When ask about getting or interested in buying a phone the clerk wasnt helpful at all. He just sat there & l look around & the price of any phone l wasnt sure what price it was cause there was ten or more prices laying on the table. So l decided to leave & if no help in the next time l go to a Cricket store l Will take my business elsewhere !!
HorribleGot the run aroundReturned a phone suppose to get refund put back in my account but was told it would take 24 hrs to refund my money in my account. Went back 3 days later told him whats going on. Then he was told it will take 10 days from the return. Tired of there excuses.I was with them for 5 yrsWell there losing a customer.The place smells like weed made me sick.
Sold us a phone claimed it had 64 GB. IT HAS 16, Most apps wont work. Claims, I dont know how that happened, must be a glitch, give it time. WHAT? Are you kidding me? Misrepresentation, failure to back product. Left hanging in the wind.

Upset I cant put 0 stars. The lady that was working at the time is named cherish. She called my moms phone and claimed I had took something and said we are not allowed back. If we do go back she will call the police. Now she said all this and not once looked at the cameras. I do not appreciate her calling and threatening me without any proof that I took something from her store. Check her cameras first and then call; other than that she will look stupid running off at the mouth.
My mother has a landline number that she wanted to move over to cricket as she has 3 lines with you already and it proves to be a much better value for her. She had contacted At&t and cricket to verify that this could be done before heading to the store to make this request. She was assured by both parties that they in fact could move her landline over to her cricket account with a simple transaction. My mother already had a phone to use so she was told she would just have to purchase a sim card, the plan, and pay an activation fee. Her total was $44.92. She proceed to work with Eddie at the Eastpointe location. He was at first quite rude with my mom but ended up becoming nicer as their interaction continued. He was unable to transfer the landline number but wrote down on 2 sticky notes the steps my mom could take to get the line switched over. My mom tipped Eddie $5 for his assistance and left the store.Today, the day after her transaction, my mom called cricket and At&t to get her number transferred over and was informed by at&t she would have to wait until the next billing cycle for them to process the transfer but was told by cricket that they could not transfer the number that she would have to purchase a new sim, phone plan, and pay activation. We insisted that was not what we were told and that we wish to have a refund or store credit to have our request for a transfer of lines processed. We were inform by 2 separate cricket customer service reps that the refund had to be processed at the store. My mother called the store and was told they were closing, it was 3:25pm, and that she would have to wait until Monday. I called the same store, since online it states the store closes at 7, and was told it closes at 7 by Eddie. W e proceeded to head to the store with my 1 yr old and 6 yr old.Upon arriving at the store we were greeted by Eddie. I informed him that he had told us 2 different times and that I didnt appreciate him lying. He instantly called customer service and we proceeded to speak to another representative from cricket and explained the situation all over again. The customer service rep stated that we must request a refund from the store directly. Eddie hung up and called a man named Will. I can only assume Will is a manager fmof the store. Will stated that no refunds on the phone could be provided as Eddie continued to state loudly that my mom requested a new number which was in fact a lie. My mom and I attempted to speak with Will on the phone and Eddie shouted that he couldnt do this and walked in the back rokm slamming the door while Will was still on the line. Eddie came back and hung up the phone Will and began shouting at us to get the F*ck out. I requested speaking with someone higher up that could assist us and stated that he can not speak to me like that. My mother mentioned the tip she gave him and he opened the reguster and threw 5 dollars at me and said to take our f*cking tip. Eddie began to shout at my mother and I to get the F*ck out of his store repeatedly as I shouted that I had children in the store and he is not to talk to me in that manner. He took his mask down and spit at my son and I saying I dont give a F*ck!! I shouted that he just spit on my son and I and that I would be calling the police.This experience was frightening and it terrified my children. I hope Eddie gets training for dealing with issues or is removed.

First time at a Cricket store. The best customer Ive experienced in a long time! Calvin is really great at what he does! Very attentive and very knowledgeable about the products and services available. I recommend anyone looking for a new phone/service to try this location! You wont be disappointed!
My favorite Cricket store in the area. Ive been to this location 3 times so far, and have always been super satisfied. Calvin and staff are very fun and knowledgable. He was willing to work with me on a deal and with porting when I needed to bring over a whole family plan. He even went so far as to give me a good recommendation about a phone I thought Id wanted, but he suggested one that was cheaper. I actually the love the phone he suggested.The staff is really fun here, and you feel like you went to school with them back in the day, or that they are family members. Calvin was willing to match the deals on Crickets website, and even worked with me to get a better deal than other local store locations.Highly recommended.

OMG, Stay away 1.3 miles up the road there is better (cricket) service. The purple monster (manager) was off her chain. cussing and vaping right at the counter, i couldnt believe the service here. and as if that wasnt enough she talked about every customer leaving the store. She was nasty and all i was in there for was to switch over a phone number to a new phone which for some reason was too much for her to do. And the phone that originally broke was still under warranty from there. She complained about there computer system constantly crashing. And was charging me $40 more then the service down the street. She made the comment that the differents is in her commission weather she makes $20 or 20 cents she said i should know what she means its all about the money. The conversation ended when she told me to go to target buy a cheap phone and change the sim. After scratching my head for a few minutes in disbelief that this women was still employed i went down the street (8 mile & gratiot) and received Aone service from the staff down there. And for far less then the purple people eatter all about the commission. Come on owner i couldnt be the first with a experience like this!

Was dropping some packages off at UPS and decided to check out the Cricket store next door to see what all the hype was about. Didnt take long for me to make the switch.. go in and see DeJuan I didnt know he was going to throw in a free hug with my activation but Im glad he did 🤗
I entered this store with my metro pcs phone prepared to switch service and add another line and phone. I spent 5 minutes there looking at everything every phone and plan available to see which ones would be a good choice for us. In all the time I was there NOT ONE of the 4 employees talking and laughing at the counter said nothing to me, not even a hello. I was invisible!
My mother and I just received are new phones today, and were very satisfied. Calvin and the staff did a very good job by helping my mother and I. Im very satisfied with the service, and I strongly recommend Cricket to anyone who wants to upgrade.
Great experience very clean and I definitely will recommend their location they help solve every issue in a quick manner and even give discounts on accessories for making payments with them the young man DeJuan is very polite and even has customers laughing he is a great guy!
