I would say the worst customer service I’ve ever had but that would imply I received ANY customer service. Employees were blocking the door when I tried to walk in. Instead of moving or even greeting me. They stayed there looking at me like I was doing something wrong. I proceeded once I was able to maneuver around them to try to look for simple navy blue scrub tops in a 3X. There were racks marked with specific embroidery but racks not marked were also only embroidered items. I was not asked if I needed help. I tried to ask for help but the worker was too fixated on the only other customer in the store. I left without continuing to look. Next time I’ll drive the extra distance to go to Whitehall. This location is trash and should be ashamed, honestly. Do better.

MP - Outfitters has quite possibly the absolute WORST return policy I have ever encountered in my entire life. My wife purchased 3 scrub tops that were already embroidered with the hospital logo she works for. The aforementioned scrubs were hanging ON a rack IN the store. They clearly were not customized for her, as the definition of customized is something that is made or altered to an individual or personal specifications. Please explain how a uniform item purchased from a rack in a store with a logo pre-embroidered is considered customized? The item still had all tags affixed, and was accompanied by the receipt, and wouldve been hung directly back on the rack it came from. They wouldnt even honor the return for in-store credit (which you cant use on their website - a topic for another review). The moral of the story is dont shop here if you are even remotely uncertain a garment fits perfectly, as chances are, they wont accept it for return.

Absolutely love this place! We wont go anywhere else for scrubs. They are very personable and offer help with anything you need!

The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable about the different uniforms and shoes. When it comes to hospital attire this is the place.

MP Outfitters is a great place to get scrubs, police and EMT equipment. Their selection and prices are the best around, their customer service is outstanding and employees are well trained and very friendly. I have worked with their owner Thom for the last 10 years and he is excellent to work with and is an expert in his field and a great person as well. Well run organization with a very high dedication to the local community!!!

They moved to a much smaller location about 5 mins away. The other place was much nicer. They have a good selection and prices are decent just the 2 employees when I was there are not too friendly or helpful.

Itll be my first job requiring scrubs so first time purchasing them. I spoke with Amanda at the shop this morning and she was helpful and patient with my children underfoot. She very detailed in her explanations on how the different brands are sizeed and how different cuts worked. It was a great experience!

They have a super helpful, knowledgeable staff. I would recommend coming here for all of your work gear needs.

The store has a huge selection! Julianna, an associate, was amazing! She was very knowledgeable about their selections, as well as what uniforms are accepted at the local hospitals! She helped me find the perfect scrubs and was so personable and friendly. I’ll definitely be back and 10/10 recommend!

Great little store. The staff is really nice, educated on the products, & very accommodating! They helped me pick out 3 really nice sets. Store is set up nicely, easy flow to it. They have Cherokee, wonderwink, Greys anatomy, infinity... The prices are great. Will definitely be back! 👍

Due to COVID the hospitals aren’t hosting uniform sales but they offered an online uniform sale for their employees. I participated in the online uniform sale which makes you use a group login so that the charges can be taken out of your paycheck. I ordered 2 sets of uniforms. Once receiving the uniforms both of the uniform tops did not fit me. They were too small. I wasn’t able to try them on before purchasing like I usually would because it was purchased online. I tried to exchange them for larger sizes and was told I can’t exchange or return the tops because they were embroidered with the hospital logo. That they are final sale which is not listed on the receipt or online before purchasing through the online sale. When purchasing online it makes you select the logo prior to checking out so I didn’t even get the option to buy the uniform tops without the logo. This is very frustrating and upsetting. If the tops were too big I wouldn’t care and I would wear them anyway but they are too small and I can’t get any use out of them. I just flushed $50 down the drain and still need to spend money for 2 uniform tops that fit me. I can’t believe this is how this company treats essential hospital workers on the frontlines during COVID. I am already struggling with money due to COVID and the last thing I expected was this. FROM HERE ON OUT I WILL SPEND MY MONEY ELSE WHERE LIKE KEN ALLEN UNIFORMS since that’s the only other place that sells approved uniforms for my job. 0 out of 5 star service!

Nice folks. Had a good experience finding scrubs for work that fit. They carry scrubs that satisfy local hospital requirements, logos etc.

Terrible service, unable to return due to Covid crisis, so much for respecting healthcare workers, very strict policies will not consider making exceptions when valid reason given, not the first time this has happened

There are a few others around under this ownership. Ought to change the name -- only one in five (I was told) has outfitter stuff. Im sure they have enough scrubs for you to choose from... Call first.

Amazingly friendly and helpful staff at each place. The store in Easton/Bethlehem, no longer carries tactical - gotta go to Allentown for that. Worth the drive. Satisfied customer. A+

Came here with and for my wife. There are different rules about what you can wear in whatever field you are in and it can get a llittle hazy if you dont know yourself. Fortunately, the staff really knows their stuff!!! Not necessarily the rules behind your workplace, but about their inventory. Well informed and extremely courteous!!! Like having a personal shopper!!

I entered the store twice. The first time I looked around and then began searching MP Outfitters on my phone because I did not see in this store what the internet said it had. Meanwhile, an employee asked two customers if they needed help. One customer was behind me yet I was ignored. I went to my car but returned to the store to ask about what I was looking for. One employee was assisting a customer on the phone and the other was helping a customer i. front of me. I began looking around the store again while I waited for one of the workers to become available. The employee that was not on the ohone became available and still ignored me. I WILL NEVER VISIT THIS LOCATION AGAIN!

Love coming here for my scrubs. The costumer service is amazing in both the Allentown location and Easton location. Kelly specifically helped me on a few occasions and she was so sweet in helping me find the right scrubs that were comfortable for me. Ment alot because scrubs arent cheep and you practically live in them. Its nice when a store has knowledgeable staff on the products.

Nothing but bad experiences at both Whitehall and Easton locations. I’m a new nursing student, when I visited the Whitehall store to purchase my uniforms I was told that my school required a multitude of items that totaled to hundreds of dollars. I was also told that the uniform bottoms had to be one specific brand. Upon the start of the semester none of the supplies that I purchased were required and I was able to choose the bottoms as long as they were navy. Uniforms had to be purchased in advance which is when I also purchased the “required supplies”. It was beyond the 10 day return time, even though none of the product was used and still in original packaging they would not return the items that they falsely told me I needed. I decided to visit the other location to purchase some additional scrubs that were more comfortable. There was only one small which I tried on. It wasn’t until after I was dressed and at the checkout that I realized the second pair that I grabbed was a medium. I decided to purchase them when the associate informed me that I could bring them back in 10 days for a refund if the medium did not fit. Well they did not fit. I just went to return them within the allotted time and I was only offered store credit. I should have read the return policy and not take someone’s word for it and that was my fault however this company is money grubbing and does not accommodate whatsoever. If I could rate a zero on customer service I would. Going forward I will only purchase the embroidered tops if I am unable to find another store that has access to the logo and will never spend another unrequired cent in this place. Rip off to say the least.
