A shoe store that has bargain prices for name brand shoes. Although they could use more of a selection of shoes, I was able to find and buy work shoes for my husband and sneakers for my daughter for a hundred bucks. All and all we had a great experience.

I won’t be back. I’ve never been so embarrassed in my entire life. Shopping for my kids school shoes and the lady at the register goes to me “when are you due”. First off, I’m not pregnant. Where do you get off asking a customer that? You don’t know their situation. Then to laugh with your coworker and say “oh my god, she looks like so and so and I asked her when are you due”. Idk what she thought was funny, but it sure as hell wasn’t funny. It was straight rude to laugh about the situation. Period. I would give this zero stars for her customer service.

Pretty nice store. They carry popular brands like Birkenstock’s, Ugg, etc., and if you are a rewards member you can earn points or discounts fairly quickly. Check it out.

My first order was great. got a 2nd pair 1/2 off. Both my second and third orders both had problems, which resulted in my having to return the 2nd paid . They sent me a pair of sneakers that were two different sizes. There was no exchange offered, and the way the return worked out both times I was forced to keep the first pair at too high a price. Both times my discounted second pair was lost at their mistake. Ive unsubscribed to their emails and will not be using this website again.

Large store but the selection always seems like it could he improved. Prices are like other stores, just average. Employees are a hit or miss in helping you. Also has an exterior entrance, so you dont have to go into the real mall. Without that, it would be 2 stars.

My daughters clutch containing only her cell phone was left here. After going through mall security, maintenance, and returning to the store, we were helped by Marco who did his part by trying to reach out to the manager on duty at the time. However, Mahayla, the manager at the moment, gave us false information, blatantly lied about security procedures, and kicked my husband out of the store after telling him he wasnt allowed to call corporate from inside the store. Then, a younger female employee was actually laughing at the situation and when asked her name, she lied to my husband. Its not Kay, its Audra. We filed a report with corporate to have the security cameras reviewed, in turn that is their policy. We have always shopped Rack Room but after this,we will never step foot in there again unless these employees are no longer there. An absolute disgrace.

Manager is extremely rude! We were in on Thursday getting shoes for 2 of our 5 children and they said the system was down. They told my husband to leave his name and number and that they would hold the shoes and then contact us when the system was working. It is now Monday and no one contacted us, so my husband called the store. He spoke with the manager, Melissa, and he asked her if the shoes were still there and why didnt anyone contact us. She said that the system has been working on and off and that they called MOST of the customers. He proceeded to tell her that we NEVER got a call. She then said that she didnt have the shoes!! At this point he was very frustrated and asked her if this even sounds right? She turned it around and acted like she was inconvienced and told him that she had a bad day and didnt need this. He asked for the number for the corporate office and she hung up on him. What ever happened to customer service???

Uninteresting selection of Mens shoes - All seems to be blend and okay. Youll find a pair at a fair price; isnt like to find THE pair, but its a chain at a mall - what do you expect?
