Huge selection, decently priced... it happens to be conveniently located... the customer service is none existent and they are RUDE. We keep you in business, not the other way around... I would not recommend

Huge selection of clothing, shoes and bags.The weaving hair, wigs and braiding hair selections are great. The makeup and nail care accessories have the weakest category there.Staff was nice and knowledgeable.

This used to be one of my favorite beauty supply stores until today. I went to attempt to purchase a wig and when I spoke to the woman who was behind the counter she couldnt have been any more rude! She still had her coat on, despite the store opening up at 9:00 a.m; and before I could ask her about one of the wigs she proceeded to tell me how she hadnt even had her coffee yet followed by an eye roll. I was so upset. So much so that I decided to leave the store purchasing nothing. I am so tired of some Asian owned stores in predominantly black areas looking down their noses on people of color. We are not beneath you. We are your equal, and we deserve your respect and courtesy.

Entered the store no one was there. I look around found several wigs to purchase and actually called others to come shop they purchased over 250.00 wigs and products.I had 5 wigs to purchase along with other items .Along with myself I was bringing someone back in a couple of days to make additional purchases with others asked to speak with manager . Mr.Lee in regards to computer down and to inquire about compensation he said over radio how many people and what she wants.I politely stated., I would like to speak to you directly to ask questions.He never came to greet or speak with me. I politely informed cashier that I will not be purchasing the items gave them to her all of my merchandise because that was rude unprofessional and not polite poor customer service on his behalf.

This place used to be great, but it seems there are new owners or something and now its just okay. The prices on some items are still fairly good, but the service is not what it once was. Sometimes you go in there and the folks that work there look like they just dont want to be there. The vibe can be a bit off-putting.

Looooots to choose from if youre in the market for hair. Not so much for cosmetics...

They raise their prices too much.
