I called the store to purchase my paint and supplies over the phone and to arrange for curbside pickup. Cindy assisted me on the phone as well as brought out my 5 gallons of paint and supplies to my car when I arrived. She was very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. She is a great asset to Sherwin Williams!!!!!

Ive spent a ton of money at SW over the years and no complaints until friday afternoon (5/31). The man in front of me asked for two five gallon empty buckets and was given them free of charge. I asked for just one, after just making a purchase, and she said no. I asked why not, if she gave the other guy two? Hes a contractor...but I can sell you one was her response. Poorest customer service skills Ive witnessed in a SW. Is this how management trains their associates?

Sherwin Williams is the most experienced and versed paint company in this area. Im proud and glad to call them our coating provider at Herls bath and tile as a lead technician they always make the trip to the supply store easy, and their knowledgeable staff always finds the correct product for the application.
