go back. Sell more then just books now. They have collectibles, games, music and movies. Have many options to choose from.Cafe was good, sandwich of being a Philly Cheese steak was a stretch. More of a heated roast beef sandwich. Could use a little more meat to match the bread portion.

Everyone who works there is 100% awesome. The employees that work there are friendly they truly do go out of their way to help you. and when youre at Barnes & Noble they make you feel like family there. I am always 100% satisfied when I shop at Barnes & Noble.

Its clean, relaxing, and I appreciate the coffee shop (starbucks) they have inside the store. No negative experiences. They have little pop culture knick-knacks if youre into that sort of stuff.

This place has a great story time for kids! The staff do a great job of making the stories come alive for the kids. They also have a toy train station that my kids love to play with.

Had story hour for toddlers we werent aware of but were able to enjoy and listen from afar. had alot of dinosaur book my 2.5 yr old has been begging me for. quick line. lots of toys throughout the store to help distract a bit.
