I was there at 1am for the 8am delivery appointment. Guy came to my truck(I was parked in the road) to get my paperwork and told me to pull in the driveway and untarp. So, I did. Another guy came out and told me I wasnt allowed to untarp on their property. I told him that the other guy said I could. Then I was talked to like I was a liar and/or I didnt know what I was talking bout. Had to back out of the driveway and back into the roadway and untarp in the road. Which I didnt have a problem with. It was the fact that I was treated the way I was. Ive never refused a load in my 4 years of trucking but I will not be bringing any more deliveries here again.

Flatbed important: they only receive between 5am and 8am its a very very short window. You must park on the street and walk down to office and also untarp in a active semi busy street.

The people there I would not use because they are not business savvy, they do not know how to treat other people with respect for what they deserve!!! My appointment time is at 8 o’clock in the morning. And they did not unload me until 12 o’clock noon. They need to rethink how they do shipping and receiving. They do not know how to run a proper business....

Too many rules to enter the establishment compared to download speed. 3 hours to download one truck +they make you remove the tarp out on the street, having them a huge parking lot where you can have the ease and safety spot to removing the tarp from the truck

I will admit I had an 9 am apt. But woke up at 5 to see if they would off load me, nor one else waiting l, still wouldn’t off load me. Had to wait 5 hrs for my apt time when no one else was waiting. Have no drive and don’t care to make you wait. I would understand if they were busy but they’re not, just lazy.

The worst place ever. Stuff is rude. They can’t explained nothing. Never will come back here.

They are slow to load you and are very unprofessional about their jobs

Very slow place to unloaded you can tell they get paid by the hour appt was for 9:00 and was 12:00 before I got in to the gate and still Had to unload 👎🏻👎🏻

Delivered here this morning with an 0800 appt. I parked on the street last night and they were banging on my door at 0530, ready to unload me. I was empty and rolling out the gate and on to my next load by 0715. Thanks!

This place is very, very slow and dont give 2 craps about your time.

They should fire the whole crew bunch of slow lazy people dont take freight to this place if your wise
