I worked for Rapp Bros. Pallet Service for 7 years, 2005-2012. Yes, its hard work but the environment is great. The comradery you build with your fellow workers is awesome. The supervisors are awesome and I really cant say anything negative about them. They are sooooo nice to their employees. There are a couple of employees that deserve getting let go but they earn that. Its a job no social club... Rapp Pallet and the Rapp family are great to work for.
I had a great working experience working for the Rapps. I was going to college night and working at Rapp Bros. Pallet Service for 10 years. The comradery you build with the Rapps: James Rapp, Kyle Rapp, Keith Rapp, Phil Rapp, Katherine Rapp, Missy Rapp, Bob Rapp, Jean Rapp, Jeff Rapp even(lol,
I worked for Rapp Bros. Pallet Service for several years. The family is wonderful and they work so hard. I worked at pretty much every location but I really enjoyed working at a place they called 512 and Broadhead. That was a time when I felt really part of the team. I wont mention full names but James was the leader of the pack, our manager, he got everyone motivated. I believe at that particular facility they had 15 employees and one forklift operator. It was piece rate than and each one of my fellow workers achieved 440 pallets depending on the size of the stack that was required 20, 21, 22.This was all done the same at Broadhead, the same group of men, and I enjoyed working hard. I now am a suit and tie man but working the way I did for the Rapps made me into the man I am today. God Bless That Family..... and all who work alongside them. Rapp Bros. Pallet Service will go far.
I loved the working environment. A++
The family is hard working, absolutely respectable, and any experience I had dealing with them was one of honesty, integrity, and a passion for what they do. Go Rapp Bros. Pallet Service, keep it going!!!
