Terrible customer service dont even know how to answer the phone and when they finally do they just hang up

Not crowded. I was out early running errands. Store was opened when I arrived, so put my lottery in earlier than usual. They have Lottery Books that I havent seen since 2009! Owner seems to be a nice guy too. I got a good vibe about the place!
